This was a bad decision to go with the company to begin with. I will paste parts of my conversation with one of their reps and let you decide whether or not their comments were justified. Me and my wife reached out to this company to settle our credit card debt as we were in the middle of a lawsuit and were hurting financially. Initially they were nice and made me feel at home. However, after paying them for their services they essentially sat on the case and did absolutely nothing other than close some accounts. We were still being reported as delinquent and still received harassing calls. I wanted an update so I asked them and found out nothing had been done in months. I then received an email from a creditor that said their contact information had changed. I requested an update and never received a response back and asked for more updates. I received the following from one of their workers, Tom:Perhaps you should seek out another company to help you as you appear to think you know more about our business than we do. We will refund your deposit.In a further email he stated:You do not tell us what to do. We tell you what to do, and you failed to abide by that format. and that was the reason he justified to terminate the agreement. Since I have not heard back from him I assume at this point that the money we spent is lost.Good luck trying to call them. I called last night and was told you have the wrong number. When I called again (same number) it went to their companies website.
