Unfortunately, I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the woman getting frustrated at another customer (POC) and using very derogatory remarks and comments such as You people. I explained to her that I can not and will not support a business that feels this way and to give me my items back.In addition, if you decide to not utilize her for services because once you get to the counter she charges you an arm & a leg, you will still be charged a fee for her time. Oh! She will hatefully yank the pins out of your items after she receives your fee. None of these things are stated before you begin the fitting.

The customer service here is amazing. She was able to finish my alterations ahead of schedule. Thank you for helping me. I looked amazing at my event.

Had to do some MAJOR alterations on my sons prom tux. They did an AMAZING job. About 8 from the pant waist and no idea on the jacket but they both fit perfectly now.

Very expensive, and the lady there charged me $10 because I used the fitting room, I think she just got upset since I took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone!. Bad customer service and very unprofessional.

She does the work done well, but shes got terrible attitude. She didnt care about my needs and pushed her way. Also she charged me extra for expedite work - which was 5 days to inly ginish the work the same day and store my pants hanging there. I went 3 days earlier and the work was done. Why store there and charge extra?

Extremely expensive and poor customer service. She was not helpful when trying on the pieces that needed to be altered. She also did not check to see how the pieces fit once they were altered.Same day service is not true and there’s an extra charge for any rushed work.She charges a lot for the most minimal work.

She beautifully fixed a very complicated designed Bridesmaid dress in multiple ways and it turned out completely flawless. Youd never guess I had to get it altered at all. She definitely earned her five full stars from me!

Best place I have been to for alterations. I go on frequent business trips and she gets all my suits done without issue. Ive been to many alteration shops around the dallas county and she cant be compared to. I live in Plano and dont go to anyone else but her. Shes very straightforward and I cant recommend her enough.

I went there on 9/19/20 to have 2 cheer skirts adjusted at the waist for my daughter, and she wanted to charge $39 for each skirt plus tax which would be about $80 after tax. I told her no that was too much, but I still had to pay $5 for her pinning the skirt and spending 5 minutes with my daughter. She is a rip off. I paid the $5 and left, but I found a cleaners that charged $24 for both. Do not go here!

Sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She did a superb job on my work pants I needed hemmed to fit my length. She got the job done fast, and I paid a fair price to get all of my pants hemmed. Will be back!

She has done alterations on my daughters formal dresses on several occasions. She always does a fantastic job!!! She is very to the point and matter of fact, I can see how sensitive people might think she has an attitude but I really like her. She is fair on her prices and does great work.

I got two pairs of pants hemmed for a reasonable price. The place is quiet and the lady is very polite, and professional. I always come here when I need anything altered and have never had a negative encounter. However, they do not take cards, only cash or check.

Needed an emergency repair on my uniform and she fixed it up for me. She wasnt rude to me like people here are saying. She is straight forward and seemed to be by herself. I imagine she is super busy with all the business she gets.

Ive used this tailor several times to hem dresses or to shorten the length of dresses into tunics. While she IS matter of fact, she is professional and always does a good job and a fair price. I dont think she seems rude (as some of the other reviewers have stated), I just think she is EXTREMELY BUSY, as you can see by the racks of clothes in her shop that shes working on.

I Took in a $200 dollar dress for my daughters wedding event I bought at Macy’s and then lady got upset when I told her the hemming was not professional done. She kept telling me then sewing was ok and I kept telling her sewing was not done right. She said she would fix it right there and then, but when I saw she was just going to fix it in parts. I told her to forget it. She was about to make it look worse!She is not professional to be altering expensive dresses. Please, please do not go there. She ruined my dress! I’m very upset 😡 she ruined my dress and she still deposited my money in her business Acct.

She always does a great job with the clothes i bring her. Yes i will admit there are times where things can get pricy but i can understand from experience, i dont have time to alter my clothes because of school and work but she always does an amazing job. Shes sweet and understanding but the way she comes off sometimes its only because English is not her first language which i can relate to and completely understand. The clothes she alters is with quality. Though there were some rude customers who kept demanding her to lower the prices, they just didnt know how much work and time she has to put in for everything. If you dont take my word for it, go find out yourself.

My homecoming dress was big and she got it to fit and it was done in a day i reccomend it

This one is very rude, I went in and asked her could she do my measurements for a dress that I was ordering. She blatantly refused and said no then continued sewing. She could have been nicer.

I took 5 work polo shirts for my husband to shorten the sleeves. They had a band at the bottom. Looked perfect. They did an exvellent job. I recommend them.

Husband used them for his uniforms. She always did good work and prices were reasonable compared to other stores. We used them multiple times, never had an issue.

All i needed was to make a pair of 34/34 pants into a 32/32. She was gunna charge me $35 which was too much for me so i had to pass.

I used her for over 12 years. I sew myself so Im very impressed by her work.

Lady does greet you or make you feel welcomed ... i came in because the dress was long she charged more than 50 bucks I wasnt going to wine in front of her but this is the last time Im going.

Do not go here. The only thing cheap about this place is the ladys attitude. I went in to see how much it would cost to get my blazer hemmed, while she was looking at it I found $20 on the ground. I told her I found this on the ground and gave her the money, she doesnt even say thanks. Then she told me the price of the hemming which was way too high compared to other stores. I tell her no thank you and she gets super defensive and tells me I wasted her time and I need to pay her a few bucks for wasting her time. I proceed to tell her how the law works and walked out. To this day I have never met someone as cheap as this lady. No wonder why she has such low ratings. If she cant even get herself to fix her attitude how can she expect to fix your clothes?

The woman here was rude. My family and I were not greeted at the door, and I was rushed, from the moment I walked in to the time that we left. The lady said he couldnt quote me a price for hemming by the eye and asked that I put on the dress, which she later charged five dollars for. Taking off an inch and a half of a dress all around, unreasonably was $20 and she laughed once we inquired why. However, she treated a customer who arrived after me with upmost respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I had an expensive boutique shirt that I paid overt $100 for and the owner refused to fix it, and said that it would only rip again. I dont pull the race card very often, but why else would she refuse to fix my shirt? She turned down the opportunity to make money for no obvious reason.

This place since I entered I felt the bad attitude of the lady who works there, besides I did not know exactly what I was going to do to my daughters dress and mine, and the price was exaggerated !! And apart from us we gave her directions in English but I felt like she got upset when I spoke in Spanish with my daughter, that is, she has a bad attitude, Im just going to wait for my dress to be tomorrow. Well when I went to pick up my dress she had a better attitude and gave me the dress on time.
