If I didnt need the services, I definitely wouldnt come here. Very rude a lot of the time. They will also do anything to sell you their overpriced boxes. Today I was told they will not ship my package because the contents will get messed up if not shipped in their box. The return instructions clearly state to put it in its original packaging to shop it back. At the bottom it says if original packaging is damaged, then box it up. He points it out like I cant read. I explained it says if original one is damaged which it clearly isnt. He then refused to ship it unless I bought their $5 box. Useless. If the company I was going through had options of carriers, in would never have picked this place. Took him 15 minutes to find my print job as well. Nice after waiting on the heat outside for 45 minutes prior to getting inside... Sucks

I have been sending packages here for over one year; all the employees here are loving to help, patient, good attitude. I feel happy every time I am here. I only have a not pleasing experience with the manager for a claim about a broken item during delivery. I did everything he asks me to do to get a refund. And every time I asked him about it, he will say, “I will have a copy of your receipt and look for it, then give a callback”; he got several copies of my receipt, and I never get his call back. One of his employees saw this and told me that the manager is such a person, you shouldnt be so nice when you talk to him, or you will never get your money back. Over six months, finally, I get a check from him. I am still willing to give a five star because of these young, friendly employees.

I have been using this location for my Amazon returns and today 6/12/21 one of your employee (female) refused to provide service because I wasn’t wearing a mask.Employee had an attitude while she handled me a mask. I didn’t feel comfortable wearing a mask that the employee as touched without previously washing her hands. I work for home and I I’m a very clean person so for this Store to push mask without even properly training their employees to handle this masks to their customers is unacceptable. How can you tell me that this store cares about their customers.

This poor guy was helping me. And he kept asking for Beckys help. Customers were piling in one by one. And Becky got an attitude and said I need to finish this first. In my opinion....Becky needs to get fired. And on top of me waiting 15 for my copies.....guy still charged me $5 for my copies. Ugh!

What happened to this great store? Understaffed so there’s a line twisting around inside. 20-30 minute wait. Last week it was after 4pm, today 11:15 am. This used to be the best managed shipper I’d ever used. Sad.

This place is terrible and young kids who are on a power trip working there. The mask mandate has been lifted we are safe you can serve me if I cant wear a mask due to my religious exemption. But they refused service and did not care.

Store was difficult to find because small size in shopping center with Shoe Carnival, beside Scrubs and beyond. Store requires 6ft social distancing and this means more customers on the sidewalk than in the actual store. Not good in the Texas Heat.🔥🔥🔥

I have used this location for Amazon returns many times. I do not wear masks because of the advice of my doctor. If a location requires a mask, I merely do not give them my business. Everytime Ive frequented this location, Ive never been made to wear a mask after I explained my situation. TODAY, 3/10/21, I was told they would not serve me without a mask. This was AFTER having stood in line for 20 minutes! An employee came out asking what service I was needing AND NEVER TOLD ME ID NEED A MASK. I will NOT give them my business going forward.

I received good service from some of the employees but a package I shipped got stolen. When I filed for the claim the manager seemed a bit upset that I was filing one at all and he said he would call me back when it was ready which he never did. We lost a package probably worth 500 dollars and didn’t even get the 100 dollar claim so that really sucked. ):

Had a line of 8 out the door and then another line of 6 inside. Needs better management skills in regards to how to facilitate simple package drop offs and other services.Instead there’s 2 people working the counter and both taking over 15 minutes when it could’ve been one line for drop offs and one line for other services. Imagine having to wait in a line of 15 people for 30 minutes to drop off 1 package. Why not just put a drop off bin in the front even?

And when I go to leave a message on the managers phone, it tells me that there is not enough space to leave a message. I have also sent in emails, and no one responds. And you guys wonder why the govt is wanting to make cuts in the UPS spending..

Unprofessional, unreliable, poor customer service. The customer service hung up on me, the other one lied and said the matter was handled but it wasnt. I sent a package back, only to have it returned back to me in error the following day. Still nothing has been resolved. I still have the package. They seem to be unable to allow me the drop the package off at the UPS store. Unbelievable!!!

I love going inside this store. the workers are always very friendly and will go above and beyond for you, especially for an overly busy person like myself. I know one particular day, I had to come in right before closing, and I had them in there FOREVER with an Amazon order that went crazy due to the shipping cost. They representatives there were great, patient and gave me all the information needed for Amazon and it turned out to be a good outcome! Victor Medina, Isabel Howell and Chay are first class workers who makes UPS proud :) Give them raises or promotion! Great people you have in there!!!!!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful 😁. They have made the hard job of starting a business so seamless! They never seem to run out of energy even though there is usually a line. I never mind waiting because it is usually super quick; at max you wait about 5-7 minutes 🥰. Highly recommended for any new entrepreneurs out there because they have already figured out the solutions to the problems you didn’t even know you had 🙌🏾

I came to the store to make a shipment, it would arrive on a Wednesday and I never came after I went to the store over and over again so they solved that, I also spoke to customer service and they could not solve anything for me and it has been more than a week and they do not solve anything for me Now they tell me its not the stores fault if thats where I paid. I asked them to return my money and they didnt give it to me either, they told me that now I have to wait for my box because it is coming back and I have to go for it again! never had lousy 0 star serviceworst in shipping!!!

I vist the Mesquite location many times a week. I am very impressed with customer service front desk reps with how they intereracts with the customers. I experienced how a customer was irrate because her shipping label didnt have a QR code and Hendrick went over and beyond to make sure the customer didnt have to leave. That was a plus to always make this location of pack/ship and print place of business. Victor is always helpful with me printing and cheerful. Clayton has the best perky behavior. I had to write this review because just when you thought customer service had dropped by the waistside...then you jave UPS. Thanks a million.I hope these guys are getting essential pay because they are the real VIP.

Went into this store to get wills notarized. I wish I got the name of the guy who helped us. He was fantastic. Easy process, not thrilled to have to pay $6 per stamp, but great and convenient nonetheless. Also, as we were working on that, I noticed a long line of customers forming, and the UPS employees were on top of helping everyone out, quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and caring staff.

We have always had great service at this store. We started coming here after the main UPS service center was unable to take a return to AT&T. Our last visit was today and Janet provided a fantastic customer service experience. She was knowledgeable and patient and really went the extra mile to help us out. I highly recommend this location.

I did not want to write this review, but I honestly feel like I have to. I go to UPS often because of my Etsy business and drop off packages at multiple UPS stores, but this is the WORST UPS store Ive ever been to because of one reason, the manager.Ive seen the short, older Hispanic female manager cuss at customers, yell at the workers, and simply sit around while the line was out the door. I saw the manager yell at a customer when one of the workers was getting ready to give her a refund, cuss in Spanish (like no one can understand Spanish??), bark at a customer for cutting in line, and told customers to go to different UPS stores after waiting in line for over fifteen minutes. The language and tone she uses with customers is rude and downright demeaning, and Ive seen multiple people walk out because of the way she treats them. Ive also heard her on many occasions gossip about her workers, which is extremely unprofessional one, and two, who gossips about the workers right in front of customers?? The only times Ive ever seen her not be rude, shes sitting on her phone while the workers are rushing around.This was all seen while waiting in line to simply DROP OFF my orders over the past couple of months!I am NOT the type of person to write bad reviews, but I just couldnt help myself. The managers attitude towards EVERYONE is terrible, and it honestly makes me dread to drop off my orders. Ive never had an issue with any of the workers, but as long as she is the manager, I will gladly drive to another location just because of her.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

On 09/17/2018, a package was sent via 2-Day Air. The package was dropped off at The UPS Store in Mesquite, Texas, and was set to be delivered to my home address in the State of Washington on 09/19/2018. The package was not delivered on the set date and was actually delivered on 09/20/2018. I sent an email to UPS Customer Service asking the reason for the delay as there had been no weather issues that I could see or any other valid Act of God service delay. Their response was, It appears that the package was sorted incorrectly in Texas. I understand that this is not what your paid for. This package qualifies for a Guaranteed Service Refund. Please note that all refund requests, must be initiated by the shipper. Please contact your shipper to have them process your request. Went to The UPS Store on 09/24/2018 to initiate the refund; returned on 10/08 and 10/22 to determine if the process had been completed. On the 10/22 visit, was told that it would take six months to investigate. That seems like an irrational and illogical reason to withhold a refund that we know is due to us.While in Texas last week, I personally went to The UPS Store on 11/01 to ask why the process was taking so long and to see the paperwork on this investigation. I was not shown any paperwork, and was told that someone would call me by the end of the day to explain what was happening. I did not receive a phone call or a viable explanation. I emailed UPS Customer Service again on 11/05 and their response was I apologize as your package was delayed. Please note that all refund requests, must be initiated by the shipper. Please contact your shipper to have them process your request.This is the worst experience I have had with any type of delivery business including the USPS. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as this failure to delivery within the GUARANTEED delivery time frame. For some unknown reason, The UPS Store in Mesquite seems to believe that withholding the refund while they investigate their own business practices is a correct process. It is now almost two months later and no refund.Stay away from this store. They would prefer to keep your money and not deliver of the guarantees given. I only gave one star as I had to mark to submit this review. In reality, I would give them negative 5 stars.

I’ve done business with them in the past so decided to come back and bring them more Business this year I was getting ready to spend close to 6,000 dollars with them for some direct door mail advertisement when I decided to ask for they’re bathroom (the rep in the front said sure it’s in the very back) when I walked to the back to go use it the lady manager in the back yelled at me very rudely I explained to her that the rep in the front granted me access and she said she didn’t care to get out. We came to pick up a package we were notified was there. Ended up waiting almost an hour. They said they didn’t have it (even though they signed for it). Then they lost it. Couldn’t find it. Told us to make sure it’s under that name next time making it seem like it was our fault when indeed it had my husband full info of what he gave them on three different labels in the front of the package. (They must have typed his info wrong or something) First time here and it was a hassle when it shouldn’t have. Called to get the lady who helped at the front (there was 2 including the assistant manager Alejandra Yanez) the assistant manager only gave her name not the other person who was making it more of a hassle. Do not recommend picking up at this location. Not once did they even apologize not even after they lost it.

Horrible customer service, not only from some of the associates but from the owner Peter Arnold as well. I filed a damaged package claim back in July 2018 and here it is 8 months later and still no resolution. The last time I spoke with the owner Peter Arnold in July 2018 he stated to me that he would take care my claim and refund my expenses because he felt my package was not sent off correctly according to the new policy that went into effect back in June 2018, stating that all packages should be put in a plastic bag for protection. Obviously my sons package was not put in a plastic bag because it was full of rainwater and damaged. Again here it 8 months later and the owner Peter Arnold is not responding to my phone calls, voicemails and emails, he simply is ignoring me now. I even had one if his associates tell me recently that theyre frustrated because when he does come in he really doesnt come in to handle these claims and leaves it up to them to deal with, but its being bounced back and forth because the associates cant handle these claims without his authorization, so nothing is getting done. I think its quite funny that the owner Peter Arnold commented on a review a few days ago stating they strive to give world class customer service. Well Mr Peter Arnold you have a strange way of showing that. And this bad customer service from some of your associates is a reflection of you Peter Arnold... because when you show that you dont care, they wont care either Mr Peter Arnold!!

Ive never had a problem with this site or the people. I mail boxes here all the time including a $500 Crossbow, and textbooks without issues. They offer me receipts and give them without complaining. Im not sure why there are so many racist and negative comments. If something changes Ill be sure to edit this post.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. The supervisor was so rude and loud when I called about my package that was late. The lady got angry. The driver delivered my packaged at 11pm. I had to wait whole day in my house. Really awful experience. I will switch to Fed Ex or USPS.

There is a drop-off slot for letters but not packages. I was not greeted by anyone and waited in line to drop off a box that was as ready to go. I asked if I needed to wait in line and they said only for a receipt. How would you know that? There is no sign. I was holding it so they could see if anyone of the three employees made eye contact. Its pitiful that I would spend less time and get better service from an actual inanimate drop box on a sidewalk.

On July 15, 2019, I rushed in the UPS 0862 to make copies for a bible lesson at 7. Both computers were being used. One of the workers, Victor Medina asked if I needed assistance. Heard some very bad things about this particular store. One being they lose packages, based on the look of the employees wouldnt be surprised if they stole them. They refuse to meet the customers needs and act unprofessional. Not only have I experienced bad things about this place but my mother went here tonight. They refused to give her a receipt and told her to just leave it there. If they steal it Ill know who did it. Thats unprofessional and rude character. I will let many know not to go to this particular UPS.

This place has lost package, it got to the UPS store but was never shipped. either some of their own workers stole it or the shipping and handling in UPS is poorly conducted. i recommend FEDEX, delivers faster and its safer. i assure you i will not use UPS ever again.

I sent a package that arrived to the customer broken in April. I called UPS and filed a claim. They said i’d have to follow up with the store. A while after I was in the store and asked about the claim. They knew nothing and said i’d have to file with them. I emailed them all of my documentation in June. Every time i’m in the store and ask about the claim my number is taken down and i’m told someone will call. No one ever calls and I never receive a response to my emails. I am blatantly being ignored. I will no longer ship through this store or UPS.

I went in into this location that Amazon had ups driver who failed to pick up package from my home to give me a label that ups driver was suppose to pick up take back so my refund could be processed through Amazon I had this refund started since this past August 3rd ok today’s date is August 5th ontop dealing with medical issues which I had requested amazon to have a driver pick up package put label on it and seal the package up and mail it back out to Amazon. Since past August 3rd I had dealt with very rude very impatient Amazon coustomer service on the phone especially not very understanding on my medical conditions which I had briefly described kept explaining why I couldnt go into ups store in person which no remorse from Amazon coustomer service reps was put on hold and even yelled at by customer Service rep from Amazon SMH which I will ASAP file a complaint out on Amazon this unexceptionable behavior Ontop having a lot of issues with my iPhone which I had been telling the Amazon customer Service Rep. Victor who not only did an amazing job and was extremely patient and kind twds me helped me out each and every step of the way witnesses how Amazon customer Service was treating me which is unfair to any customer that’s buying anything from Amazon! Horrible place to do business with. The guy and girl at the counter mean mugged the shi* out of me when I first walked in and then I had to ask for help. The guy looked at me and said does it look like Im doing anything? No so how can I help you? So yeah dont waist your time. Story short I drove 30 min here to get told to call the 1800 number. Worst customer service ever I had a package schedule to deliver to my house and the driver did not leave the package because no one was home because I open a case in December when I did not receive a package. I called the customer service and this office called me and the woman on the phone was rude and yelling over me and informed me there is a restriction on my address because I opened a claim back in December and every thing that gets delivered to my house needs a signature. That doesnt make any sense I paid a delivery fee to get my package delivered to my house and the driver wont leave it. When I asked for a manager she said I am the manager I said I want a number to complain and she laughed go ahead Ill Just call you right back and tell you the same thing and hang up I called the customer number again and told them what happened and they informed the manager will get you are compaing about will get this complaint and call you. So who do I complain to the lady on the phone all you can do is email and see who gets it. Really!!! now I dont have my package and I had to pay an additional fee to change the address to get my package delivered to. This is the worst place ever and after reading the reviews I guess I am not the only one that thinks that way. I just dont understand if so many people complain why they still have the same management. If you dont like your job go find a new one

Every time I come in everyone is always so friendly, I come in every once in a while to print papers and Im never charged for computer time and the prints are very cheap!! Great service for sure!! (I was not paid for this review)

When I come to the store, people are kinda slow to respond but do eventually get the job done. When I call the store, they have this silly voice prompt that tells you to press 2 if I want to talk to someone in the store. No matter the time I call, I seldom get a live person. This is what is commonly known as crappy service. One time I had my phone in my hand ringing, you could hear the store phone ringing. Help standing around lost in space, making no effort to take care of their telephone business. Sad. . . thinking seriously of not renewing my box on the next go around.

Well if there were an option to give this place a no star rating. I dont know what UPS is doing hiring arrogant rude and abnoxious employees. That do not realize that they get paid because we as customers use the shipping services. Today is the second time I get a stupid and arrogant attitude by the same ignorant disrespectful employee.who got mad at me because I was interrupting her personal phone time. I was trying to get my return address updated and she got upset and started. using profanity and contradicting me making it seem like i do not know my address or my name.the sad part is that she is Hispanic she is rude and racist talking down on Latino folk and saying stuff these people need to learn english I guess she thought I could not understand what she said.this is the second time this person has given me the most crappiest customer service. Try to avoid this store unless you like to obtain an attitude by a lazy arrogant and ignorant employee who gets mad because you interrupt her from using her cell phone

They literally ignored me as i was outside there door only a few seconds after 7pm. I cant believe how rude these employees are and if the owner of this location cared about their customers they would take in pride of serving all customers.

The employees of this place are very arrogant and disrespectful, especially a Latina woman, skinny, and a chubby woman. Last Tuesday on August 21st, I stopped by to send some very fragile packages and the employees began throwing them without being careful. I suggested the skinny woman to not throw the boxes and she answered me with an arrogant attitude, then sarcastically told the chubby woman that they were fragile boxes, and the chubby woman answered her that she did not care about my fragile shipping packages.

And they don’t even have an idea on when they’ll be getting another!!!![Edit, Response] The lady that was at the store on the morning of my initial review had informed me “We don’t have a notary and we have no idea when we will be getting another one”No apology, no offer of assistance for where I could potentially find a notary service in the area, nothing.

I had a package delivered. I told a lady name Tara that i live in Phase 1 she told the driver phase 2. She also told me that the driver knows the difference between phase 1&2 he delivers there all the time. Her attitude was very terrible and she cut me off while I was talking. Luckly the driver was delivering another package in my unit and I stopped and ask him about my package he stated that he was about to go to phase 2. SMH I will never go through them again.

UPS is absolutely the worst of the worst. My package should have been here on Tuesday last week and I still don’t have my package. The app says “to be delivered by 3pm” it is 6pm and is still in transit. UPS is really the worst I don’t recommend it at all.
