My brother brought his dodge in there recently, and they never called to say the truck was ready. He called to get his tools out, and they informed him the truck had been ready at that point. He came to get the truck and his tool box was jimmied open and the tools were gone. They’re only response to this was, “we’re not responsible for theft”. He filed a police report, and asked to view the camera footage to give a description, and rather than try to help, they said the police can request it. That’s probably standard, but it also seems like they just don’t want anyone to see. This was after they kept delaying the eta to have the transmission finished.

I would definitely recommend using Egeal Transmission in Mesquite Texas on Galloway and Belt Line. I am very pleased with the job they did and the time they put in the house thief warranty and get me back on the road safely. The staff especially Caleb went above and beyond to get the job done and I cant thank them enough. Good job.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Eagle Transmission. My husband brought our 1999 Dodge Ram to them because it needed a lot of work. Eagle Transmission has done a great job and has stood behind their work. My husband typically talks to Caleb. I just recently had problems with my 2008 Cadalac Escalade, A friend of mine recommended me to take my vehicle to Eagle Transmission . So I did and Im very pleased to say that they did a great job on my Escalade and completed the job in a timely manner, So with that saying I would totally recommended them.

They have a very bad service i pay almost 3,000 and my truck still leaking and they change my original radiator of a 79 chevy truck ti pay for my brakes and they don’t fix it they don’t put the right motor oil they have a very poor service i don’t recommend this place they take your money and after that they don’t care about you

Worse shop to go to. Pulled my transmission. An when i found someone who could fix it cheaper, eagle declined to put transmission back in car. Unethical worse transmission shop around.

Today is 2-6-20 I came to get my car out eagle transmission and it had been broken into. I did I police report and at the time of the report the owners find out another car had been broke into without telling them about it. Mesquite police edged them to notify the owner an let them know which they still haven’t done. A horrible place that will con you out your money and will try and sell your car. I was told my car would be sold if I didn’t come before the 10. Today is the 6th so I came before they could sell it but a worker staged a break in an took my screens and speakers and radio. Trust me the worst place of business I have ever been to. I advise u to stay away from eagle transmission in mesquite tx

This place, What more can I say about this place.... This place takes care of your car like its their own, Its a 1st that I even said it about this ever about a auto shop. They are quick to find out what sort of problem that you may been experiencing, I have a High performance sports car that I drag race ALOT they knew what type of caliber of car they were dealing with. They fixed my problem and replaced my wheel bearings. The staff was friendly and it was probably the cleanest lobby Ive ever been inside of in an automotive shop. Ive found my new service center.

Recommended by a friend because of their 1 year warranty policy, but both myself and my friend have both have since had to put our vehicles back in after their repairs (totaling over $3000) faulted, resulting in having to wait a minimum of 4 days for the correcting repairs, and usually longer wait times (over a week in our experience)They do not call you with news or information on your vehicle. If you try and call them they will put you on and extremely long hold time. When they finally come back from keeping you on hold, they tell you something generic answer, ex: “They’re looking at it right now” “We’re still trying to figure out the issue”. After waiting over 3 days with no phone call update from them, this is unacceptable.I have found they do shotty work, slow and do not show any care for your schedule or need for your own vehicle, even after payment for repairs. If you have a warranty on your parts, they will make you wait longer than if you have no warranty.

It took them 2 weeks to fix my car and when I finally got it back there was garbage of McDonalds Jack in the box and burn holes in my seat when I got back from them and I gave it to them I had a full tank of gas when I got back it was empty

I brought my 2002 BMW for some routine maintenance in order to keep my vehicle (which I love) on the road for as long as possible. We took my wifes Chevy Traverse here and had a transmission rebuilt. A few months later the transmission started acting funny with a small hesitation in lower gears. These guys stood by the warranty and took care of the issue as expected. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work. Great customer service

Had my transmission replaced on my 08 F 150. Eventhough, it took about 2 weeks to get the job done, the techs done an awesome job. I trust them with my vehicle so much, that I took it back for other services. I wish it didnt take so long to get services done, but I understand how busy they are. I will continue to go to Eagle Mesquite.

Took em a while to fix my vehicle but they got the job done, was however pricey which is to be expected when they rebuild your transmission.

They were 15 mins late to open the shop but the customer service was great nonetheless!

They did a great job on my Nissan CVT transmission. Also they were a lot cheaper than the dealership on the transmission and werent too far from where I worked in Dallas. Thx

I normally try to be nice to business due to the fact I work as a technician in a different field but, Im not coming to this place any time soon. Was lied to over the phone. Towed my vehicle over to get work done on what I had explained to them said they would get to it and said they could work on it anymore that the person had left and was very rude on letting me explain my situation. Told me to take it to, Pep boys and even them being terrible. They wanted me to replace what I already did.

Friendly staff and great service. Id definitely recommend their services. Its in a convenient location, right off the highway, they fixed my BMW 328i gas pump and it’s been great since they work on it.

I picked up my Audi about 3 months ago. Had it at 2 other shops and they couldnt fix it. My niece, who brought her Volkswagen here and had it fixed, told me to give this place a try. Im a happy customer. The local Mercedes dealer wanted 9K to fix my transmission. I was referred here by a friend who had work done at this Eagle and was happy with the work. So I gave them a shot since they offer diagnostics at no charge. They told me the same thing the dealer said, that there was a problem with my transmission. They said they could fix it, and that they had all the necessary tools and software for these cars. David, the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. My S550 is now fixed (for less than half of what the dealer wanted), and drives great. You have a new customer! Thanks for everything, fellas!

Dont look for repairs they will just charge you to look at it and suggest to get a new transmission never got the promotion or an phone call... for the upate they will give you pictures not regarding repairs when checking ur transmission.First of all u dont convince anyone that u have a promotion and turn around and not go by it... so thank God as of today I finally finished paying of the ridicules amount for the REPAIR as of today I still didnt get my check mailed to me as for them when regarding it they have a printed copy for it and still didnt decide to mail me it thank you very much

Really friendly staff. They fixed my 3500 in 4 days when I was told it would take 6. Pleasant surprise! I got to turn in my rental a couple of days early, and Ill be bringing another car in soon for them to fix. Satisfied completely. I have a antique car with special rare parts that are nearly extinct. My entire rear differential was destroyed and they sent me a tow truck for free. They took time and located all the parts to the point of exhaustion but located everything and rebuilt it perfectly. That car is almost 5000lbs but glides in luxury again now and its easy to forget how heavy it is. These guys are specialists. The price was perfect. Big thanks to David and Tea. They got it done. I highly recommend eagle transmission. My car and I are enjoying the ride.

I was recommended to come here. I wasnt disappointed in the least. They kept me informed through text messages which was convenient, and I felt comfortable. I recently visited this place. It would have taken me 2-4 hours of going to the mechanic and sitting at their office, just not really getting anything done—whereas now it has taken me 15 minutes of walking out, handing the keys to the mechanic, coming out, inspecting the repair, and making sure it works. I saved so much time and the price was fair. I really like the guy Kaleb because he really took a personal interest in the car and explained to me everything they were about to do with my car... and what problems I might have with something that I hadnt even noticed like the headlights. For differential they will only do install or fix if they buy the parts. The manager was nice about it, however he says he will not warranty parts even new that I ordered my self and got a discount. So if you get your self a locker for your rear end they will say there is the door no thanks. I will not recommend them because of this policy.

They turned a bad situation into a decent experience. Was being told by lots of places my daughters 2013 Sentra was going to cost a lot of money to replace the transmission, and some places wanted to put in a used one. I was referred here by another person who told me this place can actually fix the type of transmission this car had, which I wanted to do anyways as I had already put in a used transmission a little less than a year ago and it didnt last at all. They fixed it for less a lot less than what the dealer wanted and gave me warranty. The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would use this place again if I need another transmission repair.

Eagle did an excellent job in rebuilding the transmission on my 1990 Acura Legend. I appreciated their quality work on my classic car. I highly recommend their services.

Replaced/rebuilt the transmission on my 2004 Elantra. Its been about a year (yes, I waited that long to write this review), and I have had no further issues. Service was quick. Communication was clear. Price was cheaper than any other quote I had. Would go again (hopefully Ill never need to) and have recommended people to this location.

Broke down on a Wednesday and called Dave at Eagle Transmissions. He towed in my Durango, rebuilt my transmission, and it was ready by Friday for less then $2000 all together! He also gave me a great warranty, but Im not worried, my truck runs like new! Thanks Dave for doing such a terrific job, saved my vacation, and getting my baby back to me so soon!

Brought my explorer here when I was having transmission problems. I had done some research and had already been to a couple of other places that did computer checks but the people there were a bit sketchy and I didnt get a good feeling especially since they didnt even drive it!. The staff at eagle was friendly, did a full and thorough checkout and I got it back in about three days! Its been a couple of months now and my car runs and shifts beautifully! I highly recommend this place to get transmission work done.

Eagle fixed my car fine however beware of the Easypay loan. I borrowed $2,500. Easypay is charging me $5,700... Turning my small loan into major debt of $8,200!!!!!!!!! Never again

Took my car there for a diagnostic test and an estimate on repairs. I didnt get a quote the day I came back to get my car nor the day after when i called back foe the same information. The only good thing ia the diagnostic test was free. I have a Volkswagen so those are usually $80-$125 for me.

I took my 2001 Ford F-150 for a noise the transmission was making. I dropped it off to have it checked out, once they were done diagnosing my problem turns out it wasnt my transmission. The noise was actually coming from the differential, after taking it to two other shops in the area that had told me it was my transmission. They overhauled my differential, there is no more noise, thanks! Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future!

So far I have not been impressed. Eagle Transmission in Mesquite had my car for a week and had my transmission rebuilt I picked it up and it was working for a week and the exact same problem came up again. Took it in, they had it for one day, drove it...not even a mile down the road and it started messing up again. Took it back and now they have had it going on day 3. I am praying that this is resolved soon but this experience has been REALLY STRESSFUL! Hoping for a good outcome.So Ive waited a few weeks to make sure my car wasnt going to go on the fritz again before editing my review. I am happy to say that so far so good and its been a few weeks. Yeah!

Ok long story long lol, I am a road sales person that came all the way form NY to TX to attend a trade show in Dallas, the transmission on my GMC Savana broke down, at the GMC dealer they did not have any sympaty for my ordeal and gave me two weeks before they could even look at it. I googled transmission shops near me and came across the Eagle transmission shop in Mesquite, I called and explained to a gentleman by the name of Caleb my situation and how I needed to get back on the road ASAP as I was losing a lot of money by not being able to do so. Caleb was very understanding and told me to tow the vehicle to their place. As I got there (on a Saturday late afternoon) they right away put me ahead of other repairs and told me that they needed to rebuid the transmission and get a new transfer case and gave me the estimate. At this poing I was dealing with another professional be the name of Geraldo, who got right away on the phone and ordered the parts. By Tuesday afternoon they put me back on the road and basically saved my life. They are the nicest and most professional people, very friendly and the deserve your business big time.Thank you Geraldo and Caleb and the whole crew!!!!

My truck had a transfer case leak, so I took it to a shop to have new seals put in and once it was done, I tried to engage my 4 wheel drive and it shift in but wouldnt shift out. So I took it back to the shop and they could not fix it. I had to have it towed to Eagles where David and hes crew looked at and fixed it. I was at a ends with my truck thinking I was going to be out a lot more money, and would have been if it wouldnt have been for David and hes crew. I would have been up creek without a paddle, but thanks to David and hes A1 team. They had me on the road with in hours and not a dime out of my pocket. They fixed the other shops mistake and a couple of other things and told me to have a good day. Thanks for everything David, you and your team is my one stop shop for now on. Wish I would have came here first!

I had to take my car in the other day, and un like any other mechanic shop ive went to, I heard back from them very quickly as to what was wrong with my car, and even though it was a small fix, David Carpio who is the manager was very nice and very helpful, will use again if/when needed!!

Scam artists. do not take your car here. they will keep it for extended periods of time. this is hands down the worst experience of customer service ever recieved by any institution under the sun. if you take it here you will regret it. the positive reviews must be from employees and friends only.

Great service. They fixed a problem no one else could find with a speed sensor. Everyone else was telling me it was a transmission problem, and turned out to be just bad wiring on the sensor. Saved me a lot of money that was almost wasted. Thank you!!!

I am a believer that quality customer service will earn and keep customers for life and that is just what Eagle Transmission has done for me. Brought our VW in for a transmission service which was recommended by the dealer at the current mileage. After checking around Eagle offered a more competitive price so we brought it in. They could have just done the work and collected their money instead they were honest about the fact that we didnt need that service for another 20k miles.In addition, we were told by another local business that a loud noise from the wheels/tires while driving was being caused by bent rims and that they needed to be replaced. Luckily we brought it in to Eagle the day BEFORE we almost spent $900 on rims at that local business. Their technician (T I believe it was) drove the car and immediately called my son to tell him about the noise (which of course we knew about) and suggested we have the bearings checked as that could be the cause and not the rims.David the manager of the shop spent time with me on the phone to explain in his experience what he thought could be the cause (bearrings). Well thank goodness I listened because we took it to the dealer the next day and sure enough it was not the rims causing the noise but in fact the bearrings. If the technician had opted not to mention that to us we would have bought rims and still had the noise. They saved us almost $1,000!I am so thankful to David and his team for their honesty and excellent customer service - they have earned a customer for life.

I went here today Feb 1st to get a regular transmission fluid change.Im on the road here it is around 8:45 am in the morning and Im pulling up... And what do I see? A man standing in front of there store with a sign saying that they screwed him over.So I decided right then and there not to go there. But I decided to talk to the man. I get out of my car and an employee with eagle transmission beat me to him, Im assuming to get him from standing in front of there business.The employee seemed friendly towards the older man. But him standing there with a sign was enough for me to change my mind and just taking it to the dealership instead.
