I went there to get the hydraulic post hole digger and was told they only had 12 inch bits and that it was for footings, so I drove to the plaistow store were they set me up with the same machine and the adapter to put on the 8 inch bits. Im sure this could have been done in methuen if they had the slightest interest in helping.
