This place is what I would call “Covid toxic” and I recently moved my business because of it after being there for about 7 years. The lobby doors are always locked and clients are not allowed to enter unless you, the business owner, let them in. There are no chairs in the lobby for clients to sit and wait and they are not allowed to do so. They have a strong policy of mask wearing in the hallways and common areas. Personally, I was verbally attacked twice by other tenants without justification and in the presence of one of my clients. When the owner was informed of this, he blew it off because, according to him, the attacking tenant was either a friend of his or a higher paying tenant. So….if you want to work in an environment like this, it’s the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The owner, Don, and his receptionist are very kind and professional. Love leasing an office from him, affordable and beautiful. Everyone there is friendly and professional as well.
