After some shopping around a came across New Orleans Auto Wraps. I read the reviews and was looking for someone to work on my new BMW. Reviews looked great, and I called in to schedule a consultation. Initial meeting was great, they had a nice portfolio and current projects they were working on at the location. I left my vehicle and was extremely satisfied with my end result. Returning to the location I was nothing but smiles as I approached my newly refreshed vehicle. The attention to detail was spotless and was given a thorough explanation of everything done. My vehicle already stood out but this made it pop out. I would recommend this business to anyone I know as they deliver a quality product and service that exceeded my expectations.

David and katherine helped me tremendously they showed me exactly what to do and how to do the wrap on my car and are very nice people and know they stuff when it comes down to wrapping cars trucks boats and helicopters

I have a 2019 Camaro ss. Took to New Orleans wrap for some custom work and it came out excellent. David worked late into the evening to complete the job. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Totally awesome experience. David and Kat were incredibly helpful in working with me in creating a design that I love. On top of that, the delivery speed was super fast as they worked in to the late night, ensuring I was not without y truck for no more than a day and when I picked it up, Im happy to say the truck turned out better looking than i expected. You can tell they both love what they do. Ive worked with other wrap companies in the past but only recommend David and Kat.

Owner took it up upon his self to do this job for me, at his residence... Was fast and precise love the work and the overall business attitude.

In my own opinion this has been an extremely terrible experience. I was quoted with 2-3 days to have my car wrapped, it took approx 2 weeks. When I did pick it the vehicle up it had numerous flaws, deficiencies as well as missing the vehicle badges and one broken emblem. I was told it had been inspected in addition.I took the vehicle back to allow them to fix these issues however, there was still areas that were overlooked and the trunk latch doesnt function as designed anymore. I asked for the wrap to be removed and refunded but that hasnt happened going on almost 2 months dealing with this. The wrap on one of mirrors was taken off so they dont match, lots of bubbles, dimples, scratches and peeling.I have gotten a few threatening text messages of about lawyers and a lawsuit against me for leaving a review or something like that.

Plain and simply put; professionalism, integrity, and customer service are apparently not priorities of this business in my opinion. In November of last year we decided we were interested in a vinyl wrap on one of our vehicles. After looking at a couple of businesses (based on reviews) we narrowed it down to two places. “Wrap Dat” being one of the two options. The ONLY reason we chose Wrap Dat was their guarantee of a shorter turn around time than the competitor we were considering (by at least a week and half.) Over two weeks after the promised date of completion we received the vehicle with missing emblems (that were supposed to be powder coated, but instead were just missing completely), bubbles and scratches in the wrap, the trunk not opening properly, a footprint on the backseat, and an overall nonchalant attitude from the owners. So after we refused to accept the quality of the work and requested to have the wrap removed, our emblems/tags replaced and refunded our ALREADY PAID fees, the owners requested an opportunity to make things right by “redoing” the wrap and painting the emblems. Almost another two weeks later, we went to retrieve the vehicle and found it to still have flaws such as bubbles and scratches. The emblems were on the vehicle but definitely not painted as quoted and paid for (powder coated) to which I asked the technician ‘how many coats of paint are on these emblems?’ The response ‘6.’ When I pointed at the emblems and showed where the original chrome was showing through, the technicians response was a mostly silent shrug/head shake. This was the final straw for us. We left the vehicle there as it was still not to the promised standard of excellence and contacted the owner that day to request the wrap be removed and a full refund given. The owners responded very unprofessionally with threats of lawsuits and accusations of slander from us, accompanied with slanderous comments towards us. The business then refused to return the vehicle to us without a “signature” which is strange because that being the third time we were picking the vehicle up this was the first and only time a signature was required. It was obvious at that point that there was clearly no consistency of professionalism within this business. After we explained that the services had been paid for in full and that we had an invoice stating such, we went to retrieve our vehicle and offered to bring the proper authorities to do so if necessary. We were able to retrieve the vehicle without the authorities. So here we are almost three months later forced to seek legal action, still battling a refund and a removal of the wrap. Believe it or not this is the shortened version of the story. Again, groundless threats of a lawsuit from this business will not stop us from letting the public know our OPINION and the FACTS of our experience.

SOOOOO THANKFUL FOR THESE GUYS! My car sunroof was shattered after going under and overpass. These guys literally stopped working just to help me with putting a vinyl wrap over it in the meantime. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!
