Every aspect was handled professionally and efficiently. My sales representative (Jesse) arrived on time and took the time to listen and understand my vision regarding my flooring desires and made the perfect recommendations. Lara was excellent in her advice and guidance through the in-showroom selection process and I must say, the final results are stupendous. Juan James Villegas and his crews attention to detail is pleasantly obvious. We had them install carpet and they scratched the walls in the hall from the molding to four feet high, did a poor job of putting the seams together. The installer even took pictures and know one wants to return our calls. The one person that we did talk to said well you signed an agreement when you bought the carpet that says they may scratch walls, but not four feet high. This was their top of the line carpet. Never will I do business with them again, after just painting and now having to repair what they messed up.

Highly Recommend!! I have used CC for years for flooring throughout my entire home, showers, countertops and even concrete garage floor. I can’t say enough great things about the work they have done. All my friends and family use them and have had great experiences as well.

My Fiance and I have never dealt with getting new floors installed before. We wanted an honest company to come in and take a look. We live in a pier and beam house and were having some issues with our laundry room floor. We had them come out to take a look at our house and give us a quote. We have manufactured wood flooring in our living room and wanted to run it into the kitchen and laundry room. The floor was in the home when we purchased it and were not sure the exact name of the floor, Morgan brought out samples and matched it perfectly! They sent out the crew to begin the work, they were every efficient and took pride in their work. They took down pictures and covered everything in plastic. When they got to the laundry room, they noticed a issue with the floor joist, they called their supervisor to come take a look. The supervisor and Morgan let us know what was going on and we were able to get it fixed. Most companies would have just slapped new floor over the rotten pieces and kept going with the work. They were extremely clean and made sure the floor was spotless when they were finished. We cannot thank CC Carpet enough for being an honorable company, who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. Our floor looks amazing!! When we are ready to re-floor the rest of house, there is no doubt who will be using!! Thank you to everyone for making this a smooth process.

Everything from sales to completion of my laminate flooring and carpet installation was done timely and perfectly. I found the staff to be both professional and knowledgeable as well as warm and caring. I especially appreciate the salesperson and am grateful for all he did to make everything move so smoothly. Unprofessional. They hire you then decide 3 days later during TRAINING that they dont want you. Then text you that youre terminated. No explanation then when you make your point they get mad. Glad to never be coming back to this unprofessional company.

Purchased vinyl flooring and the wood was defective.Management REFUSED to work with the manufacture in order for me to return the defective wood.DO NOT Purchase from CC CarpetDo not stand behind what they sell!

Stopped in to look for carpet and Lara helped me out. Ended up falling in love with a distressed wood flooring she showed me. They have a huge selection and Lara was so nice and patient with me wanting to look at everything they had.

We felt comfortable to move forward with getting new wood floors in our kitchen, dinette, and laundry room. I added in the guest bathroom floor also. What a difference this makes! We are so pleased. Weve used CC Carpet in 2 different homes. They installed beautiful hardwood floors in one home and carpet in our newest home. The process was quick for both and I loved that they came to me so I could choose in my own home. As a Mom of 2 busy boys being able to have the convenience of not going to a store was huge! The crews were very professional and we have loved the final product. Ill defenitely use them again and would refer to all my friends and neighbors!

We bought a new house and the first thing we wanted done was all new hardwood floors. It was such an easy process getting everything started and the results were amazing. They were finished within 3 days and did clean up on the 4th day. We are very happy with our ending results and will be calling them again soon to have the carpets redone in the bedrooms! We built a new home and decided to go with CC Carpet instead of the builder. The prices were way less with CC Carpet. We closed our home and the next day CC put tile that looks like hardwood in. We are so happy with our tile/wood floors that we decided to do concrete coatings in our garage and patio. Very happy with all the work done! I highly recommend CC Carpet and will use them again when we redo our countertops.

Had vynal and carpet done. Both work crews were knowledgeable, pleasant and quick. The salesman Mark was no pressure but happy to advise.

We searched for wood to match the wood already in our den. We had with us for the taskan unused sample piece of what we needed to match . The wood we matched up fromCC ‘s selection was paid for and was delivered to us - did not match at all . We would never have picked something so mismatched . We contacted CC’s who had a dozen reasons why were stuck with it . The most ridiculous of them, was because we opened the box! CC ‘s allowed us to choose from a sample product that did not exist any longer . We have never done business with CC before and will never again . They are guilty of product misrepresentation and hide behind their receipt which states all sales are final .How nice for them, right . Beware !!

I was very pleased with the salesman and the work done. Because of foundationWork inside my house I needed new carpet in my family room and the carpet in the 3 bedrooms had to be restretched and tacked down. The restretched carpet looked like it had not been pulled back. Great job!

I would definitely use CC Carpet again. They made it so easy and were very friendly!!

Granite countertops installed. They look great. The installer has room for improvement in a few areas however.

Worst service do not use Zach the sales guy sold us on how great everything was going to be even after he left I called him several times to make sure everything was going to go great I was specially worried about the baseboards and he assured us everything was going to look great said we do this in million $ homes all the time I hope not because they destroyed our baseboards by the time they were done it my wife at the time 2 weeks away from having our first born child didnt know what to say or do as the guys didnt speak almost any English and they just said they were done and left the walls left with huge washed out black spots the baseboards butchered and just dust and marks all over the place called them sent them the pictures they wanted sent the exact same guys out which they admitted it was their fault and it looked bad they sad call me directly and we will get this fixed called the guy never answered left message and no call back so called cc carpet again they sent a few other guys to switch out 3 planks that had chipped in the corner less then 2 weeks after installation. These guys came out and said they were touching the baseboards after they confirmed the guys would come out and replace the baseboards which I had to go buy separately and paint them before they came out because they said they didnt charge me for that so I had to provide that. I did and they refused so I called them while I was at work and they were working on it while my wife was home with our newborn and they had told her they werent fixing them after I got off the phone with cc carpet they replaced them but only the ones they wanted and caulked the bottom which they were not supposed to and to make matters worse they only replaced 1 plank and painted the other two and with a different color then the actual floor Im soo upset with them that I cant deal with these guys anymore! They lied from the very first encounter to the very last and that has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company so far I wish I would have gone with a different company I feel at this point any other company would have done 100x better then they did

LIARS!!!!! from the office staff down to the workers. Poor communications within the company. Poor management. Wasted tons of my time and didnt do the tile work to my satisfaction. Had to pay someone else to fix it.

My wife had the flooring done by cc carpet, the guy came out to estimate the floor and told her that was the number one seller and they would have that type of flooring in stock so they could do the floor as early as Tuesday (this was Friday) he also let her know there were several options to pay one was finance (which she called to let me know and i was going to try and drop by after work and fill the paper work out) I couldnt make it so she called first thing on Monday to let them know we were going to pay in full so she took the time out of her day and drive to Mesquite (which she wasnt suppose to be driving because of a previous back surgery) she got there talk to the same rep guy she gave him our credit card and signed the paperwork to be told they dont have the flooring we would have to pick another day! she wasnt happy so she left and called right away to let them know how hateful he was about not having the floor and to also let them know dont tell customers you have the floor but you really dont. The sweet lady that took her call, called her several times that day to let her know she was working on getting the floor there so we could have it dont Tuesday. Magicaly they call and say they had the floor and would be there first thing in the morning. They got her Tuesday morning was three guys (didnt speak english very wel) but she just let them do their job and stayed out of their way, she even offered lunch and drink but they denied) once the flooring was done one of the guys that spoke the better english let her know that the bathroom flooring was bubbled and it will start doing the rest of the floor like that. THE FLOOR WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN THE PUT THE NEW FLOOR IN. (We had carpet but had the plank flooring done) they didnt bother to fix it. she noticed one of the guys have a wet rag trying to wipe the walls where they scraped them didnt work. she called right away. the sweet lady again assured me it will get fixed she would have the service manager call her (which he never did) but also wanted pictures sent. so she did. not only was the floor messed up the walls where scratched there was a base board that was completely damaged and they left a huge mess! let me just say again My wife just had back surgery and had to hire a cleaning lady to come out and clean our house. The same guys show back up a week later to fix the repairs the main guy walked in with an attiutide and asked my wife why she didnt say anything when they where here. First of all the guy pointed out the floor knowing they did that and he didnt fix it and we didnt notice some of the other damages until we were on the phone with cc carpet. They wanted us to have the paint for them to fix walls and baseboard WHICH we DIDNT have because we just bought this house and wasnt our fault they messed it up. He said he would go out and get the paint but was point less because only those spots and one base board was going to be painted and he couldnt match the paint. MY wife was FURIOUS by then. Called cc carpet to let them know the job wasnt done AGAIN and explained how they guy told us what he did and to also let us know that there was going to be bigger problems if he has to come back out because she wasnt happy......once again never heard from the service manager

Consumer alert! DO NOT USE CC CARPET! They just installed flooring in my in-laws house and did a lot of damage. First they messed up molding around their patio door, second left bubbles under the flooring in their kitchen, third they took a chunk out of one of their chests, fourth they moved their grandfather clock under their solid brass ceiling fan (that can not be replaced) and torn the ceiling fan up! They were told before hand NOT to move their furniture that the 2 two men crew would move everything for them. They only sent ONE crew two men crew to do the WHOLE house! When Mark called their customer service line he was told, by a supervisor, that they are not responsible for any damages and then she hung up on him! Here is another company taking advantage of senior citizens! Pass the word...DO NOT USE CC CARPET!
