After our house fire it was recommended I call Curtis. I finally called one evening to give him a chance to see how he could help us. The next morning Curtis drove an hour to meet with us and our insurance adjuster. I never knew a public adjusted existed until I needed one. So grateful for Curtis and his office staff’s knowledge and help ( well push ) to help get our claims complete and paid within 2 months, would have been sooner if I weren’t so overwhelmed. My house flooded during COVID and my insurance company was not sending out an ajuster, only contractors to do the repair. I had an issue just months before on were the adjuster did not come out. And I was out of pocket more than I should have been. I shared my concerns with a friend and she told me about a personal ajuster that she and her husband recently used would truly work on my behalf. I never thought there would be a time when I needed a Public Adjuster. However, the time came early this year when my home was struck by lightning. I tried working with my homeowners adjuster and we could not reach an agreement.One quick call to NAS and all my troubles disappeared. Called the office to explain the claim - was instructed to call Curtis. I called him he kind of rudely said he would call me back later that day. So I waited. 4 days go by (I had already sent them my claim information) and still nothing. Finally I call the office back and get the same run around. Curtis is amazing. He all but safe our community.Our condominium community was hit by a tornado in Garland three years ago yesterday.Our insurance company only wanted to give us a little over 400k. As someone who has been around the Construction industry I knew it was at least 700k.Curtis went to work for us immediately, getting Specialist in the Construction industry to confirm the actual cost of the damage our community sustained.In the end, he was able to get us a amount over 1.2 million.This was my first experience dealing with a Public Adjuster. He is good at scamming the insurance company. So if you are an insurance company do not hire this guy. He will do what he can to make sure the claim is approved for the most ridiculous amount only increasing your premiums and deductible as a home owner. He is not honest, with no morals and business ethics. A low down crook.
