Lost my job due to COVID and an old co-worker sent my resume to Avery at PrideStaff. She reached out to me and though she didnt have anything initially, she took my resume and kept me in mind when recruiting for companies. I got a call from her one day and she found a job for me that was a good fit for me. I just finished my hours with PrideStaff and accepted a full-time salaried position with the same company. Overall all the staff is very friendly, supportive and responds within a timely manner to any of your needs.

Common business courtesy is not a value Pridestaff employs. Before you contact or agree to meet with an agent make sure they have read and have your information. Reading and understanding dates is a hardship for a few of the employees, an apparent result of common core education. Office location is easy to find and parking is plentiful.

Payroll department is the absolute worst I have had nothing but problems every single time getting my check for the past 3 weeks and trying to get direct deposit. Absolutely ridiculous they show no remorse over it either. the only reason why I came here is because I was forced to with the company that I work for this is who they hire through. I would never ever ever go to these guys looking for a job. You know who I am and I dont care that you know who I am this is absolutely ridiculous.

Wouldnt trust getting a job here.They are unorganized and dont keep data they told me i did a no call no show for an interview that i emailed them on canceling in advance they claim they didnt get the email....again unorganized and they claim the policy is i have to wait 7 years when they send me an email inviting me on what to be a job fair(why send me email if you block me elit 7 years) which is false advertisement is just too come and sign up with them then they tell you they dont have anything right now.Ridiculous!!!!!! Waste of time!!!

The lady I spoke with on the Phone, Angie, was very rude. When I told her about how I was having a hard time finding a job, she said, thats interesting because there are a lot of jobs out there. She was clearly being sarcastic. What she fails to realize is, if there were so many jobs out there and they were easily accessible, she would not have a job with Pride.Unfortunately, this all occurred AFTER I had a bad experience with the Pride Staffing Agency in Gilbert. These folks are not pleasant to deal with. Try Express Employment or Kellys. Stay away from Pride.
