My daughter attended Kumon Metuchen virtually. I see great improvement in her English reading skills and math. They will pay personal attention to each kid to figure out issues during their learning activity and they will fix them. Thanks to Kumon Metuchen.

My daughter Katie McCormick has been working on both math and reading at Kumon of Metuchen for approximately the last year. She has made wonderful progress in both subjects under the leadership of Anjana Kumar, who is an extremely talented and committed professional. I am very happy with the curriculum for both Math and Reading. The teachers are very patient and give personal attention to each student until the student can handle the work on their own. My kid loves Reading and improving a lot in Math too. I appreciate the virtual zoom classes during the pandemic.

I am an employee at this Kumon and from my experience, I can guarantee that this is a professional and safe learning environment. This establishment is under new ownership managed by Anjana Kumar. The method of teaching here helps children understand the concepts of the material and helps them connect these concepts to future ideas presented in the course material. I have been with the center for over 5 years for all three of my boys. We have found it instrumental in building their basic reading skills and then developing strong mental math as well. I appreciate the in-person and virtual options. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the Center owner, Anjana, who helped bring my two youngest across big developmental learning milestones during this Covid period.

Ve been privileged to be part of a number of Kumons in the past, but Im especat the center has opened the door to greater opportunities for staff and students alike.Ms Anjanas leadership skills have accorded her special honors in the past, and she has the respect of all: parents who are privileged to entrust their children to her; and the staff, including myself, who have been blessed to work for and beside her. Excellent Kumon center. My daughter reads books and can do additions up to 10 at 4.5 years, and she was only there for a year. Mr Cho the owner is always there and it seems all the students are like his own kids - they talk to him and he is always encouraging them to “do your homework”.For anyone that doesn’t know what Kumon is, do your research first. It’s success is very heavily dependent on the parents’ involvement at home to make sure the children do their homework daily. There were times when it was a real struggle to get my daughter to do her homework (at home or at the center), but I persisted and she is now ok with daily homework and sometimes wants to do more.I feel this gives her a great foundation for a love of learning. Because as Mr Cho said, she will be learning for the next 20 years, at least (even as adults we still continues to learn, right).
