Great place, but she took all my eyebrows off. I grew them out for two months just to have them all taken off 😩. She’s super nice but BE VERY CLEAR that you just want them “cleaned up”. My eyebrows are pencil paper thin now. But overall she had a nice touch and good energy. I WILL BE BACK! just have to make my intention more clear next time 💓

Lady was nice but oh my gosh she was rough and did my eyebrows super fast with only one other person being there. She didn’t ask me what I wanted and just started going. Lost my arch and my eyebrows are super thin now. Super upset

They are never open, despite the website, google, and the location saying they are open from 10-8. I usually walk in and I have been by multiple times during these hours on normal days and the doors are locked and no one is there. I finally made an appointment on the website and I arrived and it was still locked. I tried calling the number and it just rang and rang. I’ve tried way too hard to come here, it’s just not worth it. But good news, there’s a wonderful eyebrow threading place just a few miles west at Tempe market place. Don’t waste your time coming here and just go there - at least they are open!

I love mines plus I always work so they help me out by threading my eye brows :)

Overall great customer service. Very quick as well. I showed a picture of how I wanted them to look from the previous time and also specified I did not want them thin. Overall outcome was very thin, BUT they were able to resolve the problem the best way they could.

Our technicians were awesome! They were polite and meticulous, paying attention to the smallest details. They suggested we try the new doing technique and explained why its a better choice so we tried it and are very happy with our nails! Ken was my nail artist and does a great job at turning your nail art vision into a reality, so go see him, get creative!! Here are a few pics of the workhe and his co worker have done. Didnt have a great experience the lady was nice but she didnt listen to what I wanted. Went to straight to threading my eyebrow. I told her didnt want much cut off but, she trim so far down that my eyebrow were uneven and smaller than I even wear them. Very disappointed and almost cried when i seen my eyebrow.. I will never go back to that location in Mesa.

First time in this shop, would recommend. Wished I had a before and after. She was quick and asked to check her work before checking me out. I also would say my left side had a slight arched compare to my ride side.

The ladies here are always friendly and have steady hands when threading. I always leave feeling glamorous when I do my eyebrows here. They have very reasonable prices. Its actually a lot more economical than most places that offer threading. I make sure I never forget to tip. These fantastic ladies are worth every dollar spent on beauty maintenance.

I went in for a clean up and I am so upset with what I got. My brows were not that bad, just some stray hairs that needed to be cleaned up. However, she made my eyebrows so thin and uneven! They are half as thin as they were, the right one looks okay even though its way thinner than I want. But the left one has a bunch of random hairs that she cut short for some reason and she plucked a bunch of hairs from the front so now it looks shorter than the other one. Not to mention all of the stray hairs that I wanted cleaned up were still there and I had to pluck them myself when I got home. I am very upset and never coming back now that I have to grow out my eyebrows after this experience

Very bad! I have very thick eyebrows and now they are thinner than paper ! I’m very very upset I did not pay nothing I use to come here when Sonita and they other young white lady was there and there’s only that one old bold head lady she had did this to me years back to and I decided to give her a shoot I thought she was better since she was the only one there now and I cried my way out I told I was not going to pay nothing I felt bad but I love my eyebrows and I was growing them out for the longest for her to do that. Now I know to not trust people that don’t have eyebrows themselves. When I’m everything started I told her I don’t want them thin and she did want she wanted and shaped it how it landing why is she still doing eyebrows?

I love this place! I’ve been a faithful customer for over a year now and I normally get my eyebrows arched every 2 weeks. All the women that has done my eyebrows are nice and neat, just tell them what you want and they will provide it.

The ladies here are always great! Very welcoming loving. Been coming to them for years, know me by name. I do not go anywhere else. My eye brows grow in a bit odd, they have been the only ones able to tame.

It was horrible. My eyebrow was plucked too fast carelessly. It was in the worst shape, red and itchy. I am never going there again.

I go there every time I need to and I am always received with courtesy and the wait is minimal. I have seen several of the ladies there since my work schedule is different every time. All of the ladies there know what they are doing, are very professional and very kind. They live my eyebrows impecable, well shaped and very symmetrical. Thank you ladies I really appreciate your attention to detail.

I’ve been coming here for three years faithfully since moving to Arizona & ONLY let Sunita do my eyebrows. I’m very picky about my eyebrows because they grow in very different and unusual lol but Sunita knows exactly how I like them & never disappoints! She has high clientele so sometimes there is a wait but she’s worth it & I highly recommend seeing her!

I have been a loyal customer for a while now...I went in about 4 weeks ago and there was this new girl who I have never seen before and she did a horrible job. I left very unhappy. She made my eyebrows so thin! I typically do not take the time to leave reviews, so this is saying a lot...Anyways, I will continue to go, but I will request to have Lily do it from here on out. She does a great job and she is very sweet.

I love this place when they first opened the first couple days I was there when she was passing out the slips saying they were opening. Super sweet ladies who do a great job! Have been doing my eyebrows here since last year, and every time they do a great job. My first time threading was a few years back at a mall kiosk and vowed I would never do it again. The only reason I decided to give threading another chance was because waxing started making me break out. I tried this place and now I do not think I will ever wax my eyebrows again! Love the staff and the fact that it is threading is a plus. One other thing I like is their prices are very reasonable.

Ive given this place three chances and knew I shouldnt have gone this last time, the lady who does them is always in a rush and practically gives me thread burns, she pushes down very hard on my skin, and her quality of threading is poor. I grew my eyebrows out, so she had an opportunity to give them a good shape, after her service my eyebrows are patchy and crooked. Nice lady but bad service, for me nice doesnt get the job done, so thats why I gave one star. Wont be back.

Bad experience. Walked out of there dissapponted and with hair still on my eyebrows. Koki did my eyebrows and upper lips. She took only 3 minutes to do my eyebrows and upper lip and said she was done. She did such poor work. Whenever she starts doing my upper lip, she immediately started removing hair from the lower lip to the chin when you dont even ask for the lower lip. DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT COMING BACK AGAIN. I gave them a chance but the next time you go its worst. Now Im stuck having to remove the hair she left on my eyebrows, hair by hair.

Ive been a loyal customer for a while now, up until now. I recently went to go get my brows done. I dont have a preference on threaders, they both do an amazing job. They must of hired a new girl because Ive never seen her there. The new girl left my brows so thin!!! I now have chola eyebrows!!!!! How can you tell me they are not thin!!!! Anyways, I wont be going back..

I usually go here all the time but I walked in today at 5:50 the place was packed with people waiting so I go to sign in and she tells me they’re closed. They close at 6. I stood there while everyone stared at me listening to this lady tell me I can’t get my eyebrows done there.I haven’t done something for myself in months. I finally got the courage to go there to get my overgrown eyebrows threaded only to be told “sorry we’re closed” when there were people in there and they didn’t close for another 10 mins!! So rude. I’m very disappointed because I was comfortable there for so long.

This was my first time there. I liked how my eyebrows were shaped in the end but I felt like my left eyebrow was being manhandled and it really hurt while I was getting it threaded. It felt like she was just trying to do it as quickly as possible. I left and when I looked in the mirror I saw that I was bleeding because she had cut most of my skin:/

I highly recommend going to Koki I’ve been goin hear for a long time and I’ve been to many places and this has been the best by far!

Guys save yourself from going here. My mom and I went there at 6:30 and the shop closes at 7:00. so when we got there only 2 people were there and my mom and i sat patiently. then at about 6:40 the lady comes and says are you getting a full face done and we said yea. she then said oh sorry i wont have the time to do your face because of the customers before you. Which place makes you waste your ten minutes then comes up to you and asks they cant do it. i am so disappointed right now. So we obviously got mad and ran out of there. We obviously called the manager and told him the story. out of him being scared he told me that he would send me 3 free eyebrow coupons. it has been a week and i never got it. so he basically just wanted to get rid of me. i am going to rate this one star, but honestly it isnt even worth .05. Help yourself and dont go there. (BTW: it is the one in Mesa River view).

SUNITA IS THE BEST! She is the only one who is allowed to do my brows. My experience with the other ladies was not great but Sunita is only there on weekends & is definitely worth the long wait! On the other hand, they are always nice. Place is clean and on a slow day its a quick in and out. Sunita rocks!

This location is a nightmare.The staff is friendly and they make you feel comfortable but, their threading skills are NOT very good. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVEEE the 35th Ave location. The girls there are some of the best. However its an hour away from where I live...so I decided to try the Dobson location since its closer and I was left patchy and sparse...for the first time I had to color in my brows.I will be making the hour drive to the other location from now on. Ladies please consider taking your brows elsewhere.

My eyebrows come out good every time Im not sure why people keep complaining

After the place I went to got closed about a year ago I started coming here and (I believe her name is Lily) I had a great experience. Never had a problem lily always has done my eybrows as I requested. Recently (not sure if lily no longer works there or something, I go on fridays) like a month ago they had a new girl (dont know her name). She has a really heavy hand and pushes down on my eyes when shes working on one brow and ever since shes done my brows they havent been even. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt after a couple of times since she is a nice lady but she really made them uneven this time its more noticable than before, from now on ill just wait for Sunita.

Have been in Arizona since Feb. Had been lookin for a place to get my brows threated... will never go back to this place. First time and the girl took half my skin off of my right eye and some skin on the left... my rite eye is so bad. It is all scabed over like i was cut or something.......

I am absolutely disappointed in my experience. It was my first time getting my eyebrows done in months due to growing them out. The lady was supposed to just clean them up. All she did was take away from all the time I spent growing them out and made them way too thin. Ill never return back to this place again.

I did my eyebrows at Hollywood Beauty yesterday, and they were done by Koki. She was really rough and seemed like she didnt even know what she was doing. She messed my eyebrows up and I walked out disappointed and unsatisfied. This place is usually my go to but I most likely will not be returning.

Almost every time I have been there I have asked for just a trim for my eyebrows and they always end up making my eyebrows extremely small where it feels like they are barely there. The manager was nice when I complained, I just dont want to chance it ever again.

A really good place to go

Got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I went with my sibling who goes all the time. This was his first time there and after we were done he said it was the worse one he’s been to. The lady was very rough and threaded mine beyond thin. This first time experience scarred me for life to ever trust anyone with my eyebrows.
