I usually dont like to go through car wash machines as they scratch and damage my car paint. But I had no choice and needed my car to be cleaned quickly. The machine didnt thoroughly clean off all the road kill and mud that I had on my car in the front and in between the tires. At the end, there were employees waiting to wipe down my car dry with microfiber towels but they used dirty ones and didnt thoroughly get every spot as it was near time of closing. They rushed through the whole drying process so they can pack up and go home for the day. I didnt appreciate this at all. I had to go back home and clean the areas that they missed and dry it with my own towels. There was a lot of water dripping down from the trunk of my car.It is not worth the $19.00 if the job is done inefficiently. I would rather go to a self hand car wash next time, even if it is far away.

The automated machine is nice for people with social anxiety. You can choose which level of service you want with a few clicks of a button. They are fine for exterior washes. Don’t pay for the interior wash. Twice I’ve had it done and both times the inside of my car ended up smelling awful, despite the scent they sprayed inside. I come to find that the rug/floor under my weather tech mats is sopping wet. Whatever they use to spray the dust out of crevices makes everything wet which I suppose is hard to get to dry out of the floor quickly.

A little confusing to figure out how to get to where the vacuums were but the place was super clean and well maintained. Thats saying something for a place you go to vacuum out your dirty car 🤣

Located on central Avenue in Metuchen the place is a pretty good car wash, prices are pretty good, they have improved there soap machines, and rollers which give a decent clean if your trying to knock the dirt of your vehicle. I like the place quick fast and hand dry at the end by two guys. Tips are acceptable.

The car wash is great. We usually get the car washed at the dealership but took a chance on this local wash. The car looks great with a rich shine suggesting a high quality wax. We used this car wash twice so far and expect to visit again.

The staff and ownership really do care about their customers. They do a great job with my two cars and take the time to diligently cover every aspect of the car, before and after the wash. Cars look great, especially now in the winter time getting all that corrosive salt off.

Brought multiple cars there different times and tried multiple packages. They never fully clean the car.

Wow - where do I begin??? I never would’ve thought I’d actually sign up for a monthly car washing service?!? I’m a chick and I feel like my husband should be the one to take care of everything car-related! But it took one wash for me to realize how easy it was to maintain my own beautiful vehicle on my own! I love this place / they’re always SO friendly and SO efficient!! My car has never shined so bright! Highly HIGHLY recommend trax 💯💯💯

Manager is nasty if you have a problem. He is not a business man. I only stay with them because they are around the corner from where I live. I still may go elsewhere. This is the metuchen location central Avenue.

It is a great place to get a car wash. They have great unlimited plans too. I have enrolled both my cars in a plan. The fact that they have 4 locations in this area gives me a lot of flexibility.

The carwash is ok. They do not vacuum tour car and the car is washed ok. I paid for the highest cleaning package and the car was still dirty.

Car wash quality is average.. nothing special.. However for the price, it should be much better.. they do not provide any air freshener after you spend $25 for the best wash😳😳.. sometimes they spray the rims with cleaner other times they dont! 🤔🤔 the rain X starts after half of the car is already through the station.. and then the tire shine guy never does his Job !! I have to find him and say Hey. .. do my tires man !!! 🙄🙄🤨🤨

I have been a monthly customer for both of our cars for our family. They prep the car perfectly before the wash. In fact, a recent trip with sap on my hood, the prep team went inside for GOOF OFF remover to make sure that the sap was removed. They also do a great job drying the car upon exit. Five stars plus!!

I prefer this car wash than any others in our area. Walter is sincere with his compliments and does a wonderful job in making us feel welcome. The price is right, the experience is easy, You never exit your vehicle, and at the end of the wash, Ed and company do a quite thorough job hand drying your car.

Solid car wash. Pricing wasnt bad and there wasnt a line. Its all machine wash with someone(s) drying your car at the end. I do wish they did interiors too but it is an express car wash. At the very least, there is a line of vacuums and air pumps you can use yourself 24/7.edit: They also have an unlimited pass which seems totally worth the money.

I am very serious when it comes to car washes and a lot of them have damaged my car in the past. However, Trax uses the best quality brushes and waxes, leaving your car not only spotless, but it also does it safe. Strongly recommend this car wash!

Did the unlimited montly membership. No free wipes for the interior of the car and vacuum is $1 even if you have membership. Glow is better

Trax treats you like a Cadillac. For the premium $15 you get first hand broom suds, then the car wash with choices. Once done, you get wheels done and car hand dried. There is also basic or monthly discount. Royal treatment.

Drive through car wash was redone recently. Over priced for what it is, such that the unlimited package is worthwhile. They usually do a nice job on the exterior, but not consistently. Best when they use compressed air blower. I do not care for their tire dressing, better to put on Armorall myself.

Quick fast wash in a good location plus they have the hand dry guys ready once the car comes off the machine. Only knock is those hand dry guys use the same towels for both tires and body.. that can scratch the paint up..

Nice one for automated car wash

Overall outstanding job! I am usually very uneasy when it comes to automatic car washes. My BMW is my baby, automatic car washes can be hit or miss, as they can scratch your car if not properly maintained. The whole process was awesome, my car has a near showroom finish! I will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you :)

Ive been there twice since ownership change. First time not impressed, and second same result. Rim cleaner comes with Silver package and he never sprayed, or pre-washed prior to entry. Yeah its no wonder why theyre never crowded. Im sure Im not the only guy that has this opinion. If youre looking for a quick wash, and dont mind if its not cleaned properly, this is your place.

Needed a wash but my regular place I always go to seems to be closed for construction. I paid 16 bucks for them to clean the glass. I drive a white car and every spot that was on it before the wash is still there. First and last visit
