Quick and easy. It is hard to get someone one the phone though.

They don’t even help you at all half of them don’t even know what they’re doing I do not recommend at all Apple would be the best way to go I went in there and they told me to update my Mac book and I did and it did no solve the problem they wanted to charge me 100$ to fix my safari and I fixed it at home for free save your money live better !

I have read the reviews from the dissatisfied customers on here, and I must say that is not my experience. I have their extended full coverage computer warranty. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. They are always prompt and many times the repair is done even before the promised date. I will always receive a phone call on the repair as to its status or completion. They are always kind and courteous. I will be renewing my warranty when it comes due.

The WORST customer service! Do not waste your money with the support plans they offer, no matter how good it sounds. The actual experience with accessing support is horrible, especially phone support.

Great customer experience

Terrible service! Their web-site is a total sham. They never completely fixed my phone, they never came to me,I went to their kiosk (several times!), and the hours they say theyre open are incorrect. I had to get Apple to correct what supposedly fixed. So, I payed $180.00 CASH, ..I had to pay Another place to FIX his mess. BOTTOM-LINE...OVER-ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Oh...and be careful...my signal from phone isnt where it was before all this started and Ive been told someone may have installed some kind of malware on my phone.

After making an appointment i had to wait an hour just for them to attend me.The ”Geek” looked like he didnt know what he was doing i felt like i could of done it better myself.My phone was working when i got there and now it doesn’t even turn on.I dont usually write reviews but i was so dissatisfied with their service that i had to take time out of my day to write this.

Lousy customer service = geek squad. You have to make an appointment .. to make an appointment, to drop off a laptop that is under warranty. So that make sense, huh? If you need a new display screen as we did they will re-image your laptop 😤free of charge and delete all your data.. just to replace a laptop screen. Way to go!

These guys are a life saver! I have purchased their annual package for unlimited service on my electronic devices every year for the last 1/2 decade or more and would not dream of not having their help at this point. They have helped me so many times I have lost count! Unless you are a computer wiz, I highly recommend them to help you with your desktop, laptop, IPad, Tablet, and other devices. They are responsive, quick, and effective. Great group of people!
