Very very nice experience! I went there twice to rent roller skates and it went very well both of the times. The first time I rented for the whole day for myself alone. The second time I came with a friend and rented for 2hours. Anthony greeted us and treated us perfectly well. The process is smooth and simple, the equipment is of quality and the whole experience is really frictionless.I would warmly recommend everybody who wants to roll for an afternoon or more.ThanksEnjoy!

We rented bikes on 9/17/21 for a whole day. The gentleman who got us into the bikes was very helpful. He told us we were to return the bikes on 9/18/21 at 7pm. He even highlighted it on me receipt and asked me if possible come at 645. We showed up the next day at 630 pm and they were closed. We called 3 times no answer. Knocked on the door no answer. So we came back right when they opened at 9 am on 9/19/21. There was a Caucasian worker who opened the door. I said hi should we give you a second to get together or can we come in. He ignored me. My cousin said excuse me sir he ignored her. My other cousin actually walked in and said excuse me wed like to return our bikes. He still ignored her for a minute then said ok you can drop them off. He proceeded to ignore us again. He got on the phone and had an unprofessional conversation with someone saying hes calling out hes not working etc etc. I told him I needed a receipt that shows Im not being charged an extra day because I came to return on time and they were closed. He said his computer is not responding and gave me a copy of my original rental receipt. So I have no real confirmation that I returned no confirmation I got my deposit back no confirmation I wasnt charged for an extra day. Completely unprofessional an unacceptable.

We had a great experience with Bike and Roll during our trip to Miami. We rented bikes and roller blades from the 10th Street location which was less than two blocks from the beach path. We road to South Point. There were various stops to lock up the bikes and walk onto the beach, and also two parks for kids.

Great place for a father and son bicycle experience! We stumbled on this place because of the perfect location right near the beach and boardwalk and are super glad we did. They had multiple bike sizes and the manager, Sidney made sure we had all the right things for a perfect week with two bikes on Miami Beach. No extra charge for locks, helmets, and bungee cords!

Miguel was out tour guide. He was informative and made sure to take breaks between go let us rest our feet and legs, as well as some sightseeing. He also was very patient to teach us how to ride Segway from ZERO. It really was fun tour. Highly recommended.

My friend and I signed up for the bike tour. Miguel was great! He took us around Miami Beach and had us hit all the must see locations. He provided lots of interesting facts along the way. It was a great way to see what Miami Beach has to offer. If there’s something you like you can then go back! We absolutely loved the beach South of 5th where all the surfers were!

Sid did everything to make it a good experience. The bikes were perfect for us and there were no mechanical issues at all. We highly recommend Bike and Roll. We will go back!

Got blades and a beach cruiser for a couple hours before we got our flights. What a great time cruising around on the boardwalk! All for $32. What a steal. Staff could be a bit more enthusiastic but it’s cool.

Miguel was an excellent host. We had a very pleasant cruise around south beach seeing various sites along the way with ample time to spend at each stop along the way. The holocaust memorial is amazing! Definately worth the money!

I attempted to make reservations for a group of four for the month of May. I purchased tickets for the Segway tour through Groupon. The directions stated to book online and enter the redemption code. However that option was not available on the site. The website requested my credit card information for full payment. I contacted Bike and Roll Miami via phone and explained the issue with their website. The associate advises that their very busy, I should contact Groupon, he cannot help me, and hangs up the phone in my face .... why would I contact Groupon for an issue with YOUR COMPANIES website. TF. ..... I will be contacting Groupon however for a refund and will book with another company for a tour. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We did the 2hr Segway tour and had an amazing time. Miguel our tour guide was beyond awesome. He made everyone feel comfortable using the Segway before heading out and his amazing personality added so much to our tour. We really had an enjoyable time and are definitely going to do this again and recommend to our family and friends.

We bought the Sunset Segway Tour from Groupon.Unfortunately the weather wasnt great - strong winds and rain, but the choice was with us if we wanted to go ahead. Being used to the rain, we went with it.Our guide (Sean I think) was very informative and knew his stuff. The tour lasted an hour and a half, and despite the terrible weather we had a good time, even though there was no sunset.Would recommend and use again.

Scheduled a bike tour and showed up to find out it had been cancelled. I received no notice that the trip had been cancelled.The rep was rude and seemed like he could care less that my trip was cancelled. He actually seemed confused that there was even a tour scheduled. He did not offer to book another trip or offer bikes for the day.He stated he had called his manager to make sure we would get a refund. I waited a few days and no refund. I had to call them back to talk to another person to get the refund.If you cancel a scheduled tour, you should let people know and have a better refund process for that situation.

Not a bike shop. Got a flat. The worker said he could fix it, but he wouldn’t make that much money on it and didn’t want to spend the time. Support the other local businesses l, not this one.

TOURIST TRAPAttention do not let them take the imprint of your credit card. For the rental of a scooter, we were debited $ 600. Because we have driven too much for the manager. He had made it clear that we could travel the distance we wanted when we asked him. We rented an 80cc and were provided with a 50cc scooter which was clearly end of life, no acceleration and dangerous braking. Clearly this shop is a scam you will have to pay for the maintenance of the scooter that you rent in addition to the amount that will be taken.

Guy at desk was really nice and booked us for a tour same day. Segway tour guide was really nice. Helped us 1st timers pick it up real quick. Great price for what you get! We tipped our tour guide. Definitely recommend to see main parts of south beach in a fun and historical way.

Totally undependable. Called them and booked a bike three days ahead of time. I got there, nobody knew whats going on, all bikes that might have worked were broken awaiting for a mechanic who they didnt know when he would come. Avoid if youre a semi serious biker.

One of the best tours my cousins and I have ever done. We went as a group of 9. Our tour guide was awesome and if it wasnt for him we would have never tried the Cuban coffee which is by far the best coffee we have ever had!

I had booked an Art Deco Segway tour and our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Although we arrived late, missing our tour, we were provided with bikes (free of charge) to use until the next Segway tour later in the day. The staff were very professional and Bike & Roll provided us with a great day.

Customer service was well below the usual standard in the USA. Lady seemed more interested in her cell phone than helping us figure out roller blade sizes, and putting on protective padding.

A friendly guide and chilled out shop owner started this tour off on a good vibe. We were undecided between bikes and Segways and ended up going with Segways. Though we didnt do the bikes, Id highly recommend the Segways. It was really fun whizzing around South Beach on these machines. It always felt safe as the guide waved us on or hand signalled to stop. He also made sure to call out warnings about little speed bumps and the like. The highlight of the tour was probably seeing a woman twerking on the roof of the car in front of us LOL. Never a dull moment. Recommend.

We had a great time riding along the beach. The staff are very friendly; one of our bikes broke but one of the staff rode out a replacement bike for us and gave us a complimentary bottle of water.

Stay far away.... Fraud linked up a 8 am and they switch us to a 10 am after asking 3 times to make sure. It was called the sunrise tour. Not the hotter than hell tour. Lost a customer for life. Learn to run your business better or go out.....

Our tour guide was HIGHLY informed. We had the most amazing tour of South beach Miami Art Deco district. He also proved us with amazing places to eat. All in all one of the MUST DO parts of Miami. I would of the same tour again!

A normal bike shop, good and fast service, clean, the employees/owner need better customer service attitude. So rude. No parking around, meter on the stree.

Worst experience everWhoever owns this terrible place needs to shut it down.Bike started falling apart 2 miles down the street and my girlfriend almost got herself killedwhen we addressed the issue to the shop they called the cops on us for breaking their equipmentThat’s the spirit guys, could never imagine something like that happening nowadays, but god we were wrong.Charged us for the bike failure around 500$ on top of what we paid

Booked this Sunrise Tour. Told us to arrive at 7:45a. No one here. Someone comes in at 8:00a. Says they don’t have any tour guides for the 8:00a Sunrise Tour we booked through Groupon. Same price for a Art Deco tour at 10:00a, but they want to charge us more now for their screw up. Offered them to just move us and they won’t. Told us to call Groupon for a refund instead even though they screwed up, and all they had to do was reschedule us for 10:00a. They probably didn’t because the other tour is more margin or whatever. But not our mess up.

The guy was nice and it wasnt too expensive but the bike broke. Had only been riding it for about 20 minutes (i only weigh 170, it wasnt me) and the seat fell down and broke. The guy was fine though and gave me a new bike.

The cycles we hired were in good condition and a reasonable price.

I am so glad I booked a last-minute Segway tour!! I travelled alone to Miami Beach and this was the perfect way to fill my morning and it helped to acclimate to the city. Got 1 hour tour with my 2 best friends and the tour guide(Dion) who was just out of this world, knew what we liked to see and took us to every cool place on the South Beach and told us many interesting things. Definetly going back there if I come back to Miami.

Nice store and friendly staff. The advantage to citibike: you got locks, so you can leave the bike where ever you want.Initially, we also wanted to go for a citibike bike, but there were non left, thankfully.

Most exciting tour through Miami Beach is by Segway. These guys are the best. Recommended!

Started off our experience with them not having the Segways there at our appointed time, but they gave us a couple cruiser bikes to ride a couple blocks to their other location. We had plenty of time, so no big deal. The Segways definitely had some mileage on them but worked just fine and we had a blast. Fair amount of boardwalk they are not allowed on, so be careful of that. Price was fair but certainly not cheap.

Rented cruiser bikes and all was great and reasonably priced. Great way to get to know youre way around.

Only rented roller blades so cant judge then too much people were nice there was some angry annoyed people inside working but they did not take care of us. Do not rent rollerblades they are not comfy and fairly old.

Staff is great, but equipment needs thorough maintenance and cleaning. Its disgusting to receive a helmet that is still dripping wet from the previous customers sweat.

Cheap Rental Service with great bikes!

Good sales people, good bikes, decent prices. Negatives would be a combined group of Segway riders and bike riders... the tour started 30 mins late because people either showed up late, needed training on a bike or Segway or a helmet fitting. Side note: segways are much slower than bikes plus no one really knows how to ride a Segway so the pace of the tour was not great. The other negative was the tour guide didnt provide much knowledge base of Miami Beach short of a few stops he couldnt answer basic questions. The last thought was after paying a fair price for the tour we requested using the bikes to head to lunch. Short of renting the bikes a full day they didnt offer an hour rental or so. This could be an option for the business to collect a quick few bucks in my opinion.

We rented two beach cruisers from the venue and were given the best bikes in their inventory. There were at least 20 or so bikes in the store that were all broken with flat tires, broken wheels, missing chains and broken seats. This was an obvious warning that we failed to heed. We started off slow and noticed that both the tires on my bike needed air and the seat kept moving, I should have turned back right then. We made it half way to the south beach peir and boom the chains pops of my daughters bike. I fix the chain. We finally make it to the peir after riding slow and barely applying any pressure to the pedals. We then decide to make or way back up the beach and bam the chain pops again. At this point we decide to return the bikes to the venue, after fixing the chain yet again, we head back to the venue. Seeing that we are about a mile or so away my daughter tries to ride the bike and sure enough the chain pops and her knee his the handle bars splitting her knee open. HORRIBLE!! We walk the entire way back and turn the bikes in only to be met by the most volatile customer service I have ever had. I explain my situation to the girls at the counter and the blame game starts. Who checked the bikes out? Not me, wasnt me, not me either no one wanted to take responsibility for doing a safety check. The manger was no where to be found and when the girl called him she told me my manager doesnt care, Im sorry. They refused to refund money, they refused to fix the issue or even try to make the situation better. Please take this review as solid advice and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BIKE MIAMI! Their bikes are old, dirty, broken and dangerous the chrome service is a wreck. Run far away from this venue. You are better off renting a art deco bike.
