The atmosphere in this place is awesome with the toolboxes, wall art, TV, and music that I listen to and moreover a barber that is easy to talk to and relate with. They actually have nice furniture and not those cheap bogus folding chairs.

If you need a regular shop, this is the one. I wish i could remember names but there is a puerto rican dude that gives a mean haircut. There is also a younger white dude in there with tattoos. I bring my boys here for fades and line ups regularly.Doesnt matter who your barber is in here, you are getting a good cut.

Awesome barber shop!! I moved to the north east valley from Phoenix about 2 yrs ago, and one of the hardest things to find was a decent barber shop. Falcons has gone above and beyond even my regular barber of 10+yrs in Central Phoenix!! Professional, courteous, reasonable prices, and a more than comfortable environment. Definitely everything that a step above barber shop should be.

Wasted hours for a cut. Barbers here talk to much. Could have a line out the door and theyd still be chatting with the same customer for hours. They will waste your time and if you say something theyll just refuse you see ice. Place is a joke

I gave this place a try because its right down the street from my house. The staff are all friendly.But my experience was unsatisfactory. When the gentleman who cut my hair used a straight razor. He was pulling my skin to hard and caused me to have many ingrown hairs accross my neckline. Causing extreme discomfort for weeks after.I wont be back.

I used to go to this place to get my hair cut but stopped going when my favorite barber left, since the other ones only seemed so-so. Today, I decided to give them another chance, since they are local and recent pics of their worked looked pretty decent. When I got there, I noticed a complete disregard for the required mask mandate, no sign on the door and only one barber wearing a mask, out of the three there. I thought I would hang out anyway since I needed a haircut and I was already there, but after seeing two people leave with uneven fades, and the complete disregard for the safety of their customers, I decided to bounce out. I gave this place a second chance and they fell flat on their face. I will not be back, mask mandate or not.

We took my 2 1/2 year old grandson for his first barbershop experience. Alex was so awesome! Very patient and friendly. He did an amazing job with my boy. And my boy was less than happy about the experience despite the kindness. The haircut turned out terrific and the trauma was short lived. Thank you again Alex! We will use this shop and Alex hopefully until the grandson goes to college! Love the results, the atmosphere, and professional service. Definitely recommend giving them a shot if you need similar work done. Also my hair looked great after Alex fixed me up...

The team of barbers has created the atmosphere of an Old School Barbershop. I dont mind having to wait or them not accepting appointments because I love just sitting around chatting with everyone and having a great time. Adam did a great job on my hair and beard. I personally had a great experience here, but I know the routine when it comes to talking while they are working on the area around your mouth.If you let them do what they do best, and you dont talk while they are trimming your mustache/beard area, then Im sure you can have a great experience too.They were super chill, and comical for my first time being here. I will definitely be going back the next time I need to good haircut/trim.

So my friend are I were going to Gentlemen Joes for about 7 years until they completely butchered my luxurious curls on my head and botched his fade. Then another buddy of mine told me about this place up the street and how he got a haircut from this guy Vic and what an amazing job he did. So I rolled through with my boy to check it out. He got Vic and I got James. We were both 110% satisfied with our cuts and lines. These two guys Pay attention to detail and are very thorough. I highly recommend them to any buddy who cares about their look and swag. They do you right.

Took my son in for first haircut. #1 was cut on his right ear and not a slight nip but a good cut, #2 barber did not listen to me and cut it the way she felt fit, #3 you can see the lines in his hair from bottom to top looks like a staircase, #4 I will never give them my business ever again. Unless you enjoy bad haircuts this place is not for you.

I would highly recommend this barbershop. Everyone here does solid work! James is the only one I have cut my hair. I have followed him over from previous babrshops and will not go to anyone else! Worth the drive from QC everytime I go out there. Hes flexible, reliable and will never leave you hanging. My husband drives 40 minutes out to cut his hair here. He refuses to go elsewhere, so this place has to be good.

I have been going coming here every 3 weeks for past 3 months. I was a dedicated customer to another barber shop, until I took a chance at new barbershop. Junior is an amazing barber, he is creative, friendly and it is obvious he is passionate about creating great haircuts. Go see James D, excellet barber! I brought my son in with hair growing over his ears. My son is 9 years old and absolutely HATES haircuts. I told James that other barbers where not able to cut my sons hair. James basically laughed at me which I did not really know what to think of, until I watched him begin my sons haircut. I could not help but overhear my sons conversation with James. James asked him if he liked summer or sports, both No. Then James asked him about video games and my sons eyes lit up. James found a way to relate to my son, he then proceeded to give my son the best haircut he has ever had in his life. I know that because my som told me so, and he has not stopped raving about it and now looks forward to getting his haircut. Go see the big teddy bear, with massive beard and tattoos, James.

Super disappointed!!!Let me start by saying that the owner is one of the best people that can cut mens/boys hair. In the past I have waited over an hour+ as a walk-in because I like how they cut hair that much.However this morning I came by at 10 am when they say theyre open and the place was closed. The only lady that works there sat right next to the main entrance window and ate her breakfast and didnt even bother to come to the door to let me know that they werent open yet. There were 2 other guys in there and one was giving the other a haircut, so I was confused as to why they were still closed. I know they saw us standing out there which is even more annoying because she kept looking out the window as she ate. I waited almost 20 min before walking away disappointed.My time is valuable and will not be wasted. Clearly the employees dont care about loosing business for themselves and their boss. Unfortunately I will not come back here again.Just a suggestion: If your business says on your door and on Google maps that you open at 10 then you should be open at 10. That is common courtesy! If your hours have changed please change your signs and advertisement so you dont waste peoples time.
