Ok so I track my packages religiously when I order anything. And I order quite a bit of stuff online. Until this last order my packages have never passed through this location. And also.. until this order I have always received my packages on time or early.. but this location managed to send my packages all the way to the east coast basically ..up in north carolina. And Im in Oklahoma .. right next door to Texas.. so Im curious as to how the heck they managed to send my packages all the way to North Carolina.. then my packages made it all the way back to mesquite Texas (lol) and sat around for a day before they decided to send it in the correct direction. Every other facility processed my packages in an average of one hour (great job other locations!). I dont know whats going on at this UPS location ..but it isnt good. All in all because of this mesquite location ..my packages were delayed by almost a week. :(

Had a great experience at this location. Went here to pick up a package was nervous with all the bad reviews but pleasantly surprised when I got there. Gentleman helped me as soon as I walked in and was able to find my package quickly. Was in there less than 5 min.

Hands down the best. Have multiple issues with fed ex,Amazon and DHL. Ups always delivers my stuff early and I get a lil thirsty for them uniforms lol. Keep it up brown!!!!

Save yourself time and money and just use a different company. My company paid $180 for expedited shipping so that it would get delivered to our office before we moved only for them to take over a week longer to deliver which they weren’t able to of course because we had moved already (no way they will refund that either). Because of this poor service I had to take time out of my day to drive there to pick it up only for an extremely rude worker to refuse service to me based on the fact I couldn’t “prove” I worked for the company when I had emails with tracking numbers for the package. His tone was very rude as he kept threatening me with not giving me my package (theft?). I cannot believe UPS treats their paying customers with such disregard. It’s appalling .

I fell at the location trying to get checked in because of bad concrete. The security guard watched me fall and never stopped to ask if I was ok. Then I called into dispatch and he laughed when I told him. When I was leaving the one security guard that watched me fall and another security officer came to check me out. She asked me how my day was. I told her humiliating and told her what the other girl and dispatch did. She was the first person to all if I was ok. So so rude

The absolute worst. Everytime Amazon ships a packet with UPS, I know its gonna be a complete s*** show. They ALWAYS, ALWAYS say they attempted delivery even though I dont leave my apartment waiting for my packet and they never even knock!! They got some lazy mother effers that dont want to find my unit so i guess they just mark it as attempted to deliver.

If I could leave no stars I would. The workers here at the customer center are the definition of lazy. They direct all customers to call the 1800 number instead of attempting to offer any assistance. When asked how to submit a claim their response was “I don’t know.” They do not want to do their jobs and if that’s the case they should not be employed. I was notified by UPS that my package was ready for pickup at this address. I drove over 20 miles here to get the package and it is not here. When I asked what my remedy is, she stated I don’t know it’s not here it’s in Dallas. UPS consistently offers subpar customer service.

All good, drop and hook load. Trailer was at a different lot just a few blocks away. Everyone was nice and cordially. They will give you the address to the drop lot where your empty trailer is. Entrance gate address is 3000 sky line Dr.

Must be taking peoples packages and selling the contents for the amount of packages that don’t get delivered out from this center. Had to have items shipped again…let’s see if they lose my package again this time!

Package has been at this center for 2 weeks and according to their own tracking been in route to be delivered for a week and half and then getting cancelled every night due to severe weather. Then I request to pick up the package and guess what it’s not there either even though an email was sent telling me to pick up the package. I live 9 min away from this center absolutely no reason it should take this long.And rude unhelpful service when at the center.Ridiculous.

They send out false notifications stating packages have been delivered and they are not. I had a notification stating package was delivered. I was home so I ran out to get it as soon as i received the notification but no package was found. The next day i received the same notification by text and again i ran out to get the package. No package again. I wait 2 or 3 days and package is no where to be found and not delivered. I called Sephora to let them know items were not delivered. They send the items back out to me. End of claim. 2 weeks ago I receive another package by UPS and of course I happen to be outside this time. The driver hands me the package and proceeds to ask about missing package. Advised her it was never received. Driver is apparently under investigation for not delivering packages so now she wants to tell me she will no longer leave unattended packages at my house since my missing package is under investigation. Thats not my problem. I have lived at my house for 16 years and I have never had a package go missing. Not from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon. And some of them are stupid enough to leave it outside the gate. Now I have a package that she refuses to leave because I am not home. It is an inconvenience for me to keep trying to locate my package when all she has to do is make sure she leaves it inside the gate. I have dogs and surveillance for security. Dogs are not always out either so that shouldnt be a problem. UPS needs to hire better employees!!!!!!!!!

Bought next day shipping the morning of the 29th.The item was in transit the night of the 30th and hasnt arrived.So not next day.Normally this wouldnt be a big deal but this isnt the first time this UPS truck has dropped my stuff off at the wrong house, held my items at the hub, or missed shipping deadlines for upgrades shipping.

I read that my delivery was attempted at around 06:30 (probably flagged as undeliverable on their end because its a new address). I just called the UPS center, who told me that these guys would contact me by 10:00. They contacted me by 10:00 and are sending it right back out tomorrow. The girl I talked to was helpful, and everything has gone fairly smoothly so far, predictable hiccup aside. Ill update if it turns into a super difficult situation, but my experience with them has been fairly good.Update: Everything was exactly that simple. Package received. Thanks, guys!

When I tell you you can receive your package next day and you pay for that to receive it the next day that actually means the next three days it’s been three days and I still haven’t received my package and have been given no notification of wine so I would not recommend using this facility are using UPS The staff was not very friendly and careless would not recommend using UPS to ship packages

They tried to deliver twice to my space didnt leave a notice that they tried to deliver. Called the 1800 number spoke with someone they said ups would have to call me back. Gentleman called me back i asked if I could pick up he said yes he would put it to your customer service center I had from 12 to 7.30 to pick up I get there around 6 to pick up the package and sure enough yall dont have it and its been returned to sender. First UPS made a delivery attempt at my apartment, but nothing was attempted. They didnt come to my door, they didnt call me, they didnt talk to the leasing center, nothing. I was home the whole day. Then because of my horrible experience I decide let me just pick the package up myself instead. This customer center is pretty far from my place, about 30 minutes, but they said its the only place I could have my package picked up, God knows why. I called UPS the next morning to see if my package was ready for pick up, they said yes. I drive to the customer center and they say the package has not arrived yet and will be there later this afternoon. So after driving back home empty-handed, I try to find a contact number for the customer center. There is NO PHONE NUMBER listed, I spoke with UPS support and he has no idea why they told me the package is not ready. I asked if I could speak with someone at the branch and he said a number doesnt exist. How could they not have a number for me to just verify that the package is actually there before I waste another hour of driving?? Theyre probably too scared of the customers who would call them due to their horrible service.

Came back later on the same day and turns out my package is in the back of the facility but because they dont have a driver they cant bring it up to the front for me! I have no idea what’s going on at this location but every time I see one of my packages land there I already know it’s going to be delayed, 100% of the time. Sometimes it’s not so bad other times is pretty bad. This time around I had three packages coming at the same time all scheduled for delivery on the 21st. One landed in mesquite tx and sure enough it was rescheduled for the 27th while the other two arrived on time.. smh!

Overall a very poor experience. There is no adequate way to reach them except via the generic UPS 1-800 number. Every single time I talk to the 1-800 number they PROMISE the shipping facility will call me. I verify the phone number they will call me at. Yet, they never call. I have PAID for the guaranteed delivery window 2x with this package yet it did not come at all on those days, let alone come during the paid-for window. No one can help me. No one seems half interested in helping me. I guess my package will continue to be loaded onto the truck daily, not delivered, and returned to the shipping facility forever. Package Purgatory.Update: After 3 days of failed deliveries and unknown issues, I finally got a call from a real person at the facility (Tanya) who finally helped resolve the issue generally satisfactorily. They could not meet the My Choice time I had been assured of by customer service the night before but they did get the package delivered period. Tanya was the only helpful person I worked with during the 5 days this went on.

A business where UPS has been delivering picking up for over a year. 1-800 customer service is a joke, same with station customer service/drivers bunch of incompetent people who get paid not to deliver your packages. Worst customer service in the world. UPS sent me an email saying my package was available for pickup. I drive out there. John tells me that no, my package was not in his center because he knows it wasnt there. I was pretty sure I saw the package and he acted like that was impossible. I call UPS customer and they assured me my package was there - UPS online and John got into an argument with John telling UPS that they were wrong. I called back and UPS is telling me that I can go get my package. I have no idea what is going on - so I reported this matter as fraud.

I want to give our local UPS driver in the Plano 75075 area who delivers to my house at least twice a week 5 stars. This guy hustles every day for years. I see him daily in other areas on his route & hes always hustling. He is courteous and helpful. I hope that someone at the hub recognizes him for his excellent work!

Over the last six months I have had five packages delivered to this location because they needed a signature of someone over the age of 21. The address on the package is the same as the UPS location, 4200 Samuell Boulevard. Each time I have gone in they harass me about the address, insisting that the address on the package is my home address even though I know every single time its their address. Today was the last straw. I went in to pick up my package, received the same grief as always about the address and explained that it needed a signature from someone over the age of 21 and that is why it is delivered to their location. The woman who took my name went in the back to look for the package and came back, asked for my name again and then she said its not there. I pulled my tracking number out to prove that it was delivered yesterday on the 19th. They put the tracking number into their computer and said it was delivered to the apartment complex across the street. I live about 45 minutes from this place, Im not driving back. Happy Thanksgiving to the office staff at the 4200 apartments across from the UPS hub. Enjoy my wine . I called the company that I order from and had them switch my packages to FedEx. They at least youre going to send me a free replacement well just use it for Christmas.
