My experiences have been bittersweet mostly because of the fees but thats pretty much to be expected. On the flipside/positive is the service which is exceptional! I utilize this service to purchase cards for my family for their own purchases (textbooks, etc.) for school and also bill pay among other things. As aforementioned exceptional, and personalized customer service with the likes of Sally who is knowledgeable, endearing and very helpful. There are others whose names I cannot recollect at the writing of this review who have been wonderful, empathetic and kind as well! The Manager Perla is also a joy to interact with, and knows her stuff! She aims to please and does a great job! Would I recommend this particular location? Absolutely! Five star review is most deserving, and the business relationships I have built over the years is a ten!

I love everybody that has ever waited on me at this place.You really do get your paycheck 2 days before payday with their debit card and it lets you overdraft 100 bucks.I hope they make alot more than minimum wage or a smart bank would snap anyone of those cashiers up.

Came her to cash a check which I only have to do once every 10 years or so and was forced to sign up for a bank account with tons of fees just so I could cash a check. Im never going to use the bank account because I already have my own bank and now I have to close the account before the first monthly fees hit so I dont end up with a huge bill.

Terrible customer service. I will never use this place again. Called the corporate number to escalate my issue, never received a call back, so I called back and they were rude and unhelpful. A week later and my issue is still unresolved.
