Incredible experience! This company is actually 24/7. I was surprised to hear a live person answer my very desperate 6AM call about a serious issue. The specialist was professional and was able to put me at ease before arriving later in the afternoon that day for the emergency I had. He also was respectful and gave me plenty of notice about his arrival as well as an ETA so I could leave the office and greet him upon arrival.What I like best about the company was their honesty and straightforwardness. This is near impossible to find and with Quality 1 you have found it! The integrity and professionalism of this company is unmatched. So glad I chose Quality 1 and Yoni was able to quickly and inexpensively solve the mold issue!

Yoni and his company were extremely helpful in cleaning my condo late last year after discovery of a heavy mold and mildew condition from the previous hot summer in South Florida. We were away from our unit during the summer when it became hotter and more humid than expected and our A/C unit was not set a low enough temperature to prevent damage. Quality 1 Restoration provided one of three quotes to me for complete cleaning and testing to assure all mold and mildew was removed His was the only reasonable quote received and one that was most responsive. The other two quotes were provided by very reputable national cleaning companies, but were each considerably more expensive and less responsive that Quality 1. Yoni took personal interest in providing top quality equipment and personnel that got the job done within a week and followed up with a personal visit to assure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I dont usually write reviews for work done but in this case, it was very well deserved and I recommend Quality 1 to anyone who requires heavy duty cleaning services.

This company was a life saver! I got 4 quotes and I am so happy I chose quality 1. Yoni and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond from the start! I was pretty scared after discovering mold in my home but thankfully they really helped me through it! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I can honestly say that Yoni earned it in every way. Loved the Guys. Prompt and reliable. I was out of town and they took care of the job amazingly. Yoni is amazing . I cant thank him enough for helping mevthrough a difficult installation of an a/c unit then making the unit mold free. He cleaned the ducts and supervised the installation.

The owner of this company is nothing short of a true professional... He picked up the phone on the first ring, gave me an excellent price for upholstery cleaning... scheduled to see me at 3:30pm and called in advance to ask if he could come early and was able to start the work at 2:00pm, when I got home around 5pm my whole living room was smelling like fresh roses and lilies from the great odor eater product he used to treat my upholstery. You need some work done call him NOW and dont wait!!!
