Cannot recommend enough. The women up front and in the back were all fabulous, kind, and attentive. I felt like they really wanted to work with me to make me happy with my service. Clean space and good pricing.

I was super amazed about how much the first treatment reduced my dark spots. I do think it depends on the tech you get. The second treatment the girl didnt spend as much time and didnt cover as much as of my face. I didnt have any change with the second treatment so I would definitely recommend making sure you have a good tech applying the treatment.

Julia was the technician that assisted me and she’s stellar! I loved how comfortable she made me feel and explained the procedures thoroughly. This office all around had great customer service, thank you ladies at LightRx! I will be back soon!

Honestly, I feel ripped off. I’ve tried to be patient but I’ve followed all instructions and see no difference after 10 laser lipo and 1 bliss. It’s very disappointing because based off the reviews on the website, it was a bit misleading.

From the moment I walked in Jessica was wonderful and very informative she makes you feel super comfortable with yourself. Received a gift through Groupon for laser hair removal. The treatment worked really well. It was easy and I was always in and out quickly. No more underarm hair. 3 stars for that!However, the constant sales conversations during treatments for things I never mentioned wanting/needing and the high prices on these services being offered as specials compared to other non-franchised med spas in the area will ultimately keep me from coming back. I was always happy to be in and out because I can’t stand being constantly upsold, like I’m at a chain restaurant or car dealership.

The staff is nice and the service works well while going, but I dont think the price is worth it. The weight I lost came back after the treatments even though I was eating right and working out. If the price was reasonable I would keep going but I couldnt justify shelling out that kind of money to maintain 15 pounds weight loss. For reference: I went in at 120 and dropped to 105 at the end. You need to have lots of water intake, eat healthy, and work out. I work out an hour a day 4-5 days a week with cardio and yoga and have a fairly vegetarian diet around 1200 calories a day.

Life changing results after 6 months. Self confidence is much higher since my complexion has improved so much.

Jessica walked me through the process in a time where I was very emotional and vulnerable. She was kind, understanding and clear in her outline of the procedures and options available and what would work well with my body type. When I finally went in for my procedure, Allison took charge with the same kind, understanding and non judgmental air as Jessica. Although I was in a better state of mind than the prior visit, Allison still took measures to put me at ease and relate to me as a woman and not just a customer. She was sweet, funny, honest and supportive the entire time making this experience an easy and enjoyable event. Two photo facials and I barely even peeled. They brought the brown spots to the surface but they never peeled. It was very quick too. They should go over your face a couple times to get better results.

I paid well over $3000 in treatments and saw 0 visible results. They said sometimes it can take 6 weeks and additional treatments to see results. I have waited well over the 6 weeks still nothing. I was put in a raffle and won some free treatments, but after a scheduling error they called to tell me they were charging a $50 fee. Im cancelling the rest of my treatments its just a waste of time at this point. At this point its just insane to keep coming back and fitting it into a schedule for literally no pay off. I drank plenty of water, I do light exercise, I eat very low carb, low sugar. I have had successful weightloss naturally, I was hoping scupltsure and the skin tightening treatments would take me the extra mile but its not a miracle, from what I can tell it doesnt work at all. Lightrx did nothing for me. It was a waste of a LOT of money. I had faith, because the girls were nice, but I wasted several months, and many thousands for treatments that didnt work.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Every single associate in technician that works there is beyond personable and really really makes you feel like youre their only client. Avion highly recommend that you go to lightRX!

I purchased this groupon in late June. On July 1st I called in to schedule an appointment and went through their questionnaire and intake process. I was then told that in order to schedule the initial consultation they needed the voucher number and my groupon had to be marked as redeemed. I gave them the information and was scheduled for July 13. I ended up having to go out of town for work shortly after I made the appointment and a day or so before my appointment I contacted the company to reschedule but no one answered. They eventually called me back and told me that I could call them when I got back to AZ and would be able to schedule at that time.I called in today to schedule and I was told that I couldnt because I had already come in and used the sessions. I told them that I had never been in and that I had been out of the state at the time. The clinical coordinator Jessica then proceeded to tell me about the notes left in the system and the treatment I received and I once again reiterated that I was not there and had never been there. She then told me that she was the clinical coordinator and didnt like that I was arguing with her and at this point I just decided I was done. On the date they claim I was there getting treated I was traveling from NJ to TX for work and have flight itinerary to prove it. I cant be in two places at once and the fact that they just seem to ignore this is troublesome. Plus, who did they actually treat that day since it clearly wasnt me? Again problematic. I wont be doing business with them after how I was treated. Now I just want my money back.

After 3 IPL visits ( photofacial), no results at all! No peeling of sunspots, no improvement of skin tone or any lift. They took before pictures but never took after pictures. Wasting of time and money. Very disappointed, dont recommend. 👎

My recent experience at LightRx went really well. My technician Kristshell was customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I was impressed. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my IPL. In addition I liked that she was very careful to follow all the safe COVID guidelines while giving me my IPL.

I purchased two gift certificates on Groupon in November for Christmas. Due to the Covid19 my daughter and I had to have our appointments canceled to months later. When LightRx in Mesa was finally & happily reopened we started our appointments. Because of the long wait LightRx was great and gave us an additional appointment each. The staff is amazing, attentive, and friendly while keeping a professional atmosphere. The building & rooms are clean & sanitized - seems like hourly. Evrryone is required to wear a face mask also! The services they offer are widespread! Facial & up to body sculpturing! There are a wide variety of products available also,which they take the time to explain thoroughly. All staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Great experiences & will continue to go!

Light RX called me an hour before my appointment to let me know they couldnt do it because they didnt get the new key for the machine?? This is the 3rd time my appointment has been moved. I started at the Arcadia location, they shut their doors for good, then I got moved to the Scottsdale location, they shut their doors for good. I have to wonder if that is the direction all of these stores are going. It is if this is how they treat their customers because i know I will never do business with this place again!

They took all the money in the beginning with promise to finish there job but they never do, I use to go to Tucson location and they closed without saying anything I had an appointment I went then I found out they are close what company is this. I have paper signed from them with that promise but when I call no one care Or call me back. I called many time to see what they can do but no one care or resolve my problem. I still need treatment and I paid all the money but I got nothing now. I feel so bad that I chose to deal with them.

I was shocked to hear how some of your employees are treated. You dont pay them for doing a good job for your company. You give them checks they cannot cash. How can you treat people this way and run a reputable company? If you treat your employees this way how do you treat your customers? You really need to look at your business practices through others eyes. Would you want to work and not get paid?

I had an great experience getting a photo facial here. My technicians were wonderful (Casey and she was training two newer technicians, also great) and they were all professional and efficient. My skin was a little bit red after and peeled slightly for a few days, but a few days later my hyperpigmentation was noticeably lighter. Ill definitely be back!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I’ve been going here for a year and a half because I bought a laser hair removal package. Do NOT use this company. I have been lied to multiple times, they are very disorganized and waste a lot of your time. I had to move clinics 2 different times (now forced to drive an hour from my house) because they shut down multiple clinics and I was not able to get a refund. Also I’ve been burned from the laser hair removal and have scars. Avoid this company like the plague!

I came into this experience with a rather skeptical point of view. But it only took a few weeks for the results to start showing and they were amazing! The staff were more than helpful; they were my good -health coaches and stayed with me every step of the way. I got advice on better eating habits and nutrition, help in working out exercise routines, great tips on skincare from local stores, products that supported and enhanced the therapy, and encouragement beyond expectations to help me to continue through the whole process. The Mesa staff quickly went beyond being a known associate to becoming friends. And friends make the best Cheerleaders! The therapy really works well but the best part about Mesa LightRX is the staffs support, and you cant beat that.

So far I have had incredible results at LightRX - Mesa. Nikki and her team have provided me with several treatments that have improved my shape and confidence. I lost 40 lbs with the Obalon weight-loss balloon treatment. The accompanying heat treatments (legacy, etc) kept my skin tight throughout the process. Now I am receiving laser hair removal treatment, above the belt, for my full front and back. I am quickly becoming a brand new man. Guys, don’t feel intimidated going to this shop. The ladies here are genuine and friendly, and you will see results.

Casey did an amazing job with my sculpting treatment! I got my mid section done and after the 8th session I could see more definition in my abdomen then I ever have before. Even with working out and eating healthy my stomach has always been stubborn, but after these treatments my friend even told me the other day in a bathing suit... dang girl! Youre starting to get abs! I can thank Casey for that!!!

The treatment time was very short, I did not see any change with the 15 minutes of therapy I had, I feel worried if it really works, there are 5 more to go but in 15 minutes I did not see any change!!

Please dont waste your money on sculpsure i did it for 12 weeks, followed the eating & exercising guidelines & lost nothing except a lot of my time & money. Krista was going to let me repeat the treatment. I agreed but wanted to speak to someone who was successful in losing inches with sculpscure. She said she had a few ladies in CO that had success.. Wait, just in CO, not AZ?? Interesting.. After trying to get an answer several times, about a month had gone by. She text me back that she no longer worked there.. I wonder why, it doesnt work! Not happy at all!

I Started coming to LightRX in Mesa for skin rejuvenation treatments and I could not be any happier with my result so far and Im only halfway through my treatments. Jessica the director made me feel at ease during my consultation and helped guide me towards the treatments I needed to get the results I wanted. I have been doing IPL, vivas and legacy treatments for my face, neck, chest and hands. Casey, Becca and Shayna the technicians are awesome!! I really look forward to coming in every week for my treatments because of them. They are really knowledgeable and just the sweetest group of girls. I am genuinely embarrassed to even be associated with such a shady company. There are REAL people who are out of jobs because of your poor decision making, then on top of it you don’t give those loyal employees their money that they are rightfully owed?! How do you honestly sleep at night? I am still owed my bonus check from NOVEMBER that I have yet to be able to cash because every time I take it to the bank it is handed back to me. I am also still owed my final paycheck that is now well over a month late and every time I send an email to get an update on when I can expect to be paid it is ignored. It is truly disheartening to see that a company that I put so much of myself into doesn’t care about me. I can’t count the number of times myself or my clinic director (who also has yet to be paid) had to spend our OWN money to buy supplies for the clinic because the supply company hadn’t been paid. There were numerous times we had to actually turn clients who wanted to purchase services away because we didn’t have the supplies or equipment to do them, and then we got yelled at for not selling enough. WE CANT SELL TREATMENTS IF YOU DONT GIVE US WHAT WE NEED TO DO THEM!!!!! Im sure this is going to be deleted but rest assured I don’t plan on stopping until I get what is owed to me. And if anyone reading this was considering purchasing services at any of the remaining locations I would strongly encourage you to take your money elsewhere, as I’m sure whatever location you go to is on the brink of being shut down and it is HIGHLY unlikely that you will ever get your money back for the services you paid for.

I did not get the results that I was told would happen. My upper arms are very flabby and I was told the Venus Legacy would tighten the skin on my arms. It did not happen, I am very disappointed in the way my arms look. I spent alot of money on 2 venus legacy packages. There should be some kind of refund policy where you should get some of your money back!

Having received a treatment from LightRX in the past I have personal experience for this review.I originally marked a 5 star review because my wife was currently employed through the company. Turns out she hasn’t received money in over a month and her checks are never good when she does receive one. Having multiple employees I know very well on the inside conducting the treatments I can say very few of these treatments actually work. Go to a different company and don’t waste your money on this place. Extremely poor and unprofessional ownership by RICH MORGAN.
