Had a great experience at O’Brien. Needed my car serviced as it was making a weird noise. Jim in service was so pleasant and helpful. He called me and explained exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost. I told him yes and they fixed my car. Solved my problem 100% Jim was knowledgeable and informative. Definitely will be back for my other service needs after this great experience! 10/10
If you’re looking for a runaround look no further!Emailed to confirm the availability and price of a truck before I drove over got a reply from Michael Tusa saying it was available but he would not give the price. I called and was told by someone else that the truck is available and they are asking MSRP I asked for an email to confirm everything we discussed he said sure thing. A day later no email so I called back and spoke to a Steve and he said the truck was sold to the owner a month ago.
Ive been having my Jeep serviced at Dan OBrien DJRSC for about two years. Great quick and professional service, but best of all it felt safe to be there. All employees were masked appropriately and there was plenty of space to move around without feeling like everyone was congregating on top of each other. Good recommendations for service without being pushy or over dramatic.

The team at Dan Obrien CDJR was very helpful with a quick and easy recall on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After that service, I decided to trade in that vehicle for a 2021. Anthony Todaro was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales consultant and was a great resource through the entire process. He was not salesy or pushy at all and had a ton of product knowledge. Jimmy and Phil knocked it out of the park putting together a quick deal and gave me a great value on my trade. We had a few challenges at the end of the process but the team was super responsive and helped sort out any issues and had me back on the road in my new Grand Cherokee in no time. Thanks again!

I visited Dan OBrien last week to test drive a Dodge Durango that I viewed online. Reservations were made after exchanging emails. I arrived on time and met with Anthony Todaro. The appointment went smooth from a clean comfortable showroom to the awaiting vehicle to test. The Durango was nice but does the ride does not compare to current Ram truck I have. Anthony was understanding and no pressure typical from other dealerships was exerted. He did offer similar type of Jeep SUVs but as I told him 2019 Ram was like riding on my living room sofa.
Very bad service give you guarantee for a year and when the car has a problem, do not cover it has to pay 800 if you check the problem
