First of all the receptionist here is so helpful, professional, knows the prices and the services. He inform me of all current promos and they helped me make my decision easy. The doctor is knowledge, made me feel comfortable and I’m very pleased with the results.

Firstly, the male office manager/receptionist is highly professional. He is calm and wants to help patients with his best ability and intentions. Secondly, Dr. Novic! She is a compassionate listener and a confident physician. She knew what I needed and wanted right away as if she read my mind and provided a long-term solution for the deep wrinkles on my forehead. I highly recommend BodyCare MedSpa.

He total sets the tone for what your experience will be like with the Doctor.I have been coming to Bodycare Medspa for Botox services and during my first visit, I inquired about fillers but wasnt ready to get that service due to my bodybuilding competition seasons where body fat drops immensely and it didnt make sense to get fillers during that time.Im now off season and so I decided to go ahead with fillers. While my very first visit with Dr. Novik explained in details how she will work with the areas needing fillers. I knew then she was going to be good when that day comes to get the fillers in. Well, the day came and my thoughts were exactly right. I am super happy with the fillers and will be going back for a second syringe as Dr. Novik had also advise for best results a second syringe is recommend. I love her work and totally recommend her for these services. You will not be disappointed.

I have done laser hair removal a few times in the past and this place by far has the best staff and clean office environment that I have seen. Gloria, my laser technician is not only incredibly skilled in her profession but is very friendly, making me feel extremely comfortable during my appointments. I had purchased a package at the office including most areas of my body, and I was given an unbeatable price (way better than groupon). I recommended some family members to check this place out as well and they absolutely love Gloria and the service they get here!

So today was my first time at this place and the procedure planned. Anxiety and speculations were through the roof, I read each and every reveiw given here and other sites and decided to give it a chance. I went here today just for consultation, had to wait some time for my appointment but thats completely fair as I made this appointment at very short notice and was just glad that they were able to accommodate me. Person on the phone and reception was sweet and polite, an Indian guy(dont know his name). Coming to main event, I met Dr. Shruti Arora and she was very welcoming and sweet. I dont think it was by chance that she made me feel so comfortable within minutes that I had half of my fears gone. She answered each and every question that I had and she asked me if I would like sometime to think about it. I was very comfortable by this time and gave a go ahead. Ended up having the botox procedure done instead of just the consultation planned and I really think it went well.(*Will update the reveiw after 2 weeks progress.)

Since day One after I purchased the package I have felt treated in a des respectively way by Gloria, don’t understand if it’s the “way she treats everyone” or just me, when I received the reminders calls s like if she is talking to anyone but a customer, I would NOT recommend this place at all, customer service is a lot, you don’t need to be nice but at least make the customer WELCOME!

Ratnesh is AMAZING! I have been going to her for 3 years now and I referred my family and friends to her as well! She is very gentle and careful and makes you feel comfortable during the process. She is very honest in her work and recommends for you what she would do for herself. One time the machine was too hot on a sensitive area and Ratnesh paused, got me an ice pack, and continued when I was ready. She didnt rush or slack in finishing the rest of the area. I recommend Body Care MedSpa, and definitely request Ratnesh if you go!

This is for the laser hair removal part of this business only. I purchased a full body package (full face, full arms, full legs, Brazilian and underarms) and I am very very happy their service. Ive had laser done for over 15 years on and off and laser is not 100%. You will have little hair and there but the goal is to make it lighter and then completely gone. Ive seen great progress in all areas and I will most likely purchase another 6 sessions to complete this treatment. Ive had Olga as my tech and shes great. Very experienced and friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

If I could write 0 stars I would. I came into the office 15 minutes before my appointment, waiting for the doctor. I then get a phone call at the time of my appointment while sitting in the waiting room, telling me that the doctor is not in on Thursdays (which is the day I booked for my appointment). The appointment was confirmed at the time I booked it online. If the dr is not in on Thursdays, why would someone not call to tell me ahead of time..? Completely unprofessional and plain irresponsible. The waiting room looks very dingy and dirty. Please beware before considering booking here. Will be looking elsewhere!

STAY AWAY! Made appointment online to see a Doctor on Friday was told someone will call to confirm no one ever did. Showed up at the time of my appointment it was already closed when it clearly stated that it was open until 8 pm !!!! called on Saturday to reschedule and the receptionist seemed like she knew absolutely nothing about making appointments I was told to call back on Monday highly disappointing.

It’s totally worth it doing laser treatment from this place. The staff is very helpful and the place is neat. One of the staff is Ratnesh, she is nice and helpful and experienced. I would definitely recommend this place.

Yes i am a client here! stop commenting that in all your bad reviews.HAIR LASER REMOVAL- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! i wish i could say good things about this place. when i first called the price sounded affordable so i decided to do it. the staff is nice but the equipment they use is worthless. (off course i found that out too late after i realized i was in too many section and they were not working) Originally I purchased 6 sections for underarm and bikini. i did all 6 times following all the rules and it didnt work. so when i showed concern, they talked to me into buying another 6 sections. with they excuse my body was the problem, many factor, my Hispanic heritage... blah blah blah. I finished the other 6 for the total of 12.... i still have all the hair. it only reduced how thick my hair was. then again they were telling me it is many factors blah blah blah. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT WASTER YOUR MONEY HERE. i went to a diff place and after 2 sections now i notice a huge chance.

They have extremely good price and best equipment with very good results, and very informative staff.

Well, I went there for flu. First thing I liked the office environment- very neat and organized. The doctor was very knowledgeable and i am pretty satisfied with the work she puts in. Staffs were friendly as well.

I found this place on groupon and called them. They said if I come in, they could give me an even better deal. They did give me a better deal in person. I recommended my friend, and when she went in, she had a different consultant, who gave her even cheaper prices than me. I thought this was unprofessional, as I was told I was getting the lowest price, however my friend was given even cheaper prices (she didnt end up getting laser done). I had 6 sessions, including upper lips, underarms, Brazilian, arms, and legs. The first 2 sessions I had gloria, who is not very friendly and goes VERY fast. The last 4 I had Ratnesh, who was a lot nicer and spent more time on me. However, I shouldve done more research before buying the laser deal. I later found out the laser machine they use is not a good/effective one. After 2/3 sessions, my hair seemed to stop growing. Then it all came back. After the 6 sessions, the hair did decrease, however it was not as dramatic as I expected for the money I spent. I now go to another laser place and I realize how different the experience is. While this place is not a total rip off, I wouldnt recommend. I suggest spending an extra few hundred to get the job done properly the first time.

Went Wednesday to see Nephrologist Dr. Swan. Had a 9:45am appt and the Dr didnt arrive until 10:40am. I had 2 leave 5mins after he got there because I had other plans. Came back today on Friday and the Dr arrived 23mins late to the appt which wasnt a big deal but when he got in the office his questions were rushed. Would cut me off and switch topics when I was answering his questions. Asked me why was I prescribed a specific medication by another Dr when that medication was specific to the reason I was visiting him that day. Asked me twice what I was there for and kept thinking I was there for weight loss when I was there for gout. This had to be the most confusing Dr. Ive ever encountered. On my way out he was saying he prescribed me medication for the gout and I inquired whether it would interfere with my other meds. He said he checked already and it wouldnt. When I got home and called my pharmacy they said they hadnt received prescriptions from him. I called their office back and they said they would call the pharmacy back for me. The pharmacy calls back and says the Dr just refilled my old prescriptions and never prescribed any gout meds. I called the office back and they were asking me if I remembered the name of the meds the Dr prescribed like he never wrote it down on my records. Insane. Definitely wouldnt recommend. Their response to this review is that Im not a patient there and I mustve saw the Dr at the hospital.. This place is one and the same.. a spa and clinic in one. Even their website advertises as a walk in clinic and spa. Unbelievable.
