Very rude unprofessional. I dropped off clothes for a friend and my own clothes. And I wasnt allowed to pick up my friends clothes even though I had his ID, phone number and cash. I even asked her to call the number on the receipt and she wouldnt. I told her my friend is working 18 hour days and cant leave work to get his clothes and she said I dont care.
I used their drop off service for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased. My clothes came back in a timely manner, smelling fresh and clean, no wrinkles and folded neatly. I’ll be using their services again and I’d recommend them to others as well.

Hard to get change
Great place to use if you dont have time to do laundry yourself. Theyre also a self serve laundromat too.
