Dirty dirty dirty place!!! Needs a good hard working attendant here to keep the place up. Where are the owners? Where are the attendants??Lastly there doesnt seem to be any Covid 19 requirements in place or being enforced.People are in here without masks and one of them was coughing and sneezing.If you have underlining sickness stay away from here!!

Many of the machines (washer AND dryer) did not work. Two dryers I had put money in simply did not hear up at all, wasting my money!! If I could give it less than one star, I would!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

If you go here be aware that you should have quarters and much patience. Coin machines are broken and no one is available to help you.

Now this laundry under new management.Now most of the dryers are working.Now they have lots of hot water.I talk to Manager and he said all machines will be working soon and plan to make prices reasonable.

Pros: Clean facility (aside from random...stuff left over in the dryers...); floors were being swept and mopped about half the time I was here and the people that worked here were addressing issues with machines hands-on and placing phone calls to professionals to repair what they couldnt. The attendents on-site will gladly give you a quarter for equivalent change if they have it. Not very busy. Hot water. Machines didnt reject my quarters. Coin changer on-site. All busted machines had signs stating that they were temporarily out of order.Cons: Rude manager, name of facility is different than what is posted online so thats confusing and unprofessional (its Kwik Wash something), no public bathrooms...and they literally force you to stay until your laundry is done...even though I saw multiple dryers filled with clothing and saw a customer come in an hour after I had arrived to retrieve his laundry from 2 of the dryers? The time of closing they have posted online is a lie. They will close if they have no new customers before even 8pm. Manager barks at female customers that he believes are no longer waiting for their laundry; and will promptly tell them that they have to leave if their laundry is done. Funny how it was only male customers that seemed to be allowed to leave and come back for their laundry. Im female and couldnt leave? What if I had to change my tampon or pad? What if I had to pee? What if I had Crohns Disease or IBS or SIBO? What if I was pregnant or had a baby? I cant leave at all??? I have lived in a heck of a lot of cities, and I have never been barred from leaving a laundromat no matter what time it was. This has nothing to do with Covid either so dont even try that excuse. So, sure...I guess Ill just not do my other errands while my clothes and bedding dry for 40 minutes, and Ill just sit in silence inside unable to even take a piss. I tried to go out to my car with my boyfriend just to put the detergent and other stuff away and he also had to pee so i was like hey we could drive home real quick we have 26 minutes on the washer (I live like a mile from here) and the manager immediately was on my case about leaving. My boyfriend ended up having to piss in a water bottle in my car outside. Never coming here again unless I absolutely have to. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for the quarter though, dude.

Many of the washers and dryers are out of order. Today we were the unlucky ones when one of the washers we were using is broken. Also there are no bathrooms to use here. It has been on a continuous spin cycle for well over an hour and there is no way to remove our clothing or cancel the cycle. There is also conveniently no attendant here to assist us. We called the supposed “emergency” line twice now and still no one has showed up. What a great way to spend our Sunday evening, NOT. Best to go elsewhere if possible.

This laundromat is typically not the cleanest or best operating one of the dryers today started having flames in the back I tried to call the emergency number and I wound up hanging up on him he said flames in the back behind the drum was normal on number 67 do not use the dryer until it is repaired properly I tried to post a video but Im not sure if it did post or not but please have this fixed this is very dangerous to people and can damage some ones clothing

I was pleased to see that they now open at 4am instead of 6am, and have extended their night hours.....BUT, its obvious this place is under new management because its disgusting in there now.I mean the floors were never sparkly white to begin with, but they were always swept and mopped. The machines were wiped out.Now the machines were dirty, and the floor outside the laundry mat was cleaner than the floor inside.For a laundromat, their change machines were EMPTY......so chances are the machines are full.

The place is DIRTY as a sewer I would rather hand wash is the toilet!

Please stay away most of the machines and dryers do not work! No one is there to keep the place up during the day!

I do not know if they have new owners or what but the other day when I was there it was filthy. I had to clean the Washers before I could load my clothes. Man it is bad when you are afraid that your clothes will come out of the wash dirtier than be for you washed them. Trash cans over flowing. Floors filthy. Glass terrible and more machines and dryers broken than running. I do not know if I going back.

Had bed bugs in 1st 4 wash machines we saw. Decided to go elsewhere. Thats all I got.

They need to hire staff to keep the place clean and make sure the machines are working. The owners dont put money back into the place. But its close by..

I was lucky to find this place. It is the largest laundry I have found thus far, which means there wasnt a wait for the use of machines.Just as some others said the lady that works there was on the job cleaning and assisting people the whole time.The place was clean, had plenty of places to sit down, had a bathroom, vending machines and plenty of parking.But I really liked the free WiFi and places to charge your electronics. I have made this friendly place my new laundry mat!

If I could give it less than 1 I would. Over half the machines are out of order, the facility is falling apart with holes in walls and the ceiling. The change machine just ate my $20 and upon calling the number, a gentleman told me Rosa was on her way over and would take care of it. A call back at 5pm and Rosa was never on her way. She finally got there at 6pm. Just a shoddy business. User beware.!!!!

Nice place to do laundry. Quiet, clean and not too costly. The dryers actually work very well and get the job done with just a couple of quarters per double load.

This place has been renamed to Quick and its not so cheap anymore. Washers are 1.25 and dryers are .25 per ten minutes. The place is clean. Open wifi. No a/c.

Need more cleaning done, and NO A/C come on now its 100° inside. Also seeing cockroaches everywhere. Been coming here for months and never had a problem until now. Thank you

Most of washer& dryer are out of order. Look like they took row washers out and replace them with video games. It use to be nice place.

First experience in a laundromat, and I was very empressed. The lady working was very helpful, and was cleaning the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back to this location.

I had to give at least one star in order to give a review....so I will begin my review by taking away the one star because this place doesn’t deserve it. Every week you hope things will change but no, every week brings something new. This week there’s water ALL over the floor, from one side to the other, with no ‘wet floor sign’. I sure hope no one falls!! There is NEVER an attendant here so when the machines take your money, you are just outta luck!! Their sign says OVER 100 machines but, it fails to mention not even half of them work. The dryers are ‘supposed’ to be ten min for 25 cents but that is ONLY if your clothes dry in the first 10 min. You lose two min for every quarter thereafter. Time to find a new laundry mat!!

No attendant on duty & nobody answered the phone when we tried to call for assistance. Dryers were not hot, although .25- we forked out about $3 for one dryer to get our clothes dry. Lost $1. to two dryers. They did have A/C which was the silver lining. Hit & Miss I guess.

Extremely rude service. The gentleman that came in that supodibily worked there was no help at all he just put on a apron and sat and talked with the young girls that were there.

It seems to be a sauna, there is no air, there is no cleaning, there is no hygiene, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, broken machines, this is a very neglected disaster.

Definitely a little crowded at times & it seems to lack any sort of AC unit BUT the prices are fair and theres a LOT of machines available so i can dig it! :)

This is a big coin laundry with lots of washers and dryers. All of the top loaders are new. Its very clean and I agree with the other reviewer, the attendant was friendly and cleaning the entire time. Plently of space for folding clothing. There are soda and snack machines plus a machine that sells soap, softner and bleach.

As far as laundromats go, this ine is pretty cool. There are almost always open machines, and the people around there are ok. There is a 99 cent store nearby which is nice niw that its so hot.

This place sucks! Unfortunately, I cant leave a zero star review....By the way, (false advertising) the sign on the window says OVER 100 machines...Theres ACTUALLY ONLY 88 machines,(washers AND dryers), which ONLY 68 out of the 88 work. Not only that, but the washers that say that they hold 2, 4, & 5 loads, are a bunch of ****! Dont know what the hell they were thinking but the 2 load washers ONLY hold 1 load but charge $2.00( for the same exact capacity of a regular washer, which is only $1.25).Besides all that, most of the dryers dont even completely dry,(even when putting in more money)... Speaking of which,(money), if my math is correct, if i put .75 in the dryer, I SHOULD get 30 minutes of drying time, right? Nope, Im only getting approx 25, maybe 26 minutes. It might not seem like that much, but when you add it all up over a period of time...it adds up to quit a bit.Not only that, but this time we came here(Sunday, 8/12), there was water all over the floor and i almost slipped and fell as i came in the door, holding a basket,(no wet floor signs ANYWHERE to be found.Oh yeah, another thing that i forgot to add, thier pictures that they posted on thier website are 5 YEARS OLD, NO CURRENT PICS. PLUS, they dont show ANY pics of the machines that are out of order, only the ones that were working....Sorry, just 1 more thing then ill stop pointing out everything thats wrong. The restroom is always locked and not accessible to anyone every time that ive been there. When my daughter had to go to the rest room, we had to go across the street to Dennys. Ok. Done for now....I think...

Laundrymat isnt as clean as most, water spilling on floor from the washers over-flowing, garbage on thw floor, rows of washers caution tapped off so no one uses them. But I do like the fact that you can get change in quarters for $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s right there in the building and then you can put the quarters in the machines (at other places you have to have exact change that you have to give to the machine which puts it on a card to use on the machine, which usually makes you end up wasting money since you dont really know how much youll be using on washing and drying). Lastly, I think the owners are very polite and kind people. They werent pushy so that everyone got out at the exact time of close (if they were just finishing folding their clothes). But if youre not sure how to use a washer or dryer and will have a lot of questions and only speak English, then this might not be the place for you.... Everyone there seems to speak Spanish. I had no reason to talk to anyone so im not sure if anyone speaks English or if they do speak English how well they could communicate in that language.

This is the worse laundromat Ive ever been too! None of the machines work, you can tell there was a fire put out. Its terrible!

The place is clean and well lit. Plenty of table space for folding. The owner (we will call her the GREAT KAT comes in and does maintenance on the machines if they are not working. There is mucho mucho mucho parking, and even handicap right out in front (which is great for me). I lost money in a machine and the owner put money in a different machine and started fixing the one I had lost money in right there on the spot! Thats what I call service!!!!

Dont go to this place if you think you may wanna use the restroom!They are close and theres nobody to open them...

I went to this laundromat and was very disappointed. The place was dirty and had more broken washers and dryers then it had working. I will not be going here again.

Lots of washers and dryers. There was no bathroom to use. Could not find anyone who works there. So had to drive down to QT to use the bathroom. Very inconvenient.
