Lava, owner of Lava Nails is the best! I have been coming here for over 7 years. Van and Stephen have a great shop. I wont go anywhere else highly recommend lava nails

Never should you judge a book by the cover. Not the fanciest of nail spas, however, the techs are super friendly and take great care and pride in the work they do. Steven is my personal fav, but the girls are lovely too.

This is a good establish! This was a experienced beyond what other salons have offered. I was offered a drink of choice: water, soda, white or red wine. There is relaxing music and complimentary wine!

I made an appointment and was seated within a few minutes. The prices are extremely reasonable. The technicians are so bubbly and welcoming and did exactly what I asked for! I couldnt be happier w/th their service here!

There were only three people working when I came for my appointment for prom; I booked for 10, got in the chair at 10:30. The man doing my nails was doing them hastily- he put one of my acrylics on crooked and I told him about it. He said it was fine, that he would fix it at the end. He cut my cuticles extremely rough, bruising the skin around it. When his son came in, his attention went to helping him fixing the tv inside, making me wait while my nails weren’t even halfway done.It took and hour longer than planned and he made a nail very crooked- when I told him about it, he said it was my fault and would cost an extra $5 to fix. When I waited to pay, he rudely talked about me with his next client- “It’s her first acrylics appointment. She doesn’t know how anything works.”On the phone, the woman said that any style of acrylics cost $27; I ended up paying $45. I won’t be coming back based on the treatment of customers and the equipment. THEY DO NOT DISINFECT IT WHATSOEVER

Went to Lava Nails on my lunch break after being dissatisfied at another nail shop in the city. She really is a genuine staff. Most importantly looking at the nail was gorgeous!!! Its such affordable price!

Walked in w/ my daughter, and knew what we wanted. They asked us to wait, which was fine. But before we wanted to wait we needed to know if anyone in the salon could do a specific design. A lady looked at the design with annoyance and instead of telling me if she could do the design, she said with rudeness, extra $10. I replied, “ok, extra is expected and no problem, but can you do it, if not we won’t wait” she sat there and ignored me for a long time and replied with a rude body and tone demeanor “ya I can do” Needless to say, we left. She gave us the impression she didn’t want to do the design, so it would have came out looking terrible I’m sure. You don’t treat people like this! You should be very ashamed!! Stay away from this place, they lack customer service and I’m sure quality service too!

The guy who did my nails(I don’t know his name ) was very rough. He had cut me twice so I’m bleeding from two of my cuticles. Not to mention he messed up on two of my nails because he was in a rush. My first and last time there. Never again.

I discovered this place a few months ago & had a perfect experience. I showed a picture of deluxe manicure on instagram, and my technician nailed it (haha). I get tons of compliments on my nails. I will definitely come back here.

My nails look horrible!! The nail tek didn’t bother making them the same length or thickness. Then decided to get polish and she did an awful job with that! It’s so bumpy and trashy! Will not be back

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCTIf there was negative stars i would give it!!Walk in ladys bear feet up on massage chair i tell her what i need shes completely uninterested.She ends up blading my skin!! Doesnt apologise then outs ecetone on it and walks away to help a client who just walked in sits her and begins working on her until her phone rings leaves what shes doing comes opens the drawer opens the phone and walks away talking on it.

I would have given him no stars if there had been an option. The absolute worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. The gentleman, if you can call him that, who did my pedicure was rude. I asked him to even them out and he cut my nails so short that it was painful. Its time I tried to tell him anything he was belligerent. I didnt let him finish polishing my nails and left.

I have always gotten a good pedicure here....especially with Ivy!

If you like nails that look like they were done by a nail college student, air bubbles, bloody fingers/cuticles...(a lot of blood), then this is your place! The place looks like it has not been dusted in years, and the employees look like older washed up dirty, and (Asking Cash for Tip) I dont recommend.

Zero stars! The man cut me during my manicure. My skin has crystal gel stuck to it. Also looks like he missed spots and its uneven. Worst manicure ever!
