Let me start this review out by saying I never usually take the time to write reviews. However, after multiple close family and friends who recommended this company I gave them a call. I first spoke with Jake about some issues that I was having with heating system. He was able to have a service tech out the next morning to take a look. After the tech quickly diagnosed the source of my issues and discussing my options with Jake, I decided that it was better to swap out my old oil system for a new propane system. Jake was very informative and more than helpful when it came to deciding which system and route I wanted to go with. After making the decision Jake was able to come out the very next morning to provide me with an estimate, which I reviewed amongst friends in the trade, and man was it a super good price. Since I was going to have to have the propane company come and add propane tanks, (we all know how that process goes) I finally had a day set. I called Jake to let him know about the day for the propane tanks and to my happy surprise he was able to work things around allowing his techs to come the same time to make sure that I did go without a proper working heating system any longer than I absolutely had to. The day prior and the day of the install I got a nice email confirming the appointment as well as a photo and name of the techs who would be arriving, which I felt was a nice touch. The techs arrived on time and were very professional. They were able to have my old unit removed and completely installed in a day and a half. Once the job was completed I even received a follow up phone call from Jake to make sure everything went well, that the house was heating sufficiently, and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I could not have been happier with my choice to go with climate design and Jake. I would absolutely be using this company again in the future and for sure will be recommending Jake and his team in the future. Here is a photo of the completed work!!

Such an easy company to work with. Prompt in emergencies, quick to respond and help even at short notice. Helped us remedy the situation until they could replace our water heater. I contacted Climate Design Systems to install central AC in my home in Moultonborough NH. I opted to go with a conventional system on my first floor, and ductless AC/Heat on my second floor per Jake’s recommendation. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Everything was installed in a timely fashion and the attention to detail was amazing. I did have an issue with one of the mini split units out of the box I made a call to Jake and he had a technician out right away making sure it was properly fixed. I can not say enough good things about a business that stands behind the product they sell. Climate Design Systems is the epitome of an honest family owned business if you are looking for professional service and honest prices give them a call!

Just a follow up on Ductless Split installed 3 years ago, system is still purring like a charm, install still looks great and no issues, highly recommend upgrading to one it you have not already. Climate Design staff very professional and informative throughout the entire process and pricing was less than the other guys we quoted. Highly recommend.

I’ve used climate designs many times on two different properties. Each and every time the experience has been phenomenal from beginning to end. The work has been done on time and at budget. The prices have been fair especially considering the extremely professional work left behind by Jake and his team.

Called first thing in the morning because my furnace went out in the middle of the night. They were able to get me a same day appointment in the morning and fixed my issue within minutes. They were professional and courteous and had explained what had happened. I would definitely recommend Climate Design Systems to any of my family and friends.

Had a Ductless A/C installed in July and have been beyond happy with it. Jake did a great job giving me many options to go with and Steve did a great job on the install. Highly recommend giving these guys your business.

The only good thing I will say about this place is that they get to your house quickly if there is an issue. Other than that in 2013 I had a heater installed seven years later going to sell my house they never cleared or closed out the inspection. This past summer had Ductless AC installed The sales guy Jake is just like a used car salesman tells you what you want to hear when they install suddenly they can’t do what they told you. Next day after installation the unit isn’t working and there’s a leak outside my house. Finally you go to close out all the permits they have open over the many years they never filed for half of them nor respond to you until you call screaming at them.Will never use this company again poor service and everyone knows it even the inspectors when they come to your house say oh that company is awful!!!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION OR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Had climate design out 5 times after they tuned up my furnacebefore they finally fixed it. Overcharged me for installing a $100part which tool 15 minutes to install. They charged me $ 470and told me I was saving $100 because I pay a fee each monthto be a member, otherwise it would be $570.

I had climate come and install a ductless split in a new addition I built in 2018. They came out during framing to plan the install and do prep work. At the right stage of construction they came out and completed the install in a few hours.The system doubles as a heat pump and keeps my sunroom warm and cool. Best of all they come back from time to time for service checks on my ductless system as well as my other core home HVAC systems. As a hands on person myself I always want to know what they’re doing and the tech was always more than willing to share tips and tricks.I’ll continue to have climate design come back for work.Also, I hired them for some plumbing service to move some propane lines and run a standpipe drain for my water softener system. Great to have multiple services from a single provider.

I had a very old oil boiler and it was causing soot in my house. The smell was horrible and I was worried that it may be causing damage to my house. A friend recommended CDS and I called right away. I spoke with Jake and he had someone on site within 24 hours. Him and his team did an emergency cleaning of the impacted heat exchanger and got the system up and running in 2 hours. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and were able to educate me on the in and outs of my existing system. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future house repairs. Thank you again!

I needed some plumbing reworked in my condo in my laundry room. Climate design has added plumbing to their services and I gave them a call for some ideas. It wasn’t as cookie cutter because of the design of the room, but Climate design was able to assess, give me a few options outside of the box, and get it done in a timely manner. Climate design has been an excellent experience in helping us repair our furnace and heat system. We have used their service many times and whether it was for our hearting system or AC they have always been accommodating, on time, and done an excellent job each and every time. This past week we had a problem with our furnace and they came and fixed our issue with professionalism and quickness. It was 10 degrees out when I called on a Sunday morning when our furnace wasn’t starting and climate design was here within 2 hours and got our furnace up and running in a half an hour. Steve was great and came and fixed the issue with quick response. I highly recommend Climate design for anyone in need of home or business repairs in their HVAC or heating needs. Joe Angelari

Friendly and professional employees. They were very quick with the install of the ductless heat and AC unit. Cleaned up after themselves and spent time going over how to operate the system. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Had an issue with my boiler and Climate Design worked quickly and effectively to ensure that I had a solution to the problem ASAP. Very appreciative of them, their efforts, as well as their communication. Plan on using them for all HVAC calls in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.

Worst customer service, called because I was having trouble with my furnace, they send a guy who did some work even without asking and charge me for it, same day at night the same problem presents and when I called back I spoke with NICOLE who claimed to be a manager of the place and she said that I will have to pay again for them to stop by and check the system. I seriously dont recommend this place.

Jake made sure my system was swapped and removed in a timely fashion, he got my home heating system up and running and more efficient, while saving me money every month and on other business quotes. I highly recommend the climate design systems team for any and all hvac work and repairs.

I recently used Climate Design new plumbing service to replace an old tired looking tub/shower enclosure with a walk in shower. I have been looking for close to a year get this project done and have run into more road blocks.. the job is too small, you live to far away, you can’t have a walk in shower up here, it was both overprice and under priced … but I got none of that with Climate Design. Jake, Paul and Mitch were all a pleasure to work with. Paul and Mitch were perfect gentlemen and respected my home. They completely lined my stairs and upstairs with heavy paper as to not ruin my hardwood floors. Mitch made sure when he was mudding and sanding that he contained as much of the dust in the bathroom. He always cleaned up after himself by sweeping and vacuuming. . Both always set my expectations as to what would be accomplished each day – I was promised that I would be able to use the new walk in shower the next day and the promise was kept. The installation went much smoother than I expected – I was expecting plumbing issues or flooring issues – there were none. I now have a beautiful walk in shower and a bathroom that makes be smile every day. I am so glad that I went with Climate Design and would not hesitate to use them for other plumbing jobs.

Ive used this company for 8 years at several homes, and have been consistently beyond thrilled with their service. Service tech Brian called ahead to let me know he would arrive EARLY (!), was polite, professional, and thorough, and explained everything to me in laymens terms. He also took the initiative to research the age of my equipment, and when I asked an obscure question, he said he didnt know but would (and did!) find out. He even had to chase down a replacement for an outdated part, and I was still only charged the quoted price which includes a year warranty on the work. Great customer service and comfort knowing my home heating system is in good hands!

We had Tristan Prior service our Furnace today. He was very courteous and polite. He took the time to answer all of our questions with patience knowledge and confidence. I was going to give it 3 stars but after dealing with Tristan and getting the service we got I decided to give it 5 Stars. Thank you Tristan. You are a great asset to your employer.

Called them and came the next day to do estimate. The sales Randy actually was quite nice. But after that day, no email no call follow up, called him the next week, got another promise from him that I would get an email that night. Another week passed and still got nothing. Called the company, same promise and same result. If it’s too small of a job that you guys don’t want to do, just say it, it’s really not a big deal.

I called late at night and spoke with a guy named Jake and told him about my situation with my burner and the light blinking and my burner not consistently working. So the OIL gauge I had somehow stopped reading and my tank went dry and sludge and grime was apparently flooding the filter. I didnt know this at first. He walked me through a few troubleshooting steps but once I FAILED at those he immediately called his tech Steve. Steve I remembered had been to my house once before to do a yearly cleaning. He came by that same night at 9PM to double check the situation. He concluded that the issue started with the tank going empty and sending sludge through the line. The other more concerning issue was coming from my Chimney. Without Steve knowing about how Chimneys work I dont think I would have ever found out about the issue. So they referred me to 5* guy who came to the house the following day cleaned and gutted the whole chimney. Once he was finished Jakes team was back at the house resetting the burner and just like that my house was on its way back up to 70* after being at 50* for about 2 days! These guys go above and beyond and their knowledge of the systems and also their attention to detail is remarkable. Jake and Steve from Climate Design Systems earned a client for life and it seems like theyre a great company to do business with!

Two service men (Dan & Arvid) were here all day installing a hot water heater & bringing everything up to code ...stove...dryer ....heater etc. Moved a vent pipe....They did a fantastic job for us. Friendly...answered all of our questions. Cleaned up the basement when work was done. They made sure that everything is in good working order & now were safe. Old water heater wasnt vented properly & could have caused carbon monoxide gas to get into the house. High praise to the guys & Climate Design. Very professional!

We had central air installed on our second floor by Climate Design Systems. The crew headed by Mark & Mike were professional throughout the entire process. Additionally, they reconnected an exhaust vent in the bathroom that had become disconnected just because it needed to be done. They arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They answered all of our questions gracefully. I would recommend using this company. The guys are fantastic. Also, iIt was a bonus that they accept charge cards as we were able to accumulate additional reward points for travel!

They installed a new water heater that is not energy efficient and not eligible for Mass Save Rebate. The rebate was declined saying the water heater UEF was less than 0.68.When checking the Bradford White website for the model number that they installed, it said it was a discontinued model.

I had no heat recently I called up and that evening Louie the comfort adviser came out and got me a price and was able to order the equipment to do the install the next morning. The next morning two guys showed and had it done by the afternoon. Their team was great! These are the guys to Call!

A solid company to do business with. I have them maintain the furnace and AC on a rental property I have in the Merrimack Valley area. Always very professional and polite.

Ill tip my hat to the fact that they got to my home the same day that I called them but charging $550 for a part that could be perchaced on Amazon for $126 (and refusing to install one that they dont supply) seems a little unfair. The last time I had to deal with these people they wanted to charge me $1,000+ to clean a part that took me 20 min. to do myself (thanks to the tech for telling me how to do it) Be forwarned If you are not mechanically inclined or dont ask questions be prepared to get worked over!!!

Been without Heat and Hot water for the past 4 days, second time in 2 weeks (first time was 5 days) due to technicians failure to understand our Rinnai non-condensing boiler. They replaced the same motherboard 3 times and it now has to be replaced again due to pulling a water sensor instead of an air sensor. I had to call them today to find out what is going on. The utter lack of concern by their management to keep us informed is unconscionable. We have a service contract with them, but they have told me the tech is out doing a maintenance job before dealing with a no-heat emergency situation. The 5 different techs who have been here have been nice people. Two of them had never seen a Rinnai Boiler before, one, the owners son, was learning about Rinnai on the job. I blame management for poor communication with us. I do understand the part supplier was closed on the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend.Please note, I am on home Dialysis and a Diabetic so being with out heat and hot water for 9 days is a problem I should not have to deal with. Not once in those days has a manager or owner called me. Imagine using 2 electric heater to heat my house only to 62 and what the additional cost is!

Boiler was not turning on they came out set reset switch $79.00 still shutting down over night came back did routine maintenance still shutting down paid for a unneeded maintenance $158.00 coming back today 3rd time 😤very unsatisfied
