Was referred to Lastraps Agency by a friend who has been with them for years. I worked with Mark. We were being rushed to get out home and flood insurance to make sure we qualify and Mark got us back both the flood and homeowners quotes in the same day. Not only did he save us 1000s of dollars compared to State Farm and Allstates prices, but the coverages and deductibles were better too. Without Lastraps and Mark, we would not have been able to buy our first home. after working with him for the home insurance Id recommend them to anyone looking for an honest agent who is very responsive to messages and does whatever he can to get things done to make a clsoing work. Insurance agents are usually considered sleazy but Mark changed my mind about them. Ill be checking my auto policvy with them when it comes up for renewal in a few months too. The ladies who answer the phones are super helpful too and willing to do whatever they can if mark isnt available. Cant speak highly enough about my experience with Lastraps.
