When turning my sons computer in for repair, the quick look was that we would need a new & bigger C drive (b/c thats what usually needs to be fixed with our kind of issues). Anyway, short story is that wasnt the issue, all we needed to do was reinstall everything in the proper place. A much cheaper repair. Thank you for your honesty.

I was very happy with the level of service provided by BYTS Computers. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve it in a timely manner. Very happy with their expertise and having a lap top for sale.My lap top bit the dust but had a drink of coffee on its way out.I like this computer much better and happy that I only have to go a couple of miles to have it serviced when the time comes.

I brought my computer in for repair and to load Windows 10 - which I bought online for cheap. Well, it turns out that didnt work and I was ready to buy it full price when they said that maybe they could upgrade it for free. Now how many times does a business offer to forgo selling something? Plus, they got me a daughter board for cheap which they installed. I got it home and was up and running the same day - everything worked. well done!

Sometimes and a very few times does a person receive the great level of service that the Staff at BYTS provides, my laptop took a major dump.. Con ( service rep) informed me that the repairs cost as much as a refurbished laptop for a few buck more . I did not realize how outdated my old one was.. My computer wasn’t working so I took it in and within 10 minutes they figured out my graphics card wasn’t working and gave me some advice on my fan placement for my PC. Helpful, knowledgeable, and free to tell me what was wrong because they didn’t have to do any sort of diagnostics on it. I will definitely go here again if I run into any other problems with my computers.

I brought BYTS my laptop and expansion drive with several concerns; none of them were catastrophic but no one in my office was able to sort out any of them. BYTS got everything resolved in a reasonable amount of time, and for considerably less than I expected. Its hard to find an IT provider that is competent, diligent, quick AND affordable. This is where my office will be taking its business.

Great service, great prices, Num was very helpful. They were done when they said they would be and my laptop looks great after my son closed the screen with a large drillbit sitting on the keyboard and cracked it so bad it rendered my new laptop useless. Luckily after calling 4 or 5 companies who couldnt help me, BYTS said that all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. It was definitely just that easy! Highly recommend.

I have a laptop that I wanted to return to an earlier OS. I couldnt. I called BYTS, they gave me an exceptionally nice quote, I brought the computer in later that morning. I was told generally 24 hour turnaround. Well because of having more than a few updates to install, I had to wait two days. But at this point, I am just really happy with the work that was done. I understood the issue with updates. Close by, professional, reasonably priced for the work I had done, but most of all, for me anyway, they were very friendly. Thank you, BYTS.

These guys are great!! Very up front & honest. I took 3 of my laptops in, received by Gordon with open arms. He gave me a nice discount for having multiple projects. I learned quickly that this guy is well in tuned with knowledge on this subject, thorough explanations, but kept it simple enough for me to understand. They also have a tidy shop, good sign of a notable business.After a couple hours of dropping them off, I received a call regarding diagnosis on a particular machine. Detailed in short conversation, I gave my approval and trust to Gordon on his judgment, and told him to proceed. Mark-ups on items replaced where not significant, if any at all. I was contacted twice more by phone from Robert, politely keeping me in the loop with progress and completion.Now, just so its perfectly clear, these systems were hardly functioning, not even tolerable to the most patient person. I am bit late in posting this review but I had to this place was just awesome I had to take my custom built desktop computer on a plane and when I got home had overheating problems. After trying to find out and fix the problem myself with no luck I took it here they diagnosed the problem quick with a very reasonable price and were very friendly even though I chose to install the new part myself. Even took the time to explain how my fans were plugged in a bit wrong at no extra cost and now my computer runs cooler than ever this place is just great!

Fast service and they have done great work for me. When I tried another company they were going to charge me $200 per laptop for the work I needed. BYTS charged me the minimum of $50 each. I am happy and I recommend them.

After a six week-long, terrifying event with a big-box retail chain computer repair service I googled “Independent Computer Repair Shops” and BYTS Computer Repair was the second “hit”. I brought my HP Omni 27 All-In-One to BYTS in hopes that they could revive my computer. Within a day, they quickly diagnosed the problem as a short in the motherboard but later also detected that there were other issues. After a brief delay, they were sent the wrong motherboard from a vendor, the repair technician contacted me and stated that it would cost approximately $400-500 to repair my computer and at that price it would be better to replace the entire computer which I did. I purchased a refurbished Dell Optiflex 780 running Windows 7 Professional from BYTS for under $200 and I am very pleased with its performance.The people at BYTS were very friendly and professional. They definitely know computers and shared their knowledge with me. I highly recommend them as your first choice for computer repairs and positively bypass the big retail chains.
