The customer service was not too great they had attitudes and were unsure of certain things, prices were very high. I did not feel confident with the quote I was getting. I had went back for a woman that was very nice and helpful and took her time to really try to get the best policy for me, but when I went back she was not there I wish they would stop changing people. I try to recommend certain friends and family to go and talk with a specific person and they can never go find them because they are always different.

Honestly most of the reviews on here are probably fake. But if I were you I’d run from this place. People here are pretty much scammers. They will charge you fees up the a*$ even if you want to change something simple. For example a change of address. Or if they see that you got a new car they think you have money so they literally charge you a lot. I got charged $80 I saw someone else get charge $100 extra and they claim the company asks for it but it’s the agency not the insurance company they’re setting you with. I recommend Most of the time it’s just them. If you can avoid this place PLEASE DO! It’s hard to find a good decent agency. Specially for Hispanics or people with no DL. These people take advantage of you.
