I booked a last min Brazilian while I was in from out of town. This was my first time at European Wax Center and I had such a lovely experience!l Kathi made the entire experience pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I’m a customer there for a long time already and got my appointment canceled less than 4 hours before. When I called, I neither got an apology nor got asked to reschedule. When I asked if someone else can squeeze me in since the service I use only takes max 7 minutes, I got a petty no as a response. Super disappointed and despite being a loyal customer I will for sure not go to this place ever again.

I had Katherine for my visit and she was so nice! She was very friendly. The place was clean and sanitary. I felt very comfortable and safe, especially during COVID.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I went for my first wax ever at the Methuen location and I was very pleased with the whole process. They were very meticulous and made sure to keep everyone safe and socially distant by having you scan a barcode to check in and wait to be brought into the building. It was a very efficient and easy check in which I appreciate. Amanda preformed my wax and when I explained it was my first time she made sure to walk me through each step and told me to not hesitate to ask any questions or vocalize any concerns. She was so amazing and eased a lot of anxiety I had with having my first wax. She also told me what products to get to ensure that I get the maximum time of stopping hair growth. I recommend booking with her, especially if it’s your first wax.Everything was sanitized before and after I entered the room and everything was one use. I am so happy with my experience and I already booked my next appointment with Amanda. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to feel beautiful in their own skin and get a wax!!

Love this place. Reception is friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been through 4 aesthetician but I have one favorite, my go-to girl, Jill. Shes efficient, quick, well trained, so personable, and makes my visit a more comfortable experience. Well kept store and rooms and adequate responses to the party demic regulations. Probably going to be coming here for a long time so I utilized their buy 9 services, get 3 free program! The plaza this center is located in always has me staying a little longer, too, with a Marshalls, AMC Cinema, Margaritas, Starbucks, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works and way more.

Amazing customer service

This is my third time getting a service, which on the web describes it a certain way. Every time I go back the job gets done more hastily and worse. So much hair left on areas where it should not be. ALSO before my appointment I called to check my referral for points off and they reassured me it was in the system and when I went I was refused very rudely my referral because it WAS NOT in the system. Service is rushed and desk staff is rude. She didn’t even try to figure out a solution just plain rejected it. I received an email after about my points being added and it being there mistake. It’s very frustrating. I was told to never be late not even 5 minutes to an appointment or will lose my spot. I arrive on time all the time and aren’t ever taken at my appointment time.

Staff is super nice and friendly, make you feel as comfortable as they can. Went in for the first time and it all went better than expected. Very professional and really get the job done. Location of the center makes you wanna go shopping after getting waxed :) you know, to forget about the pain (pain doesnt last, its an excuse for shopping, K, bye)

Im speechless with how unprofessional the manager was, Jennifer all I can say is WOW!!! NEVER have Ive come across such Rude and unprofessional person.. she shouldnt be around people is shes going to act like a rabid animal.. and trust me Im being kind to describe her!.

**As a follow up to my original post, the manager did call me and apologized profusely. She was very nice and understanding. She offered me a full refund and a complimentary wax, which I turned down just due to the fact that my due date is here and I wouldnt want to be a no show for someone. Corporate sees all emails first and never sent her my email, so she is not at fault for not reaching out sooner. It was a pleasant phone call and I am happy that we got to discuss what happened.NEVER GO TO ANY EUROPEAN WAX CENTER EVER!!!!! I went in for a Brazilian and upper leg. The girl working on me was unprofessional, even dropping the F bomb multiple times. At 38 weeks pregnant she asked me to lie on my stomach!!! She clearly had not been trained properly, I know plenty of pregnant women who get waxed and am certain proper technique with pregnancy is taught at other professional waxing places. This girl skipped the entire back of my legs and left patchy areas to my bikini and front of my legs. Being very pregnant I could not tell until I got home and my fiancé inspected me. When I called to complain I was told I would have to have the same girl do a touch up. It is not a touch up, its called doing your job. And they couldnt have me come in for three days. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was there. Since it seems to be impossible to get ahold of a manager I wrote an email to both the Methuen location and headquarters asking for a full refund. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing back. I had been going to EWC for quite some time, recently moved and decided to try a different location. Thanks to their unprofessionalism and lack of response I will never go to any EWC ever again and will make sure no one I know wastes their time or money there either!
