Plaza Tire Service was so helpful today. My daughter needed a new headlight bulb replaced. The customer service worker quickly assessed if they could help us and they got her in and out in less than an hour! We didn’t even have an appointment, and the cost was very reasonable.

Drove into town from Colorado and noticed I had a slow leak on the rear passenger tire. Was told to go see Mr. Tim Early at Plaza Tire and he would get us fixed up.Tim and his team were prompt, courteous, and very friendly. We simply drove up and parked, came inside and Tim greeted us at the counter to get us started. A short time later our tire was patched and we were ready to go!The nicest thing was being able to shoot the breeze with Tim. He was great to talk to and made us feel right at home.All of this happened while the phone was ringing off the hook and the shop was packed. Tim and his team handled that work flow extremely well. You can tell that there is serious quality leadership at this location.Amazing job Tim and team!!!

I walked in without an appointment. I was told they were very busy but would get to me as fast as they could. I was expecting to have a whole new tire put on. I was there for not too long and I was called to the desk. They were able to fix the tire, save me time and money, and were very pleasant. Thats why I do business there!

I got an all new set of tires and the entire staff was very helpful. I was very satisfied with their work. They were busy and overworked from it being a holiday weekend but they got my car in and out in just a few hours!

We came in as a walk-in on a busy day. We were greeted quickly and quoted approximately 45 minutes to get our problem taken care of. They took care of our tire quickly and affordably and had us back on the road in under an hour!

Ran over a nail, called them up, and they were able to squeeze me in to get my tire fixed that morning!My first time being there and I was very impressed with how they displayed a genuine passion for the customer.

The Mgr.knowledge of old SCHOOL races. Got my attention last year .and the work. Was Great. Knew their pjobs.i have cragars.but they way impressed me. So I came back year later.and got same job.done BALANCE ALL RIMS.AGAIN THEY WERE GOOD. .ILL BE BACK.

The guys were very nice and went out of their way to help me with my vehicle. They ran into an issue with changing the oil filter and instead of doing it anyway risking the chance of breaking it, they called me first and explained their concerns. This could have been very expensive and time consuming had they continued with it without calling me first. They truly saved me money and being without a vehicle for days. Very good people and will definently go back for future service.

Fast service, didnt have the same tires I purchased 6 months ago.

Matthew Garnett was the Technician that waited on me. It was a Saturday morning and even though he had plans with his family he stayed over 30min to fix our tire. We ended up needing a new tire. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

Went in to get a service done on my pick up. They did an awesome job at the Mexico store. Was actually thinking not there for a short time as they squeezed me in.

Well, the tire that they put on went flat because of a bad valve stem. Not happy.

We were in town for the day and wanted to get my wifes daughters car serviced. Plaza Tire got us in on short notice. They were very polite and prompt. Very pleased with their service.

Will not go here again, they took advantage of my wife telling her she needed parts that she didn’t need, very upset that serve shops take advantage of those who don’t know. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Stay away from this shop and go to Miller’s tire. Good honest people there.

These guys really brought it together. Went in for a inner tie rod change Had a bad bolt break on them and caused the work load to double. Needed to change the steering rack as well. But these guys worked over and got the job done and under the estimate. The car steering is 100x better than the spongy feeling before. Thanks so much for your hard work guys.

I had an air leak in my tire. I walked in just before 5 pm and even though they close at 5:30, they were able to get the nail out and plug it for me. The customer service was amazing!!

Blew out a tire from a pothole, call the plaza tire, they listened, understood all my issues, luckly they had the tire I needed. I brought imy car in, they checked the tire, they checked my rim, recommended a needed oil change, and was in-and-out in less than an hour.Very pleasant, prompt, and curtious without overcharging when they knew I was in a fix. I discovered I had a tire slowly going down just before leaving on a trip to Colorado. Plaza was able to work me in on a Saturday, get the tire repaired and send me in on my way in a timely matter. I highly recommend them if you need tire work done.

I was treated with respect and integrity. I had made the appointment for an oil change at 2 pm and I arrived at 1:30 pm. They took my car in immediately and I was back on the road by 2:15 pm. I just cant say enough about how honest and caring and professional Plaza Tire is! I called earlier in the day and spoke with the manager about my concerns. He told me they would be happy to check it out, and get me fixed up. When I got there, my ticket was ready to go as they were expecting me. I want to highly commend the assistant manager for being professional, respectful, courteous, and demonstrated genuine concern. He took the time to ask why I felt I needed new brakes, then explained I had plenty left on my brake pads. He voiced that if it would make me comfortable to change them, they would, but it was not necessary. Instead of taking advantage of me (and my checkbook), he explained that I am safe to continue driving. He wanted to be sure i was satisfied, and he asked me to contact him if I had any further problems with the brakes. That kind of excellent customer service is very rare these days. I appreciate and thank them very much! I highly recommend them!

I love these guys. They are small town and friendly. You can tell they truly care. I have never been up sold on my tires, and the last pair that I bought got 80k miles. Most likely because they rotated them every 6k miles for free!!!When they eventually wore out and I got them changed, they warned me that I had a front bearing that was going bad, but never pressured me to have them do the work.

Was in town from KC and got a nail in my tire 😫. They got it in and fixed it for me on a Saturday morning so I could come home Sunday!!!
