Weve used Steves for over 5 years now and their quality has really gone down hill. The first couple years we had Matt and he was amazing! We had the 5 star service and he came out whenever we called to take care of our wasp problem. We just had our first spray of the season this year and our porches, the areas I specified as having the wasp problem, werent even sprayed at all. I called the office about this and Bill was very condescending to me and didnt try to make it right. We are going to find a new company.
