Best place to go to if youre trying to get your clothes washed and out up in a hurry. Will return to do more laundry in the future

Its a clean laundrymat, Ive never seen clutter or chaos here. The attendants are perfect ! Helpful and professional. The availability for different size washers are upstanding ! They sell laundry supplies but you can also walk right next door to the FAMILY DOLLAR store and get a bigger selection.

This place I had to use two days in a row last week after a house water pipe burst and the city shut off our water until we fixed it. This laundry is very clean and the owners and staff are incredibly helpful with their clients about which machines to use to save them the most money and efficiency. They have machines which can take anywhere from one load to around seven loads for the bigger washers and dryers. The laundry carts and tables to fold were both very clean to use and this location seems to be constantly staffed with a cleaning person that keeps the place spotless. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time I was there, as well.They also offer free wifi if you let the manager put the password into your Device. It helped pass the time while I washed and dried my clothes.

Came to wash my laundry here today and up to 12 washers down!! I said ok there are other washers open so I load my clothes, put all my products in the machine (white clothes) keep in mind and I touch the water cold as ICE!! The manager then says I cannot help that the water is cold, do what? U run a laundromat you are responsible for water temperatures and if they aren’t right along with your 12 non working machines shut the place down! I asked for my money and to let the washer spin so I can take my clothes he opens up the washer and says ma’am u r putting me in a critical condition, I looked at him and thought if u don’t give me my money back and let my clothes spin it’s going to get very critical!!! I will never step foot in this place again wasting my money, my products and my time!!!

Owner is very rude and careless of his customers. Raised his voice when machine had to much detergent and demanded that i put softener in Machine. Restarted my machine and said i needed to pay for it. Horrible experience Never will come back money hungry owner

I usually go here once a week just because there is no any nearby laundry near me. The mexican lady who works there is okay, but i guess it is the owner who get on my nerve. He is always watching as if we are gona steal something and it’s embarrassing!! Once my husband went there, filled the machine with clothes and detergent, but was told to take if all off just because he put one big machine and the owner said he was not supposed to put small amount of clothes in big machine. I am thinking to buy a machine just because i dont want to go back there!! To the owner: Stop watching the customer, nobody is gonna steal anything from laudry place. Its just embarrassing!!
