I really thought I had found a great company to work with. After my calls werent being returned I left the detailed message about the last service that I received and the gentleman who called me back was so rude unprofessional nasty just a person who should not be in customer service if thats what his job was.. so at that point of being cut off yelled at talk to rudely I canceled my service it means more to me to work with people who are professional and who treat you like you are paying for a service than anything else he was absolutely horrible. The comment! Hilarious pass the buck by saying probably the wrong office! As if I dont know who I did business with!...Dont waste your time or money. You will regret it!

So I decided to switch to Shamrock because my job uses them and then so does a neighbor of mine. Well first I had to call 3 times before someone answered. Then they now showed twice. The guy that answered said that he did come according to his GPS. He didnt ring the doorbell (I have a ring) or call to say he was here. Then when I called the last time 2 hrs after my appointment hey said he wasnt going to be able to make it out to me today. I had to rearrange my work schedule to be here so this is horrible for customer service because now they are messing with my money. They are not dependable at all. I would not recommend them for pest control.

I have an appointment today at 8-09 am and they didnt show up. when I called they said we are their @830am. This is my second time happening, Never going to call these company. Poor Services, not recommend

I have used this company since the nineties. They are always nice and reasonable priced. I have recommended them to others who are also pleased with their work. i cant understand how that got any bad reviews.

Ive never had a problem with this place and Ive used them for a couple of years now! They always answer when I call and the nicest customer service and technicians! The prices are great and affordable compared to other big companies I called. Im not sure why others are leaving such negative reviews because that has NOT been the case for me!

Called 3 times no response at all. I used them15 years ago and was impressed. I am applaud that the customer service they have now, found someone else because people who wont call you back when you are trying to hire them.....dont understand

If I could give no stars I would, I’m a contractor for a fencing company and their applicator stole my Maui Jim sunglasses. After 72 hours of multiple phone calls a day, multiple voicemails and emails I am now having to go through the police department as they are blatantly ignoring me. If I were to give it my best guess all the 5 star reviews are family or fake. Save your self some trouble and stay away from this place.

Well I called, they answered right away and took down all of my info. They told me they would come out on Saturday between either 3 & 4 or 4 & 5, cant really remember. Doesnt matter though because they never bothered to show up or call me to let me know they were not coming. Its now Thursday and I still have not heard from them, so Ive called someone else. Poor customer service and organizational skills.

Good service if you can get someone to answer the phone. Worst place ever for customer service. They never answer the phone and they have no voice-mail service.

Stay away from this place, they treat my house every 3 months. But if you have issues you call in between monts and they sent some one to spray it. The last time i use their service, they sent a technician and he broke my attic ladder, i have call and give them plenty of time to solve this problem and every time they said the owner is on vacation or oit of the office, its been 3 months since this problem happened, i give them the opportunity one more las time and the same . The owner was out of the office once again. I cancel their service . The guy answer the phone dont even try to solve this issue. i recomend to stay away from this place
