AWS (Aparicio, Walker, and Seeling) owes my elderly mother a refund of a premium on her flood insurance policy. Its because of a mistake by an AWS agent named Dianna.Diannas supervisor admits that agent Dianna made a mistake, but when we ask for a refund they make many excuses. We requested a refund on August 13. Its now September 18, so Mom has been waiting more than one month.In summary, AWS took half of an elderly womans Social Security check and they have not returned it more than a month after we requested a return of the funds. Its really unfair to abuse the elderly this way.
