I cant recommend this service enough! For close to 4 years we have 2 VEs and they are incredible. We even added a 3rd VE when we had a special project. They are professional, communicate well (we use IM mostly) they learn quickly, maintain an excellent pace of work and always meet our needs! Youll need to spend a little time to do a bit of training (not unusual when bringing on a new employee) - but the good news is they have the skills youre essentially helping them direct those skills to get what you want. Noon Dalton provided me with a sourcer, Juan Phillip, who I instructed to specifically look at Linkedin profiles and not to bother too much with the job board databases since they have not provided me with many viable candidates in the past. In restricting him in this manner will have an impact on the success of the candidates with which he provided me. I will spend the next month evaluating the candidates. Generally, I am very happy with his ability to identify, in most cases, candidates with the right skills. Noon Dalton has a well-managed process in place where several managers are involved and they do a good job of keeping things on track. Finally, I like the way in which I am provided with a spread sheet of all candidates, their contact information, the URL for the source of the profile (Linkedin, Indeed, etc), etc for each position for which Juan did a search. Now, all I need to determine is whether my chosen strategy executed by Juan Phillip of Noon Dalton provides me with a couple of closes. If it fails, it would most likely be due more to my strategy than to the efforts of Noon Dalton. I hope to bring them back online.
