The staff was very warm and professional. They always took time answer all my questions. I left my Ipad in my room when I checked out. I call the hotel when I arrived home in new Orleans.. I do not have enough good things to say about Mr. Fix It. I had a project with a very rigid timeline and rather specific requests. They completed the job on time and the work exceeded my expectations. They were all very responsive to texts, phone calls, and e-mails. I will absolutely continue to promote this group and use them in the future.

The appointment they could make for me was not soon enough and the quote I was given was a little expensive. Ended up using a different handyman.

Mr. Fix It was prompt, reasonable, and super efficient. As a landlord living out of state, its nice to know we have a reliable handyman company we can count on in a pinch. Highly recommend.

Mr. Fix Its, Jody, came out on a holiday to help me out. The work he performed was very professional. His demeanor was professional as well. He was on time and very polite. When I was at Lowes picking up something he even called me to ask if I would like him to take the handles off old bi-fold doors and replace them on new ones or use the ones that came w/the doors. Terrible communication. Called for some minor repairs on my rental property and gave a detailed list of the tenants requests, along with their name and contact information. I gave prior approval for payment of all work completed requested for them to contact the tenants to schedule. Bret responded by asking for the tenants contact information, when it was clearly displayed in the email chain, and then suddenly stopped responding.

I own many rentals and Mr Fix It has been a huge help with our repairs. They are always great to work with!

The work they did was customs carpentry. We installed beams in our master bedroom. The project required scaffoliding and high ladders and they did this perfectly. This company really did a great job!

Richard arrived on time & we walked through the house while I pointed out all the problems. OMG! He was so understanding & easy to talk to. He left & called back saying he could be back here in an hour. I received another call when Richard was at the store & wanted to know what color handle I wanted for the toilet! That was great!
