I used this company after a water leak. The company that repaired the leak called Dry Force to place fans/dehumidifier to dry the cabinets. The person that came out breezed through a lot of info and told me that the cabinets would need to be replaced - but would have to be dried out first. He scheduled a demolition of the cabinets and told me he would get back to me with the name & contact info of the company that could repair them, which I agreed to because it sounded like a reasonable plan. As my demolition day approached, I reached out to Dry Force twice asking for the info for the company to rebuild the cabinet. The person I spoke with from Dry Force was unable to give me any info about the company for the rebuild. After being put on hold 3-4 times for the person to ‘look into it’, I was told someone would call me (no one called me back which is why I called a second time - and still wasn’t able to get any info). Because of this, I cancelled the demolition. Again, to be clear - I cancelled the demolition because they were not able to give me the info they specifically told me they would provide. As I stated earlier, prior to leaving the equipment at my home, Michael told me someone would contact me about the rebuild, and I told Michael was important for me because I wanted to understand: (1) how long in between demolition & rebuild; and (2) expected (not exact) cost. Immediately after I cancelled the demolition, Dry Force told me they had to pick up the fans/dehumidifier. When Michael returned to my home, he explained that they wouldn’t know anything about the rebuild until the cabinet was pulled apart (which makes sense in hindsight but was not told to me initially). He also told me the cabinets weren’t dry yet and he wouldn’t be able to completely dry the cabinet without doing a demolition (which was NEVER told to me). He also said because I cancelled the demolition, he had to remove the equipment - I would still have to pay for the equipment AND cabinet dry out (which technically wasn’t done). I asked if I could keep the equipment longer since I was paying for the dry out. Michael said ‘no’ because I cancelled the demolition I couldn’t continue to use their equipment. Again, it was never explained that the demolition was essential to completely dry out the cabinets. As I stated earlier, the demolition was advertised to me as the next step that had to be done after drying out and before I replaced the cabinets. Overall I experienced a lack of good communication and was given misleading info. If it had been explained to me better, I would not have proceeded at all. I felt like their services were not complete and they were not willing to recognize that the process was not explained well to me.

Recommended by Parker & Sons, another efficient, reliable, reputable company, who was replacing heater that leaked and damaged cabinets in garage and adjoining walls and baseboards. Had tech come over every day (for 4 days) to check and test drying of areas (both fans and dehumidifiers) inside house and garage. Great response and work... even had contractor come over for estimate on repairs for insurance hope; insurance claim follow up is equally efficient. Techs were great and helpful.

Jared was always on time and very courteous. He kept me informed of what was being done and why and what I could expect to happen next. If you have to go through a damage event, its good to know you have knowledgable people to help you get through it.

We had a leak in my rental unit from the dishwasher line. Jake with Dry Force was on the case! He confirmed moisture in the walls and cabinet within a 3 radius of the source. After I had the plumber repair the leak, they moved quickly to cut out any wet or damaged areas and get the fans blowin to dry it out. They did a perfectionist level job at taping off the areas of the room to prevent damage and were tidy and professional with me, my tenant, and the property management. Jake is also very knowledgeable about insurance and not only supported the call to file a claim, but educated me on what to expect. Five stars all around!

DryForce performed remediation work after a water leak in our kitchen. We selected them based on a recommendation from Parker&Sons Plumbing. They responded quickly and all of the personnel were courteous. We were told there was evidence of mold, which we do not dispute. Due to sealing off of the area we were unable to verify extent and location. However, we now strongly believe the work was not done in the most efficient and effective manner, resulting in far more damage than necessary. Perhaps oversimplified, the water leak effected an area between kitchen cabinets and stone veneer attached to dry wall on a partition. DryForce chose to expose the damage by first removing the kitchen cabinets and then removing the veneer and the dry wall. In contrast the plumber who fixed the leak approached it from the side with the veneer with minimal damage. Had DryForce taken this approach they probably could have saved much of the cabinetry and not broken our granite counter. Insurance covers our costs. However, it will take months to repair, leaving our kitchen in disarray. Our recommendation is to understand the situation and the options completely before letting DryForce rip up your home in a rush.

I found Dryforce on social media. I called them and they were out the next day. They moved quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and even left it cleaner then it was before. Their customer service representatives were always calling and checking to make sure everything was running smoothly. I always knew what time they were coming. The workers that came out always explained everything and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible business. Felt taken advantage of by using this company. I’m an honest hardworking middle class person and this company charged me 2000 dollars for having equipment in my house for two days. Equipment seemed a bit dated and did nothing the prevent the actual problem. Awful experience please don’t make the mistake I did and use this company. They are a big scam. Shame on the owners of this company for running such a crooked business.

We had our hot water heater flood our garage. Dry Force were called to do water mitigation since there was quite a bit of water around and it was thought that some may have leaked into the wall into the house. Ivan of Dry Force came in less than an hour and tested for moisture both in and out of house. Due to the cost I told them I would like to contact my insurance company. Ivan took pictures and did report that would be needed to submit to our insurer. He also set up fans and a dehumidifier inside a tent to dry the area out. It took three days! Ivan and Justin came to check it each day (at my convenience (came at agreed upon times). Dry Force submitted their paperwork to our insurer and Linda (their office staff) was helpful, informative and conscientious with everything. Every person that I worked with was very professional, competent and knowledgeable AND on time for each appointment! Cant ask for better than that. I am very pleased. I would use them again for sure.

I was highly pleased and impressed with the entire Dryforce team and process. I had my garbage disposal leak and ended up destroying my cabinets. From the first time they arrived they explained everything and even helped call in claim to my insurance company. The technicians worked meticulously from 9 am to 9:30pm to get my island cabinets removed making sure every fixture was bagged and labeled and made everything neat and clean as possible under the circumstances. During the following two days technicians came out to check the drying process and not only called 30 minutes before arriving but actually came when scheduled. Very professional and really made an unfortunate situation better.

I cannot say enough about how pleasantly surprised I am about Dry Force. They have done a complete 180 degree turn in the last 2 years from where they use to be. I decided to give them a second chance and have used them as a contractor for my customers for about 15 months now. Until recently I figured they were the same company I stopped using in 2006. The company did a restoration on my property for water damage. The job was done professionally on the same day we called. Every day technicians came by to check on the progress and communicated the result. When completed, cleaning was done and all tools removed. Great job, I am impressed.

This created quite a mess and I had to file a homeowners claim, my first one ever....The service from DRY FORCE was fantastic. Their people came in and took care of everything. During a very stressful time, they required nothing from me, only that I sit back and let them do what they do best. The workers were polite, thorough, clean and excellent in all they did for me. The dry force tech held me against my will. I needed to leave. He didnt have the account number and he made me wait to sign. I had an appointment and he kept pushing me inside my door and refused to let me out. Thats kidnapping. I still wish I had called the police.

Plumbers at our home discovered sewage seeping from our main sewer line under the house. Before the sewer pipes could be replaced the gray water needed to be vacuumed out and the crawl space sanitized. The Dry Force team arrived quickly and did a profession job in a timely manner so that the plumbers could continue their work.

We had an unpleasant plumbing mishap in our garage and Martin showed up after hours with a positive attitude. He was very professional and efficient and communicated the process in a clear and thorough manner. Initial response was professional and timely. Unfortunately from the first night the service continued to decrease. This company is unprofessional, has poor customer service and communication, including management who are unwilling to call back or discuss any concerns to have them corrected. I had to constantly hold them accountable for anything to be done. Additional damage was done to my house during repairs and my house was not complete for 6 months with small water damage due to their lack of communication. Please save yourself the time and stress and do not use this company.

From Justin coming out late on a Friday to when the equipment was collected the customer service was amazing by each staff member from DryForce that worked to repair the water damage. They called in advance, were flexible in scheduling, and did a thorough job explaining each step along the way from drying out the flooring to having to take down a portion of the wall. Super service would definitely use again!

Had a leaking facet in the kitchen. We called the plumber out to fix it and they suggested Dry Force come out and take a look at the damage. The tech showed up in about an hour. He let us know what the problems were and handled everything with tour insurance. Then he starting working on the problem while the plumber was finishing up. He setup the fans and tented everything in. He pulled the dishwasher out of the cabinet but left it hooked up so we could still have access to it. They sent a tech out 2 days later to check on everything and said it would be one more day. They scheduled an appointment in the afternoon to come out and pack it all up. We had something come up that next morning and called to see if they could come out sooner, and they had a tech there in a couple hours to pack everything up and that was it. All the billing was between them and our insurance. The only problem was the noise from the fans, 3 days was plenty of that noise.

After notification, Jake Thompson responded quickly and very professionally guided operations thereafter. Great service by the Dry Force team.

Dry force is AMAZING! They came into a house that was totally flooded and had everything starting to dry out by 10pm they stayed until 10pm and made sure we were taken care of and getting everything set to dry out. After we noticed some water damage, we called Dry Force and they came out that afternoon. They assesed the situation and said they could get started right away or come back when it was more convenient for us. They checked in on the progress of the drying each day and gave us an update. Each member of their team has been professional, courteous, flexible, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. You never hope to deal with a damage restoration service, but this is the team youll want to work with when you have to!

WAY overpriced. Recommended by Parker and Sons (I got the distinct impression they are really he same company). Charged us $1900 to rip out some sheet rock and set up some fans after a very MINOR leak. No clean up, no repairs. They ripped apart a door frame and threw away some perfectly good door molding with no explanation as to why. Just $1900 to damage my house and run some fans. Get the impression they assume all homeowners will use insurance so they charge the most they possibly can. I will never do business with these people again.

DRY FORCE WAS/IS GREAT ---- do not use their RECONSTRUCTION guys.I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to finish the work. I am having to file a claim with the ROC (Register of Contractors) to get the to fix the poor workmanship.

I gave them two stars because they did dry my house. But they lied about the pricing by 500 and cause pretty good damage to the good drywall while demoing the room. It cost a solid 1k beyond there charge to fix the damage and buy all new stuff that due to my ignorance they destroyed. They also referred me to an ac company who tried to gouge us for money 9k for. 3 ton unit. I do not appreciate their lack of ethics. From the beginning they used scare tactics to get us to use them. They prey on the fact people don’t know better. They also said they would work with my insurance but did nothing to help at all.

Okay, I didnt have the luxury of asking around or checking the BBB, but so far this company has been wonderful. Everyone that came out was very professional and although we had to live with loud fans blowing 24/7 in our kitchen for four days, it was not a bad experience. Yes, they did tell me they work directly with my insurance company, but my adjustor settled my claim and cut the check on the spot to me. When I told Dry Force that I was paying them, they forwarded the paperwork immediately that they had initially sent to my insurance company for payment.Bottom line, at this point in my relationship with Dry Force, I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone who asks.

I had problem with garage wall from water leak . The technician came to my house within an hour or so, evaluated the situation and started the drying out process as soon as I signed the papers. They tried to have my customer sign a contract before even providing her with an estimate. This is a BIG RED FLAG - consumers beware! When I contacted them and asked about it I was told it wasnt a contract, even though the customer had forwarded it to me for my review (it was a contract). NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITHOUT REVIEWING AN ESTIMATE FIRST!

I had my water heater leak and flood our home in Mesa. I was out of town for and a neighbor called Dry Force. They did an excellent job of saving my house and my stuff. I was not able to be there for most of it, but they made sure to let me know what was going on. I am very thankful for all they guys who helped out.

Good service. Called them late in the day for a severe leak under my house. They responded the same day and worked into the early night to clean up the problem.

It was a horrible experience. Its now been 6 weeks since they initially were contacted to come work on this. We had a bathroom leak that got in the wall. They arrived promptly, but left a few days of fans going, came back and nothing. They were afraid that they were reported to the BBB, which 16 times they have been reported and I should have done my research! Companies are NOT ALLOWED to enter insurance claims for you! They had checks being sent to their address and I didnt even know! NOT good. Prices were crazy and it took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to THEM to get someone to schedule completion! Educate yourself as I didnt know I was supposed to do and learned my lesson hard! A lesson Im never going to forget!
