After spending months trying to figure out what was wrong with my pc, these guys solved it quick and made the process easy. Brandyn came by to help out and saw the problem was likely my power supply. Even recommended several options for replacements as well. Not only that but he helped in getting all of my important documents and photos off my hard dive! Josh & Lucas did an excellent job analyzing my malware/virus situation. A complete re-installation was needed but Lucas worked quickly to analyze my laptop remotely to make that decision. Josh came out a couple of days later and preformed the re-installation. This is the third time I have used their company and have been completely satisfied each time. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

I would like to image that their service is good and professional, but when no one shows up or calls for a scheduled appointment its kinda a bad way to start out. Received appointment confirmation email and appointment reminder yet no show. Sent an email the following day to remind them of my appointment and received a call back wanting to reschedule for several days later, no thanks.

John Watkins thoroughly examined my computer and fixed a problem that has been plaguing me when trying to use Zoom. The problem was not Zoom; it was a setting in my Audio Mixer.
