I took my machine in Feb 1, 2021. I was told it would take 3-4 days before I heard anything. I was made aware there would be a fee to just look at, and then additional fees to fix.I was expecting to be called with the updates and fees needed for the issues that needed fixing. No such call came. So the fallowing Tuesday Feb 9, 2021 I gave a call. I was told he was not in the shop and was gone for the day and to call back the next day around 11am. Feb 10, 2021 I called at 11:48am and was told he was not in the shop but can give me a call back in 2 hours once he got there. No call came.Thursday Feb 11, 2021. I did not call because I was busy, but also did not receive a call.Friday Feb 12, 2021 I called at 12:15pm no answer, 12:17pm was told they would call me back. From 1:06 pm - 2:22 made multiple calls with no answer except for the last call where he expressed “he was with a customer” as If I wasn’t a customer who handed him my machine over a week ago and just wanted an update. When I expressed I just want to know what’s going on, I was met with “you can just come get your machine”.I did, and it had not been touched. AT ALL! They had my machine for 10 days and not once even took a look at it when I was told it should be ready in 3-4 days.Zero stars do not recommend.

James was awesome he knew what I needed without even looking at the machine. He’s very knowledgeable about sewing machines. If you have any problems with your sewing machine go to Quality sewing Center. I will definitely use them again thanks James.

We can not recommend this place enough! Super fast, professional, and so warm! They took the time to work with me and got my 10 needle machine to work. Very honest and reliable. Just an all around GREAT company to do business with. 10 stars!

I visited this business to purchase a used sewing machine and have my moms machine repaired. Upon entering I was a little apprehensive. There was no one in the service area. There was a camera but no one to greet me. I crossed the room and leaned through a doorway and called out. (I didnt feel comfortable walking around the business unannounced and wearing my mask.) A gentleman soon came into the hallway from one of the rooms. He greeted me and we had a good conversation. He was very informative and helpful.I dropped off one machine selected another to purchased. After a few hours I returned and picked up both machines. I accidentally broke the needle of my machine. I returned with the machine and the gentleman replaced the needle, rethreaded the machine and gave me a pack of needles just in case I had any more problems. The following day he did the same for my mom and showed her how to thread her machine. One a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate my experience as a 9. This is a family owned business. I met the couple who owns/operates the business and their son. All are helpful and courteous. I could see how there is a lot of work and only minimal staff. However, because of the service I received I highly recommend this business.

I had a bobbin problem with my industrial machine (20U). I took it into one place downtown Dallas got my sewing machine back home, and it was still having the same problem. I decided to travel to Mesquite, hoping to get it fixed for sure this time. The technician looked at the machine and said it was not the bobbin, but the bobbin case had very fine nicks in the bobbin case that kept catching the tread, causing the tread to bunch up. Now my sewing machine is working like a new machine. Thank you, Quality Sewing Center, for your promptness. I picked my sewing machine up the next day.

Best customer service ever, will not let anyone else work on my machine

The owner spoke to me seemed friendly enough but gave my Daughter the run around about a machine she wanted told me it would be ready the next day told her the next week. So we bought from a different retailer. The Janome he supposedly fixed broke two days later. Exact same problem.
