My husband and I scheduled an appointment initially for 6 PM to get our taxes done, however, we were called to reschedule for 7 PM due to staffing which we had no problem with. When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted by the receptionist who notified staff that we were there. It was 730 PM before he told his he was running behind schedule and asked us if we were ok to wait or reschedule. We decided to wait but 15 minutes later, he still was not done. We decided to leave as we felt our time was not respected. Will definitely not be coming back!

Robert is great and an expert. Next tax year Im gonna use Turbotax because I will be claiming single zero and 1040EZ. My tax year 2018 was too complicated to do myself..so I had to pay the fees. Robert is great and I highly recommend him. He did a great job for me. Thats the only reason. Hes wonderful and you are lucky to have him. I just dont need the in depth service again for 2019. Fees are high.
