The staff is busy going back and forward with clients who write reviews on google, they wont be able to help you get a job. According to them, they are willing to help you find a permanent career and they only hire competent employees. The funny part about it is that the staff is not competent. Their texting skills are 2nd grade level including: run on sentences and inclomplete ideas. Some people go to school just to eat lunch. Stop harrasing people for not agreing with your careless way to work. Next time I hear from you I will be posting screenshots.

Dont even bother to call this place. They are not helpful and rude to people. They claim that they only have jobs with over 5 years of experience requirements. If you leave a bad review, they are so unprofesional that they call you to ask you to delete it. This happened to my husband today. He applied two weeks ago and just now he recieved a call from them asking to delete his google review explaining to him that is not their fault that employers require over 5 years of experience. In my opinion they should have more flexibility and comunication. They also need to work on their attitud towards people that dont speak good english.

First off its funny Im sitting right outside of the building. Shes so lazy saying shes doing other things I clearly see no one at this office the parking lot is filled with their cars and you know this simply because it says Express Employment. Saying that she has been calling me you have not and think that I care about it being a month tht I havent gotten my check or checked I gave you bank information I waited for calls but I have other employment. But if I have funds out I want my funds period. But really need to change her form of business. Her people skills are horrible.!

Looks can be deceiving...theyll get you a job and work with you on what works best for your schedule but underneath the friendly faces are nothing but a bunch of rude employees who treat their temps with disrespect. The only person worth talking to at this location is Karen. I went into this location in desperate need of a job and Karen took care of me and worked with me on my schedule. She found me what I was looking for very quickly however, the problem with working for this company, is that they are not allowed to disclose certain information to anyone unless they are strictly working for the company or under the company. This means not even the closest family members of the employee working for them. When you go through the application process, they will tell you certain things verbally but the problem with that is that when certain things happen, the stuff that was told verbally is not on file to show proof that it was said or stated.Be aware of what they tell you when working through this company as a temp. Because they will tell you everything but they wont have 100% of the things they tell you on file. I worked for a company through them for a bout less than a week and ended up having to call in sick for two days due to a really bad upper respiratory infection. I did call the employment agency office the first day hours in advance before my shift started and left them a detailed message and then left them a voicemail and an email the following day. I had also sent an email to the client that I was working for to ensure that I could do everything I could to make sure that It didnt look like I wasnt just going to not show up. I ended up getting a phone call from the owner of the Express office in Mesquite, telling me that I was not supposed to do that and that I had been terminated from the client and not to return. The owner of this office was not only rude with me when hanging up the phone in the middle of a conversation where I still had questions about continuing my employment through this company, but was also extremely rude to my fiancé who went in to ask questions for me due to my illness preventing me to speak with them directly. The lady at the front named Scotty, who answers the phone is very rude on the phone and gets frustrated easily when she cant understand or hear you so be aware. Other than that they will help you and get you a job, just be aware that they dont really care about your personal issues or excuses, they are just there to help you so that they can get paid. You also have to be aware of the things they tell you and not just everything they have written in the documentation, because it will bite you later if you arent careful.

Very rude people, wouldnt wish this place on my wrist enemy.. the job they sent me to was sort unprofessional and biased. Again truelly take experience, they will hang up on you on purpose, admit to it and have no remorse. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! SANDY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband worked for this agency and when laid off (for an unexplained reason) they prevented him from getting his tools that were left on the job site. We called Sandy to ask for assistance and were treated cruelly and told it wasnt her problem. They use you and throw you out when their done.
