I am not one to usually write reviews. But there is one particular person from this agency that deserves every bit of my time to write a few things from him. William Vasquez is the best agent available & have been working along side him for years now. I have worked with many agencies before but once I found William there was no changing back. In specific, he is super responsive which is really important when dealing with insurance. I know I’m not the only client he has but it for sure does feel like I am the only one he has. He is super nice and attentive & that’s what’s important. I recommend 1000000%%%%

Ive been with Allstate for almost 10years now and I dont intent to go anywhere else. My agency is very responsive to my needs whenever I call their customer service. The app makes it very convenient for a lot of things including access to insurance card when needed. I was in an accident in 2017 and my claim was flawless. Only thing I would recommend to anyone is make sure to utilize an adjustor to be physically present to assess any damage. Do not go for the photo option (where you send photos of the damage and an adjustor uses that to determine extent of damage). Other than that Allstate is a phenomenal insurance company and most of all, my Agency headed by Ejoni Qormemeti in Piscataway is fantastic!!!
