I hired DKD Arts to help my wife and I get our small business online. I have been in the marketing field for longer than I would like to admit. I approached the team at DKD Arts to revamp my existing site with a whole new me. I run a non profit organization which had a limited budget. I was very clear with Mr. Higgins about this and asked if he could do what I needed with the money allocated. He assured me that he could. As it wound up, he charged me additional hours over which I specifically agreed to. I also confirmed this limit several times, but he failed to comply.My troubles continued when he abandoned the project in the middle of it and left me with a website that was not functional. I was left to figure things out on my own. I attempted to contact him several times but my emails and phone calls went unanswered. I cannot emphasize the level of unprofessionalism.I had to explain things several times to him, thus it was apparent that he was not listening or reading with attention. He claims that he gets paid 100 dollars an hour by some clients, which if that was the case, Im not sure why he accepted my job. He claimed to be doing me a favor, but this was hardly what happened. Instead, he caused me and the organization great distress. If you dont have a lot of money, then I would not hire this individual because he will not give you the attention or follow you that you deserve. It was apparent that the people who pay him more get top priority. This was evidence by repeated cancellations when we scheduled times to discuss the project. I can not in good conscious recommend this individual.
