I dealt with Jessica and she was very friendly and understanding. She even walked me through to my unit and I enjoyed that. She was just overall helpful and pleasant and kind. My service was quick, easy and efficient. I really appreciated that and Jessica. My experience with Life Storage has taken a ton of stress off my back.

First off signing up online was very simple to do. Received a call from Jessica the next day letting me know they had my reservation ready to go. Came in today 6/3 was greeted by Ms. Jessica with a warm smile. She processed my information quick and got me on my way to my storage unit. By far the best expereince I’ve had when renting storage units. Thank you Jessica and the LifeStorage team in Mesquite!

I have had 3 storages here for 3 years and have increased my price several times yet their building is not secure! I have pulled up several times and the gate is open. Recently the gate has been open around 5 days where anyone can come in!!! Not sure if it breaks but this is unacceptable!!! The office is closed so I couldn’t go talk to anyone and pay almost $800 a month!!!!

Mrs. Turner and her staff have kept and exceptional facility and continued service that exceeds 5 stars! Our confidence in choosing LifeStorage was definitely well placed! Our only complaint is that we can not give them higher than 5 stars. Great location and great customer service.Theres not much to say other than they really do it right at this location. I had friendly and helpful service in figuring out which spot would fit me best. I had access when I needed it and they were helpful closing my account out when that came time. I will be back if I ever need storage again.

Been At this life storage for almost a year! The facility is clean and we love working with Jessica and the staff. Love the service and friendly reminders, they strive to build relationships with their clients. She even reminds us that we can donate unneeded items, which is awesome because it saves us a trip to landfill or having to move items back and Jessica is trustworthy and very helpful.

You can stop searching now, this place is awesome! I did a bit of research for a good storage facility because I knew I would be storing my stuff for a while, so I wanted THE BEST and at a good rate. This place is CLEAN and new and has cameras everywhere. The staff is great! Brandon was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I am happy I found LifeStorage of Mesquite, I trust that my stuff is in a good, safe place.

This place is nice. Reasonable prices that will not break the bank like grizzly storage. And the one on galloway at 80. The place is very clean. Very secure. I drive by it twice a week i can see my unit as i drive by. And no one tampers with my unit. Great place to store youre belongings.
