I paid extra to make sure The carpet is washed good, when I picked up the car you cannot see the inside that good, because they keep the car underneath the canopy. When I went to the Open sun The carpet was still filthy. And they will not do it over. Bad bad bad service

I needed just interior cleaning. 35$ even though on phone they said 25$. I had to keep showing them places to clean and when I asked to clean in between the trunks door they said that’s considered detail. I’m sorry but for 35 bucks for a ten minute quick vacuum and wipe down I’d expect them to remove the dirt between the door. They don’t clean the exterior, u just go through the wipers. After this 35 dollar car wash I still came out with bird poop stains on my hood. Never coming back 🤡

I got their & I said I wanted a shampoo detailing & automatically the guy said “No no you don’t need that just regular wash” I said “umm ok” paid $40 for regular wash they didn’t clean cup holders or windows my carpet still needed more vacuum cleaning done I had to go to the gasoline station & finish vacuuming my car crazy worst car wash place ever! I practically paid to clean my own car!

They always remember you and treat you with courtesy and respect.I havent thought about going anywhere else because they always do an excellent job.Pretty quick too. Youre in and out by the time you can grab a thing or two from fresh market.

After a first wash with some details I didnt like, Brad, the owner kindly contacted me and offered me a rewash. Now I can firmly say that you can trust them and can take your care there to get it pristine. My truck now looks awesome. Ive paid a shampoo wash, which includes a very detailed upholstery care. Seats and carpet now looks brand new.

Tried this car wash today due to Ocean Car Wash (my normal car wash) is under renovation. Place wasn’t too bad. I got in just before close and they got me washed up quickly. Initially I was very happy so see how great they did my tires. They looked super wet and thought I might change car washes but after I got home and inspected the car more carefully I found the intention to detail wasn’t there. Still a good place though and will likely try them again.

Me and my husband used to come at this place sometime.Car was washed well all the time, but now something change...I asked 3 times to wipe front and side glass, there were a lot of dirty divorces, sadly nothing has changed.Traces of insects remained on the hood, I asked them to be removed, they stayed so.Lots of dust and dirts inside and outside:(

Second experience with this business which turned out to be a total disaster. I guess that was meant to be when I dealt with different employees when it comes to customer service. I wont question the quality of the work here but rather the quality of their customer service, and this at all levels, from management to employee.. From being interrupted at the cash register and be told gotta pay first !, then WHAT ?! And to have to deal with a washer who pretty much told me to park there and jumped into the next customer, I felt neglected and rushed. I had to ask him if I should pay inside first or what ?! Amazing ! The result is that I forgot to leave my car key in the turmoil so they could not clean the inside of the car but is it really my fault here when no one ever told me to leave the key with the washer or the manager ?! No guidance at all from A to Z, here. No INFORMATION !!! NO COMMUNICATION !!!Sloppy customer service, sorry. You can do good work but if you dont inform and communicate with your customers, you will get that kind of reviews. Total waste of my time. I am not coming back and its more because of the lack of customer service and business GUIDANCE than because of the quality of the wash. Consider that ! Bye !

Best car wash in town! Been coming here for years and service is always consistent. I dont like anyone touching my Benz, but the team here always does an incredible job and gets my car pristine each visit. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quality wash by a friendly team!

(See photos)*update (since I cant reply to your comment)First of all if I wanted to pull some sort of a scam about you scratching my car I would put a claim on the insurance and make you pay for it, I wasnt!If I had time to do stuff like that I wouldnt be driving that car..You and I both know that those cameras cant show if one of your towels that you wipe that car with had a small stone on it or something that could make a scratch like that.So there is no point of me looking at the videos because I cant prove that you did it.This is only me showing people how FINEST your car wash is!And this is not the first time, Ive been bringing multiple cars to your place, this was just the cherry on top!You did offer to redo the cleaning inside but you never offer to remove the scratch, and yes I refused the cleaning part because I didnt wanted to let you mess it up more!You did give me a refund.And since youre rude I would love to do more about this but at the end of the day the reputation of yours will ruin your business.

They clean my car perfectly but not the seats, and the the owner Bradley contacted me when he knew this, an offered to clean them again for free, everything turn out perfect and I have to admit the owner does an amazing job to make sure customers are happy, if you have a problem and you leave a comment here he will make sure you get taken care of, I will definitely keep coming thanks to the owners actions. South Beach Finest is the only carwash in South Beach, so that is where you go. Most of the time they get it right, sometimes they dont. Friendly service, Fresh Market is nearby so you can get your grocery shopping while they detail your car or have a quick meal at variety of cafes down the block.

I’ve been bringing my cars here since 2011 and am always very pleased with the results. Hands down best car wash in South Florida.Update - brought my motorcycles here for a hand wash and to have the vinyl and leather parts detailed. All I can say is wow. Miles really took his time to thoroughly clean the bike with special attention to removing thousands of miles of caked on road grime, tar and who knows what eked. This bike has never looked so good!

We showed up to get my husbands car washed and waxed and it was quite busy. I had my car washed and waxed two weeks before and had been very happy with the results. The employee was extreme rude and told my husband that they did not have the basic wax package available today. When my husband inquired why the service wasn’t available the employee said, “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.” He was very unprofessional and we will not be frequenting this business again.

To charge you.. they are the best...!! to do the job, they dont. two persons do the job, the lady was ok.!! the other guy just put water and the sponge. so 50% was good. I show the guy each part of the car was still dirty. and the lady finish the job.

Convenient location but quality is so so. I’ve been multiple times and they barely clean the inside. The Manager called and offered to have it re-done. That’s appreciated and looking forward to a second chance.

They do a good job in the car washing dept. I also had one of my car’s windows tinted. A+ job!!Expect an extra 30 minutes from when they say your car will be ready. But for the convenience of driving over the bridge to Miami and back it worth it!!!

I was not satisfied with the service but customer service is what counts for me. I received a phone from one of the managers and was left very happy not all businesses follow up with customers changed my mind. That’s how business is done.

Did an interior and exterior wash. Poor cloth quality and dirty clothes- I now have a decent scratch across my windshield and other scratches on other windows. Will NOT be returning. Costs too much for poor quality work.

I paid for an outside only wash, which you’d think wouldn’t take long. I waited OVER ONE HOUR for this poverty quality exterior car wash while ppl who arrived after me got serviced ahead of me. Since at this point, the car wash was closing I ended up having two gentlemen dry my car. They were too busy joking around to actually do a decent job drying my car, so I took a towel and dried it myself. Next time you have lots of time to spare sitting around and an extra $20, I recommend buying yourself a bucket and soap and washing your car on your own. I could have done a better job than these clowns.

Got my car washed today, $25 for In and out cleaning. What I don’t understand is that how do you vacuum a car and not get in between the seat? I also requested to have my trunk vacuumed and the service was never performed! Now I’m going to finish the vacuum I’m between the seats and trunk!

Been coming here for years, always end up with a consistently clean car with little wait! I had a lot of really sticky glue stuck to my trunk, and today they went above and beyond to help me remove it after I tried unsuccessfully. I tell all my friends to come here, because they’re good and inexpensive (especially for the level of cleanliness you leave with). Thanks for always keeping my car clean guys, you’re awesome. “ Poor service “ just took 5-10 minuets maxI went to check the corner store and was done already, the wheels weren’t cleaned and interior was just wiped with a dry cloth. You could clearly see dust everywhere and bugs on windshield and side mirrors.

MY CAR IS SO SHINY! (in my its so fluffy voice). All the staff was very polite and efficient and the manager seemed to have great relationship with her returning customers.

Thank you for your quick response on getting this issue resolved. I went back and the guys were able to go through the interior and clean the areas I pointed outWhat a disappointment today. I tried going in for a full detail an hour before closing yesterday and the guy was nice enough to say that they needed more time if I wanted it to be cleaned well and it not be rushed. Came back today first thing this morning and for $210 I think I got a normal wash.

Ive brought my car here, let me tell you, if you want your car to be as good as new than this is the place. Machine wash just doesnt do the trick. By far best in town. And the owner Bradley is one great mate if you see him. Extremely nice and good service. I will be coming back!

Worst car wash I’ve ever gotten. Spent $105 for my car to get cleaned and waxed. I’ve gotten $18 car washes that have been far better. Manager acted like I was crazy when I pointed out how poor of a job was done so I’ll just share photos and let others judge for themselves. Also including a video of the interior so you can see it’s not wet and was given to me in this condition

This my second time visiting this place. My first time was ok, they washed my car but complained about my dogs hair on the back seats. I responded sarcastically so to not escalate the situation . The second time was yesterday. I had a road trip the day before to Tampa and went back to this car wash once I got back. This time I had to wait 40 minutes before they start to wash my car then another 30 minutes to get it done. Expect the wait time to be between 40 to 90 minutes. This time not only the gentleman complained about my dog’s hair on the back seats but also didn’t manage to clean the bugs in front of the car and the windshield. After I explained the situation to the manager, he tried for couple minutes then told me that there’s nothing he could do a about it explaining to me that the car needed to go to body shop in order to get rid of these bugs. Let alone the water spots next to my left-side mirror.So to get the bugs’ residue of the car I need to paint the car? Well that sounds weird but I’ll find out once I visit another car wash. Secondly, do I have to clean my car’s back seats from my dogs hair when I go to a road trip with my doggy, so the guys at the car wash have an easy job ? Well sorry guys for bringing you a dirty car, next time - if there will be one - I’ll make sure to get my car’s inside washed elsewhere before I bring it to you.

Honestly if you wanna get a car wash dont go To this place its horrible their service is horrible and they have attitude. After more than two years of being a client of this establishment, I received the worst (and last) treatment from the gentleman running the place. Even though the place’s overall service has been gradually declining over time, both my husband and I kept washing our cars there - the end result wasn’t amazing but it was convenient for us to stop by given how close to our house it is. This last time I spent $60 on an interior/exterior hand wash with express waxing. Given that the car (a bmw suv) was clearly dirty (bugs not removed and dirt all over), I called and asked for the car to be cleaned again. The manager on the phone initially agreed and told me to bring the car back the following day - so far so good. Nevertheless, when I showed up in person the manager at the place was extremely rude, saying that they wouldn’t re-wax it again, that the dirt couldn’t be removed, and that all they could do was to clean the windows again (remember, this was a $60 job). I could have lived with the car not being cleaned well, but the way in which this person disregarded my comments and treated me are so disrespectful that no person should be put in front of him. I do not recommend this place.——-Update: the owner contacted me immediately about this issue, he apologized for his rude assistant and was very nice. He was out of the country and put me in contact with the place manager. He was also nice and handled our complain personally. I took back my car and they redid the express waxing service. The car turn out impecable, all the spots that were left on the first job were gone.

It was my first time at the car wash and for sure MY LAST!. I arrived early in the morning, nobody welcome me, they only said the keys. Then nobody was at the register to answer questions. Nobody told me anything about nothing, I start walking and one of the guys scream 1 hour and I was ok. I went to do some groceries and when I come back once again nobody at the reception, people waiting.. I needed to go so I walked out and I asked if someone was at the register... suddenly this blonde guy from the register come by with a BAD ATTITUDE, VERY RUDE no explaining to me anything and charging me $30 + TIPS because of I exceed the waiting time... NOBODY explained anything to me... HE GAVE ME A LOT OF ATTITUDE AND I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, plus the windows of my car wasnt cleaned very well. Im highly disappointed, they are very rude and they clearly overprice. DONT GO THERE! RUDE PEOPLE!

Probably the worst car wash I have ever had.Wheels are all still dirty.The windows have dirty residue from the dirty wiping they did.The whole car itself is still dirty.I thought it was just the water but when I got home, I could see all the dirty water marks all over the car. I literally had to come and take a wet rag and clean the whole car off myself.I am definitely not coming back here again. I swear a machine car wash does a better job than these guys. Dont waste your money.

This is my second time getting my car washed here and both times my car still had smudges, spots and dirty wheels to where I had to go around the car and tell the cleaner to fix it. The inside of my car had marks and dust with dirty screens. I only came back because it was close by but that will be my last time.

Ive been bringing my car for wax, and wash for many years. I have no complaints whatsoever. I just bought a new car, and Im planning to take my car there because Im not happy with the dealers car wash. Im giving the dealer another chance, lets see.

No problems. Wash my MC Stradale here all the time. Compared to places in FL they are very fast. In and out in 20 minutes for full wash + interior. Havent paid for detail yet.

This was the worst car wash I had, I could say that they dont wash the cars, they only wet them and then they dry them. This place is worse than a simple automatic car wash machine.

Went for a wash the other day having never been here before. I had read the other reviews so was a little sceptical. I am a car but and very particular about how and WHAT is used to wash my car. Firstly they do not use a jet wash to rinse or wash the car. Therefore bugs, mud, surface dirt can never be removed properly. Equally the wheels can never be cleaned correctly. Garden hoses are for ....... gardens! Not car washes! I now understand why someone else complained about the fact that bugs were not removed. They would have to use harsh chemicals or scrub. Neither is a good idea on paint. Secondly, the soap used is in small buckets which no doubt are full of grit and dirt from other cars. There was no clean soap buckets to be seen. My suspicion is that every car is being washed with dirty water. In fact they did add soap to one bucket without emptying the pervious water out. Washing dirt with dirt. It’s like waging a car with sandy water!The interior was done ok but I will never come back with a decent car as they are actually destroying the car with what they are doing not preserving it. Which is the whole point of washing it in the first place. The staff were pleasant enough but that does not substitute the terrible practices that are the foundation of and good car wash.This all just laziness 101 and a terrible way to treat what is most people’s biggest investment next to their house. Cars are to be washed like you wash yourself. With care, kindness and love. None of these qualities are present sadly.Response from the owner 12 hours agoVery hard to reply to all your comments but will say we have separate buckets for the soap and separate buckets for the wheels.We also have a special grid in each of the soap buckets so their is no debris to scratch a car whatsoever..The hoses we use are commercial hoses and since opening 20 years ago we have never used a jet wash.we are a traditional hand car wash with no machines except for the vacuums.If you want a jet wash put it through a machine wash.To remove bugs we use a special bug sponge in order not to scratch the car.RegardsBradley GOwnerHi BradleyThanks for your response but you seem to be missing the point. Firstly buckets. I apologise if I did not recognise the fact that different buckets are used for the car and wheels. This is essential. What is also essential is not taking a dirty wash mit and putting back into a bucket of soap. While the dirt trap in the bottom of the bucket does remove some heavy grit from the water it does not stop small particles of sand and grit being there. There should be a wash bucket and rinse bucket so as much grit and dirt as possible is washed off in a second bucket before going back into the wash bucket. My issue with the lack of jet washing is the start of the entire problem. Any non pressurised hose simply does not clean off the dirt before washing, therefore making the wash mit dirtier than necessary and filling the wash bucket with grit. I don’t see why you can’t understand this. It also means wheels can not be cleaned correctly without harsh chemicals. Again not the preferred option. Your comments about a bug sponge are actually insulting. A bug sponge has a mesh side which “scrapes” the bugs off the car which damages it. Bugs are also highly acidic and dry on the cars paint so anything that physically removes bugs scratches the paint. Dried bugs are as hard as rocks so what you are openly saying is that you are scraping them off with a mesh (the bugs stick into the mesh) sponge or glove. That sponge is scratching the car and the more bugs on the car the more scratching that takes place. If you want to prove my point. Take that sponge after you have used it, take it home and use it to polish a piece of fine wood furniture. Oh, you wouldn’t do that? I wonder why.I actually do think you care about your customers but the tools you use contradict it completely. A few changes would change everything.

The worst experience ever, $25.00 down the drain after I take my brand new car to get a simple car wash and the result was all dirty, uneven and even without armor-all. Have no idea why they call themselves Finest, this is not even close to a luxury service at all. Never again, and will not recommend anyone to take there car to this careless people.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Their menu shows DETAIL wash and it looks like all they did was throw a little bit of water on my car and dried it with a paper towel. I wiped my finger on the car and there was still dirt coming off. Save you coin and take a road trip to Flagler and 17th where for $10 they’ll make your car look brand new.

I just took my 2 door 2003 Cadillac Deville to these crooks and asked them how much to just vacuum my two carpet mats and shampoo them. The job should take about 5-7 minutes max. I was expecting them to say something like $10-20. NOPE. They asked me for $95. NINETY FIVE DOLLARS to just vacuum and shampoo two floor mats. Ive heard that this place gauges rich people who are oblivious and tourists, but this is something else. AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST.

Finest is a stretch. The man who took my keys when I pulled up was kind but it was all downhill from there. I tried to pre pay, but stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. The original man said it was fine if I went to fresh market while I waited. When I returned another man aggresively came up to me demanding I gave him my keys... which they had. Which they had (and had moved my car since I left). I said I dont have them you do and he yelled NO, YOU DO. I walked away annoyed and again, tried to pay. The man who took my money was extremely rude and pre occupied. I stood at the counter without an acknowledgement, again. When he finally made payment I was not given any type of ticket. The no keys man then asked why I was sitting. My car was done, yet no one told me. I got in and he hovered over me demanding a ticket. Again, I said I just paid and no one gave me a ticket, pulling my phone up so I could show him the charge on my account. He was within visual/earshot of the guy at the counter and yelled something then demanded I go speak to him myself, adding on, You dont have ticket you dont pay. I refused and said hes your coworker, you figure it out. After another dialogue yelling over the parking lot he said fine and allowed me to leave. The kicker is I got in the car and my passenger panel is filthy. Shame, as this place is less than a minute from my place. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR CAR! I went during the day and had my mail hidden under the mat of the back seat. After a 20 minute wash, left and noticed once I got home that my mail was OPENED and now directly on the back seat with my bank statements open and my CREDIT CARD GONE with the envelope TORN IN HALF. Drove back to the car wash, called the police, the managers were INDIFFERENT, extremely unhelpful and could care less. The officer reviewed surveillance which was blurry and couldnt provide anything. After an hour of everyone denying it, one employee magically emptied a large garbage bin with my credit card at the bottom. During all of this I had to make sure no one was attempting to activate or make charges with my card, which Im sure they did but failed. The manager BLAMED me and told me that Well if they did use your card the furthest they could use it would be the gas station, and its our word vs. yours. DESPICABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

After failing to respond after a month, the owner Brad refused to provide any sort of compensation for the damage. But mostly people who are happy dont do reviews and that is sad .. They charge me $30 for Suv wash with no vacuum . they taking advantage of people who lives in South Beach because they are the only one around . Don’t go there unless you don’t have choice

Staff is not trained to really clean the car. My car was dirty inside out, even nuts in my backseat and I paid extra for wiping the seats!!!Worse is to have guys walking away, arguing the job is done.... Never again !
