I arrived for the appt on time and they started working right away. I had the generator service, oil filter and spark plug changed. They found a problem which I already suspected and fixed it. The valves were not at the right adjustment. The generator starts immediately and purrs like a kitten. The cost was reasonable. This is the place to take your generator. Brad B

We just returned from a service call at Mesa Percision motor service. Our generator on a 1996 Itasca motorhome suddenly stopped working with only 262 hours on it.We had taken it into a RV Center-Onan certified; in Minnesota earlier this year. Almost $300 later all we had was a diagnosis that it could not be fixed and we should consider replacing with a new one. Only $5000 more or less!!We accept that with an older unit there will be more repairs that need to be attended to. But this seemed a bit unusual and way beyond our budget.On our trip out of the Midwest to Arizona we did some checking online and found Mesa Percision. Reviewed the reviews left and saw that a few people were unhappy but most people very well satisfied with their services-on generators-all they do!’Brought it by when we arrived in the area and Gus listened to what had happened and said “voltage regulator!”Pulled the cover-pulled out some mouse nesting material!! Obviously the RV shop didn’t even bother to open up the cover!!Needed to order the part and we would have to bring it back.That was Wednesday and this is Friday; we took it in this morning and it took him less than 20 minutes to pull the cover put in the new voltage regulator and start up the generator like it was brand new!🎉👍🎊Needless to say we are very pleased and feel very well served by Mesa Percision motor!! Owner Jeff and mechanic Gus!!We highly recommend them if you have generator issues that need to be attended to.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had in repair industry I brought my van in because my Onan generator stopped working it took about a week and a half to diagnose it and another week to actually fix it. After a $1,700 repair bill I continue to have issues with my generator I took it back in and I was told that the stator was bad at that and I should look into buying a new generator at that point I had no trust in the fact that they were being honest with me. I have since found an honest repair facility and I have no plans to ever visiting mr. Jeff Brown shame on him

Jeff is an expert in his line of work. I own a rv rental business so he has fixed dozens of onan 4000 generators for me. Highly recommended and very upfront and honest!

Repaired my RV Onan generator it had no output. The other shop, I wont name, said I needed a new generator. Mesa Precision fixed mine - fast and at a great price. I would totally use again!

The absolutely worst shop I ever had to deal with. MPMS could not properly repair my original (1995) Onan unit and talked me into buying a new Onan from them, which I did. I then had multiple problems with the new Onan and MPMS refused to take care of the problem and said I need to take it to Cummins. Cummins was also unable to resolve the problems, so I demanded a refund or replacement. Cummins and MPMS both refused, so we went to court. I won the judgement in court, but Jeff Brown the owner of MPMS was an arrogant, self-serving business owner who still wanted to dictate the terms despite the judges order. I will never do business or refer business to them. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
