Josephs did a great job on my new C8 Corvette. They installed vertical doors, a full aero kit, Forgiato wheels and tires, as well as a full Escort Max Ci Radar & Laser system.Needless to say, this is not only a new car, but a new to market car, so its not like you have a lot of references to guide you on how to do installs, and these guys still pulled it off.They also had great customer service all along the way. If you are looking for a company that can get a quality job done, with competitive pricing and have great service, these are the guys for you.

These guys are great! They have helped me with upgrades on multiple vehicles from custom lighting on a Jeep, new stereo system with Apple CarPlay and backup camera on my Hyundai, to LED headlights on my Toyota, and even tires! Victor, Joel, and the rest of the guys were very respectful and have always given me great service. I check with them first before having any upgrades done to my cars.

I took my 2014 Mazda CX5 in for backup, front and side cameras and I am so pleased with the work they did for me. There were some challenges along the way but Joel and his team handled them with ease. I feel much safer now. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Called to see if they had what we were looking for and they did. Drove all the way up there and stood for 5 minutes while 2 employees discussed something. They never acknowledged us or the guy that came in after us. We left as well as the guy behind us and they never said a word! Business must be pretty good to let people walk out unhappy! We’ll never go back!We weren’t in a hurry and you weren’t with a customer! We went to Texas Audio in Garland and spent $1,396.41. That’s what happens when you ignore customers.

Trustworthy. Anytime Ive walked in here Ive always felt that the job was going to get done right. They recently fixed a problem misdiagnosed by another shop. Shame on me for trusting a big name company and not coming here first.

My wife got me an Atoto for Christmas from Amazon...android touch screen, etc and Josephs team had it in in a day and it works great, looks great! I took my car to Josephs Auto Toy Store to get remote start and dash cam installed. I’m extremely pleased with the workmanship and services. They were very professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 👍👍👍

On one visit, one employee seemed to know everything about anything and extremely patient and helpful. We returned the very next day to buy what we wanted and do the install, but our original guy wasnt there. Another employee there seemed disinterested and acted like we were invisible until I got their attention. We ended up walking out. We returned thinking it was just a bad day, but nope, the same guy was there and did the same thing. It was like visiting 2 completely different stores.

Let me just say this, the customer service is excellent. Mr. Joseph has great people that knows what they are doing. When you go in ask for angel he takes the time out with you and see what is affordable to you. Angel is one that’s works 24/7 even when he is on vacation. I am new to the DFW area and Ive been desperately looking for a place to get Aftermarket parts installed on my car. I am so grateful I came across this place where the owner was super nice emailing me about getting some coilovers put on my car. He welcomed me to come by the shop to check out the car and coils to give me a quote. The following weekend I took the car in and they checked me out, gave me a quote and went straight to work. I got my car back at the end of the day and I couldnt believe how great my car looked. I showed them photo references of how low I wanted my car and they delivered! I also got an alignment done at another shop that is partnered with Josephs shop and it was included! We had to stay after closing and the owner offered me a ride to the alignment shop which was far beyond perfect customer service. That was really appreciated and I appreciate everyones hard work there. My business will be theres for as long as Im in the area. On to better things for my car that will be installed by these guys. 10/10

Best place for car audio or custom electronics in the area and Dallas for that matter. Took my car in to different big name places, but they dont have near as much the know how or quality as Josephs in Mesquite. I highly recommend these guys, I use them for all my auto needs both personal and commercial.

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP FOR INSTALL OR PURCHASE!!Okay, trying to support local shops that were not corporate and who might do some thing extra for the little guy I decided to try Josephs Auto Toy Store.This was one of the worst spur of the moment decisions I have made in years.Kenny, a fast talker who insured that he knew exactly what I needed while insisting that he charge me for an amp that I knew I did not need. When I challenged him on it he made me question myself as to whether the power already available was enough. (after-all he is the expert)Not only did he overcharge me for an amp I did not need but egregiously overcharged me for the installation (2 amps and a processor well over $700), then refused to let me return the amp after the stereo sounded worse than when I brought the truck to them.When they were going to charge me again to re-tune and fix something I already paid for I through a fit and they agreed to let me return the amp with a 25% restocking fee and charged me another $15 because I did not have the box they didnt give to me. So basically made another $100 on an amp I do not have.On top of everything else, during the installation many of my plastic clips were broken and much of the parts inside my car do not fit correctly. They said it was like that before I brought it to them. IT IS A BRAND NEW TRUCK! !He continued on many occasions to sell me over priced subs and other things I dont need that would make it sound better. Never was there any admission of fault even after they did things I told them not to do, like mount the amp on top of the heater vent under the seat. It was perfectly placed on top of the vent! Ridiculous. ....RUN FROM THIS PLACE!No part of this review was exaggerated.

I was looking to do a few Christmas things for my new Ram 2500...first, the headlights with the Halogens just had to go. I did a lot of searching locally here in the DFW area and filled out a few request for quote. Cody from Josephs was very quick to respond with a few options since I didnt know much about the HID vs LED Headlight debate. Following up with a phone call, he was VERY knowledgeable about the options out there. Bottom line, he led me in the right direction with a great price with the install. Cody has been there for over 13 years, so that says a lot about his knowlege and the company. I also meet the owner while I was getting my lights installed, he also was there to help with other questions I had about the next project of the sound system or Navigation on my display from my IPHONE. Overall, this was a very professional group and I would and will go back for all of my extra no stock needs. This was also worth my 45 min trip from Frisco. Thank you all again, job well done.

Horrible place, I went there and they broke my door stop, did not mount the alarm master box (so now I have new rattles in my dash), and my KC lights no longer worked. I have taken the vehicle back and complained, the only thing they fixed was the alarm was too sensitive. When they finally got the new doorstop they charged me for it, I was upset enough with them that I took the door stop and installed it myself. I went there in the first place because I saw vehicles that looked like show cars there occasionally, so I assumed they do quality work. THIS IS NOT SO, STEER CLEAR!!! If you like your vehicle do not take it to these hacks.

I went in to make a appointment today. Someone there had already quoted my husband a price of 75 for 2 Windows however when I get there the guy at the front tried to up the price on me 80 for 2. Although I could still pay it I felt because I was a black female he tried to up the price maybe because he thought I couldnt afford it or he didnt want to provide service to me. After I told him about the 75 he then said yeah he could do it for that price . Once speaking to my husband over the phone he said not to do business with them .. it was just this guys demeanor towards me that we didnt want to do business with them.I will say that while on the phone I observed other employees and how they interacted with another customer very polite and professional. My first time in Texas in Mesquite first time inquiring about a window tint and first time walking into this place the first oppression I got was a guy who didnt care for my business with the company.. o well.. took my money elsewhere!

Had two individual subwoofer systems installed in 2 different vehicles. They work fast and hard. When I had the same system installed into another car, I had some issues with it a few months later and had them check it out. They had found that they had made a mistake on the original installation and owned up to their mistake and took care of me. Its rare now a days because places wont even admit they made a mistake.

I would give no stars if I could. Ive installed tons of radios in my life. I bought a wiring harness and mounting kit. Wired it all up and I have no front speakers. I tested everything everyway I could. Came to the conclusion the wiring harness isnt right. They wouldnt exchange or refund because it was used. BUT IT DIDNT WORK!!!! They offered to install and troubleshoot it for $75. ITS ALREADY INSTALLED. Then they told me to leave

I went to Josephs to get a Compustar remote starter added with a Drone Mobile module. The price for the product and installation was very competitive. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by noon, which is very impressive. They showed me how to operate it and everything worked perfectly. Having the ability to remotely start/stop and lock/unlock my car from my smartphone is very convenient. Great customer service! Will definitely be back again for future add-ons.

They low balled the estimate then up charged me by 30% at the end. They said they would call if there were any increase in price but did not. I left a new hoodie in the back seat when I left the car overnight, it came up missing along with my cooler for lunch I carried in the back seat. If you are stupid enough to do business with this crew you deserve to get ripped off. There $450 job costs $300 at CAR TOYS. I brought 4 cars there over 10 years. My sponsee in NA says they owe him lots of money from a dope deal. None of them could pass a drug test.
