My little 6lb Poodle mix was bitten by a large dog in a scuffle on a Satuday afternoon. We took here to BluePearl for emergency services. Even little Lucy was comfortable with the care and attention. Clean, kind and professional. And the emergency costs were quite fair.

Dr. Charles has the absolute best approach and bedside manner. She is very personable, compassionate and kind! Everyone I encountered from the sweet lady on the phone to the sweet lady at the front desk was very kind and professional. They listened, communicated every step and gave me peace of mind. I have a corgi-yorkie mix that my family named kobalt, last year he was few months old when he came down with parvo. We thought we were going to lose him so we took him to different veterinary clinics in my area and no one would help us so we took him to blue pearl they took him right in and medicated him told us we had the option to leave him there so they could rehab him for a week for $1500 which we would of had no way to afford the second option was $500 where they treated him with fluids and anti vomiting meds and for us to take him home and rehab him ourselves on a rice and chicken diet we went with the second option with in a week and a half he was getting back to his oldself. Now more than a year later he is a loving, healthy, and energetic dog. Thank you blue pearl for saving my little buddy.

Please DONT take your pet if at all possible... Go anywhere but there. Not bashing, only telling facts as what happened to me. Brought my rat terrier in there because no other vet can see her in the middle of the day I never seen her again they killed her and charged me 2,083. They asked for my Care credit account number before they would see her. They ended up charging that account $2,083 for overnight stay one x-ray. The next day got a phone call saying if I didnt answer the phone theyre going to keep her in the freezer. Heartless people THEY KILLED MY CHILD!!

This emergency vet was bought out by Blue Pearl a couple of years ago. Prior it was the local emergency vet hospital. At that time I used the emergency vet hospital many times for my little Katie who had diabetes. They were always very efficient and timely. Never had to wait and took her back immediately for treatment. They were awesome before Blue Pearl took over. I now have another dog and she hurt her leg this morning and couldnt walk. I took her to blue pearl and the first thing out of the receptionist mouth was it would be at least a 3 hour wait. Mind you I was the only customer there and there were no other cars in the parking lot. I asked if they could call me when they could see her because I was working and my job is right next door. She told me no I had to wait there. How ridiculous! I asked her why it would take so long that it had never been that way prior to changing to blue pearl. She mumbled off reasons, none of which should create such a long wait. She handed me a sheet of paper with other emergency vets and said I could call one of them. This place is next door and takes 1 minute to get there. She didnt care and was not going to accommodate. I shook my head and walked out. What happened to this place???? Terrible customer service for you and your pet!

Don’t go based off of others reviews I was very hesitant to take my fur baby here because of the bad reviews but decided to make the trip since it was closest to my house and I could not wait. Let me tell you I walked in that door and was greeted so kindly and as soon as I walked in they got me to a room and were very patient and understanding and were able to help my dog and relieve her of some pain. They’re were very upfront of the cost of everything and made sure I consented before doing anything. No hospital is ever going to be cheap people but pricing is very reasonable in my eyes I would pay whatever to save my baby’s life. They gave me clear instructions on after care and she’s doing so much better please keep an open mind when reading bad reviews it was worth the trip!

I brought my 6 month old puppy (Princess) on 06/30/21 for parvo, she was looking lifeless at that point. I paid 500 for the testing, fluids, medications to take home, and food. I believe that’s a GREAT price especially for the care and compassion they showed to princess, today 07/06/21 she is completely healed. Thank you so much blue pearl for saving my baby’s life!!!! Thank you to the tech who helped me from the initial phone call at 11pm on a Sunday night to throughout the whole visit.

My poor 15 year old dog Hershey was throwing up and lethargic. She had an appointment at her regular clinic at noon the next day but she was looking bad. I took her to BluePearl and they took her right in and cared for her. They are a great company and I would 100% go there again for any of my pets. Great customer service and even came out to my car to give me updates because I wasnt feeling well.People need to stop complaining about the cost and be great full we have people who can care for our pets. People need to understand its an emergency vet...... just like if we went to an emergent clinic they charge more than just a visit.Be greatly for our doctors and technicians.

My dog had a systemic anaphylactic reaction to something and our normal vet shut down their ICU so we went to BluePearl. Not only did they handle it beautifully, they went above and beyond. They communicated effectively, let me visit with my pup before leaving her for over night treatment, called me with updates and gave me a full report of every thing they checked, every treatment applied, all blood work results and included written discharge instructions. I was so incredibly impressed with their service that I wish they took wellness appointments! Their prices were reasonable as well: $140 for an emergency consultation is on the lower end for the Dallas area. Even the cost of overnight care was reasonable compared to what our normal vet would have charged. They even called 2 days later to check in on her. We’re incredibly thankful for all of the staff - they made a scary situation much easier on both of us.

Will never recommend anyone to bring their pets here. I brought my cat last night early this morning, told them he was sick and needed help asap, he was dying. The lady was very monotone and didnt care, told me I had to pay before theyd see him. It didnt matter how much I stressed that he needed help, even told her to come outside and see for herself, said she would but never did. Thanks. I lost him. He couldve been saved. But all you cared about was money. You dont help animals, you help your wallets.Horrible customer service, lack of love and care for our loved pets and because of that I lost a wonderful cat who never made it to a year old.

Our little Japanese Chin, Kawaii, began having seizures. It was not a happy visit as we had to euthanize her, but they were very kind. At first, it looked like it would be an emergency and we were more than willing to put up the money, but the vet was so kind and let us know that she was already on her way to passing away and that euthanizing her was the kindest decision. They let us hold her as long as we wanted and we were with our little one when she passed. They were professional and kind considering the hard circumstances.

I spoke to personnel today at approximately 2:30 pm in the afternoon I explain to them that my dog had stitches after a particular surgery and staples and they were opened up by the dog my pet was not bleeding, muscle was exposed and my dog was suffering. I spoke to the worker at this veterinarian hospital that is supposed to have a doctor present not so. I was led to believe when I left home Terrell Texas that they said bring them here I will see I will have to look at we can’t give advice over the phone I said ok. Got their first word out of this workers mouth was that a doctor was not present at this supposedly all nighter animal hospital that didn’t have a doctor present to help my dog. This worker led me to believe that they could help me and when I showed up the worker had the foolish look of a what are you talking about. I was recommended to this place, but if I were you it would probably best serve yourself interest to find a more dependable veterinarian hospital. I really believe there was a doctor present they just didn’t want to mess with it to replace the stitches in the staples. Seriously find a higher quality animal hospital that can help you when your pet is suffering and néed of solid dependable professionals. This hospital sent me out the door with my dogs surgery you could see the muscle of his hind leg. Inhuman with no concern to my dog. Shame on you. This hospital was so cruel to send me away with my pet suffering in pain. A picture paints 1000 words this substantiate my claim as to how I was treated this hospital and sent away with my poor dog suffering this. TWBYFAWAFF..

If I could I would give them no stars! I was recently here Wednesday night with my 8 year old dachshund. He was so much in pain bleeding from him back side ribs when he got attacked by a stray dog. The doctors took him from me and didn’t care how much pain he was. He had broken ribs brozed lungs. The Main Dr. can’t remember his name told me he didn’t care about my pet and then over charge me for the price to put him down since he didn’t make it. They don’t care about your fur baby’s! They just want your money and make lies! I will NOT BE COMING BACK HERE ! This place should be shut down! After a horrible thing they did to my fur baby!!! No Dr. should ever tell a customer they don’t care or over charge you for something. Then make you wait for hours just to say your last words to him.

Im really not understanding where all of the bad reviews are coming from. I can only assume it’s people who are unfortunately just upset and panicked their animals are hurt. Animal care is expensive. Especially if it’s life or death. My sweet cat collapsed at home after a day or 2 of vomiting, not eating or drinking. We had to rush her to this vet and the care was impeccable. The techs not only were patient and understanding but the vets themselves were angels. Very compassionate and thorough. They kept me and my husband updated constantly and I felt comfortable calling constantly just to see how she was doing. They did ask for a deposit of $1000 initially and as someone who works with animals I saw no problem with this. Especially considering the circumstances. We decided to keep her overnight as her condition was not getting better. They asked for another $1500 for the tests and attention she desperately needed. Again we paid with no hesitation. We called one more time around midnight and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our babygirl. This experience would have been so much worse if both vets we dealt with weren’t there. They had my sweet girl in a bed covered in a pretty multi colored quilt. You can tell they really cared and really tried everything they could. They we’re patient and allowed us the time we needed. Since she didnt stay the full night we were refunded more than half of what we paid the previous day for her care. Id recommend this place 100 times.

To top it all off, you cant even be in the same room with your pet or anywhere inside the facility. Would not recommend. Please listen to the reviews. I know it’s convenient that it’s open 24/7 but it really isn’t worth it. On top of them charging an arm and a leg, the doctor(older woman with a silver bob haircut) there has no sympathy what so ever. The only helpful and kind person was the nurse who triaged us in the main lobby. Oh, and ESPECIALLY if you have a stereotypical “aggressive” breed DO NOT go. We had to put our dog down a (pit bull) with three legs and kidney issues and while doing the procedure the doctor turned to us and told us that “there is nothing you could’ve done, these dogs are bred to fight.” Without knowing our dog or knowing the situation whatsoever. I’m sick and tired of him being stereotyped even on his deathbed as a heartless savage animal just because he was a pit bull. Please just make a relationship with a good veterinarian who truly loves animals.

No one called us from the office so we decided to call them 5 days later. When we called them, they said we didnt tell them that we wanted his prints but we clearly circled the clay mold option on the paper and we were also charged for it. Although the staff was nice, they had one small task and couldnt handle it. TLDR: After waiting for almost 5 hours, I paid $675 for my dog to receive a splint, pain medication, and a referral back to the doctor who sent me to BluePearl. My dog experienced a leg injury that I thought was a broken bone, but it turned out to be torn ligaments. The regular vet recommended that I take her to BluePearl. I waited in my car for an hour and a half, which is fine since this place is a 24/7 pet hospital. After checking her in I was informed that a diagnostic and x-ray would be about $450. They also suggested a shot to assist with the pain for $60. I agreed to pay and was told to expect a call from the doctor shortly. I waited for almost 2 more hours and called to see what is happening. They informed me that they were just now performing the x-ray, and that I would hear back shortly. Almost another hour goes by and I decide to call back in. The doctor informs me that they do not have a surgeon on staff, and that I would still need to visit my regular vet (who recommended me to them) and get a referral to another facility. They also suggested more pain medications to get her through the next couple days. In the end, this all cost $675. This was a terrible experience for me, my dog was incredibly high the entire night (threw up multiple times), and the splint has made her much more uncomfortable than she was before visiting BluePearl. She hates the pain medications as well. I tried to hide it in her food/treats... but she takes a few bites and refuses to eat the medicated food. Now I have to schedule another appointment to receive an additional referral so I can get my girl healed. Maybe this is my own fault for not knowing better, but I feel like we were scammed.

It’s actually as bad as people are making it out to seem. Had my black Labrador attacked by a stray dog in the middle of the night, he had horrible wounds on his neck and it just looked like he died. He got up out of nowhere and we rushed him to the only place near us that was open this late at night. When we arrived we were told to leave my dog in an exam room (bleeding) and leave. They had trouble putting on a muzzle since it irritated his wounds, but made a show on how hostile and aggressive he was, regardless of the fact that he’s alone, scared, hurt, etc. And that’s not even scratching the surface, besides the entry fee being $140, they wouldn’t do anything until a $1000 deposit was made. After some time they called to let us know that he needs surgery, because they didn’t know if he had damage to an artery, they needed around $2k+. They explained if he didn’t get it he would probably die, and that taking him to a vet would just lead to a more expensive surgery. We decided no surgery and to take him to our vet since they almost opened. They again explained how he needed the surgery and made me feel horrible for considering something else, they explained that the meds they gave him would make it so my lab would not be able to keep his body temperature warm so he needed to be in a warm environment with blankets. THE NERVE OF THEM SAYING THAT AND COMING INSIDE THE ROOM TO SEE MY LAB ON THE FLOOR WITH A TOWEL UNDER HIM(NOT WRAPPED OVER HIM) SHIVERING AND DRIPPING BLOOD EVERYWHERE. And yes the room was freezing to top it all off. Went to the vets straight after, and the service, care, and genuine love for animals there compared to this place was night and day. Was with my lab the whole time, got explained that surgery was not needed since if it was an artery he’d be dead already, gave us some new meds, and told not to use one of the meds prescribed. Bottom line is, try to avoid coming here at all costs, no sympathy for animals at all or their owners. 0 stars if possible

We made the decision to put her down and end her suffering. Because of covid they have the amount of people who can go in capped, luckily it was enough for us to all be present. The whole staff showed compassion and provided the best experience they possibly could in this circumstance. Yesterday I picked up her ashes which came in a beautiful tiny urn along with a card that has the Rainbow Bridge poem. The clinic is clean and updated and has experienced vets who obviously know what they are doing. My 2 year old husky was found in the corner of the yard shaking so we rushed him to the clinic. They took us to the exam room and looked at Keno and said that he was obviously anemic and need to pump some fluids through him. After waiting for sometime the doctor came in to tell us what Keno was gonna go through. He then told us the prices which was a minimum of $1,140! We had a hard time thinking of what to do because my family has a hard time of making money, but Keno was part of our family so we went through with it. He stayed at the clinic for another 6 hours, and when they called for pick up, he was a whole other dog. He was responding well again, waging his tail, and his head was up and looking around again. The doctor then told us directions and what to look out for just in case he needs to come back. Im very satisfied with my visit and will come back, only problem is the prices, but if you care enough you would know its for the best.

AND THE FOLLOWING DAY OUR PUPPY (COCO) DIE 😥😢😭, I paid these people who do not know anything about the diseases of an animal, they are only thinking about money all the time, the receptionist is the first thing that asks you. And I tell you with certainty that my puppy COCO he was sick with the PARVOVIRUS, because my other dog (CHISPA) get sick the same day that Coco died, the same symptoms, and take it to another place and gave the test that made her positive, the same as this other person did to ( COCO) and what went wrong in the emergency room. and thanks to that our little dog (CHISPA) is now under treatment to not die. if this negligent people would have had the correct care of my COCO, he would not be dead now. believe me that this review is not done out of anger, I do it with great sadness and to be careful with this place, do not bring your puppies here, this place has very bad service. Very expensive and they do not help you at all. If your dog or cat is sick and it is night, better wait a few hours to open another regular pet clinic and take it there, I assure you it will be better to wait a few hours. because in this place of emergency it blankets your animals, and I said this because it was not my first puppy that leads to this emergency room. also happened to me with Bambi another dog that I had last year March / 2018 and she die too.

After waiting in the car 20 minutes with no communication or updates (thank goodness my dog fully recovered because this staff had no sense of urgency), I decided to drive downtown to the next closest emergency clinic that was open. I was very impressed with this emergency clinic. I was told a two hour wait but when i arrived my puppy was taken back, examined and ready to go home within an hour. They were very caring, detailed, and eager to help. The place was very clean and safe amongst the pandemic we are in. I am very pleased and thankful for the staff here that helped with my baby. My puppy went in looking like she was dying and came out back to normal and very happy. AND as an emergency visit, and meds all came to a total under 200! Completely stunned me. Thank you so much BluePearl!!

The staff was very informative - telling me what the total cost would be per service which I liked, it ended up being cheaper than expected since they didnt have to sedate him. I brought my puppy for some pretty serious health issues. I was desperate for someone, anyone to see him. No one had any availabilities or openings on a weekend night. And if they were they didn’t know how long I’d be waiting, some where 4+ hour waits. Not knowing if we were gonna make it safely through the night, I came here despite the bad reviews.Just as everyone forewarned, I had to pay hundreds just for them to test my dog for something I knew he didn’t have, but was pressured into testing.Overall I ended up paying hundreds just to end up taking my puppy home still sick and with no answers.Took him to a different vet after a scary touch and go weekend, and got the answers I needed. This place took advantage of my love for my baby, and only cared about the bottom line: making money.

I was called with updates and anytime I called to check-in they were incredible! I can’t say enough about this place and I wouldn’t trust my boys with any other emergency clinic. This is long but worth the read. On Labor Day I had to say good bye to my best friend of 14 years. I knew the time was coming as he was slowly declining. But on Monday morning he was having difficulties catching his breath I knew it was time. Unfortunately our local vet which we had visit less than two weeks prior was not open due to the holiday. So I told him to BluePearl. When I arrived I called to let them know I was there and my pets state. They told me to wait in my car and they would call me when they had a room available. I waited about 15 minutes and received a call back. This is when I was told I could bring my dog in and that I would have to go back to my car. I was shocked! She said that they were 100% contact free and that I would not be able to be with my dog as he was euthanized. I was stuck with the decision to make my baby suffer a whole extra day until our local clinic open or to leave him with complete strangers as he departed this world. What kind of choice was that. My heart was shattered and I was so upset. I couldn’t make him struggle to breathe for another 20+ hours so I took him in. I carried him into the exam room and laid him down. I pet him and loved on him until I felt like he was as comfortable as he possibly could be. As I walked back up to the front the receptionist was on the phone. I patiently waited and when she got off I told her he was in the room and what was next. She told me I could go back to my car and she would call for me to pay over the phone. All I could think while I was paying triple the price was that I feel like I’m paying for something that I bought on tv. The receptionist was not personable. She took my information and then said okay that’s it. I do not know how anyone working in this clinic or the corporation could ever be okay with any of this. My heart is broken and all I can think about was if my baby was scared or looking for me in his last moments of life. I feel like I have no closure and it is killing me. I hope everyone that works or has any affiliation with this clinic is ashamed of what they are asking pet owners to do. I wasn’t asking to stay with my pet for treatment just to stay with him while he took his last breath. This is absolutely heartless and not in the animals or owners best interest. I pray to god that no one ever has to go through what I went through on Monday.

We have had to visit the clinic multiple times since having our dog, and we have always had the best experiences. The staff is always kind and helpful. Dr. Dennett is extremely knowledgeable and comforting. We have had some challenging health experiences with our dog, and Dr. Dennett is persistent and has spent a good amount of time and thought finding the right path for treatment. We are very comforted when we have to take our dog in, because we know he is in the best hands.

Super disappointed in this veterinary clinic. I found a stray dog (post 4th of July fireworks) and asked them to scan it for a microchip. They said they were too busy and I could wait 4-5 hours. Informed them the dog was not injured it just needed to be scanned. They said I would have to wait. I ended up going to another emergency clinic and they scanned it for me. It literally took 30 seconds. I used to work their before it was sold to BluePearl. That is not the standard of care they use to provide.

My dog got run over and we took him because it was an emergency and I did not like this place at all. The lady who was at the front desk had a really disgusting attitude, she could have at least been polite but no. Whatever she has going on at home needs to stay at home because she be bringing her attitude to work which is not correct. Especially to the customers! It was an EMERGENCY and they had the audacity to say that we needed to pay so he can be attended. And they do not let you pay it through check or by weekly payments. It has to be paid in that moment and that is WRONG because not every single person is going to have that amount of money. Were all different and not because one person has lots of money doesnt mean everyone does. If theyre going to charge that much then why dont they let me borrow some money then!Bluepearl pet hospital, you need to change that because its making you lose clients sweetheart. So I hope you guys can be understanding and let us pay when WE CAN. Dont be selfish and have EMPATHY Bluepearl pet hospital!!!And did I mention that when I went to discharge my dog me and my sister had to do everything!!!We went into the room and there wasnt any veterinarian who could attend us. Thank you, BluePearl vets and technicians for saving our dog Charlies life! 🙏While hiking at Goat Island Preserve, our tiny 7lb 5yo pup was bit by a copperhead snake. We frantically rushed to BluePearl for treatment, since they were the closest vet with antivenom medication. The vet explained the situation and recommended the antivenom and overnight care for our case (small dog with swollen paw & limb). The vet also told us in advance roughly how much the whole treatment would cost, and it ended up being pretty spot on with the final bill. The vet also called us before heading home with a status update, which we appreciated. Also, since it is a 24/7 hospital, you can call to check in on your pet any time. The communication is generally very direct but informative and helpful.A few notes:(1) Antivenom is not cheap, wherever you would get it. Also, painkillers are not cheap. For venomous snake bites, your pup may need both, so be prepared for a potentially high vet bill. Ours was just under $2k (without pet insurance).(2) The technician informed us that they do try offering pets food (even turkey slices!) every 4 hours. Our pup took a while before accepting food but eventually did eat some food.(3) Our pup did come back home a bit dirty (e.g., crusted eye gunk and some residual poo on his tail) but the injured area and bandages were very clean.(4) Due to Covid, they currently have a contactless setup, so you had to call in before entering and leave your pet alone in an exam room.

We had an unfortunate need to bring our dog in for sudden incontinence, malaise and vomiting over a weekend. When we called (being a holiday weekend), they told us three hour wait and 120.00 consult fee; but not to worry they will be doing things to help speed things along. My husband arrived 7:30 and 2 hours later they took our dog back. However not a peep or call for over 4 more hours. The staff was stalling us along and said they were taking her temp but didn’t ever get a sample for a UTI in 6 hours. When I shared w the staff we were visiting by out of town and it was going to take another 45 min to get home, we all agreed because of their delay, to leave our dog there. Oh but wait let’s get the 120.00 fee (without any work done first). Then called my husband and told him to go and go and they will call with more news, but also asked to authorize more tests when they hadn’t yet ran a urine sample. Coincidentally, they called at 2:00 am to tell them they ran the urine and no temp so come and get her we won’t keep her. We got to our vet a day later and what do you know she has a UTI... not a good experience and they just wanted our money!!

I presented to Blue Pearl Emergency Pet Hospital in Mesquite not long ago with my cat that was having stroke like symptoms. The vet told me that there was no way that they could save her and that we needed to consider euthanizing her. I chose not to as I was not going to be allowed to be with her when they did this due to the COVID Virus. I understand the point but did not want her taking her final breath without a loved one there. Accordingly, they began to check her out to get her back to me so I can make other decisions for her in her short time left. It took a long time for them to check her out so I called asking them to expedite the process to hopefully see her again alive as I was concerned she would die there without me by her side. The front desk lady said in a somewhat arrogant fashion that she was STILL suffering as if the conversation with the vettelling me that 5 minutes earlier would have changed, almost to pour salt on the wound and the very tough decision I had to make under these circumstances. circumstances. It was a hateful comment that she made which illistrated the lack of care and respect she had for my feelings. The vet tech that brought her out to me was also arrogant in telling me, I do not know WHERE you are taking her but she is GOING to die. I called them after I got my loved one home to complain about my treatment and the lowly front desk lady told me that the vet was too busy to talk to me and when I raised issue with that, she hung up on me! I immediately called back and was able to reach the vet afterwards saying that she had better make time for my complaint after spending almost $200 in less than 30 minutes. All they did was look at her and put her on oxygen, that was it! She told me that the staff accused me of cursing which I absolutely did not and I have my spouse to attest that I DID NOT CURSE but rather raised my voice! There is a difference between yelling and cursing. Basically, these non-caring people decided to lie about my conversation with them to protect their jobs, victimizing me in an already highly emotional situation! These 2 people need to be fired! I emailed Dr Dennett, the so called Chief Of Staff about my complaint and he never even cared enough to reply back to my email or to even call me! The attending vet never called me the next day to check on me or my pet! These people are awful including the pathetic lead Doctor. The staff were judgemental and have NO PLACE in health care!!! Please, I encourage you NOT to go to this business as all they seem to care about is taking your money, judging you and can care less about your feelings!!! Going to this place I ASSURE you will be a huge mistake!

How in gods name is there any positive reviews for this place? The Sheer dis care for animals is absolutely unbelievable and disgusting at this facility. Due to a unfortunate accident with a family members pet, I had to say at this clinic for a full day of support. During these hours, I have personally witnessed 14 hours of sheer horror and hysteria from owners bringing their pets in with critical conditions in the lobby area. To my disbelief, the first words out of the nurses mouth during these critical times are “ are you able to cover for this??” Or “can you afford this?” These responses was relayed to not one but MULTIPLE owners crying, screaming, begging for help which is terrifying to witness. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!??!!? Not to mention the lack of urgency to immediately rush the animal to a doctor on duty for care after an answer is given by the owner. It’s absolutely outrageous!! that a pets care is not there first or top priority. Sadly, MONEY is the priority at this clinic. I would HIGHLY suggested to STAY AWAY from this hospital for your loved ones at all costs because that day, a lot of these animals didn’t make it out alive. As a complete stranger, I helped and hugged these strangers through this difficult time. Till this day, I have never forgotten the treamtment and terror these owners suffered due to lack of care, concern and urgency from the staff. No owner or pet should EVER experience treatment like this. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Also when asked how he was doing it was a roller coaster because one nurse said he was doing good and the next he was not. Very upsetting to get hopes up n down. Friendly staff the majority of the time. Also Tom was admitted at 4am Sunday and was seen by 5 different doctors by Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning to check on him and how he did the night before and they said not very good. We asked if we could bring in some fresh tuna juice for him and was told yes. I got there about 845 this morning and was told to wait to drop off his tuna because they might be transferring him to another hospital. So I waited and sure enough they transferred him. I told them I didnt have his carrier because nothing was said before. They bring me Tom with no box. So the nurse want and got a box for me to put him in to travel. Also before agreeing to pay they accidentally put an extra charge on my account. Im so glad I looked before I signed.
