I called for information and ended up switching my insurance from USAAThe Hartford, because my savings were about $500 annually and I have received nothing from the Hartford. Took the Safe Driving twice, but costs just went up and found that they based some of their fees on past credit information. Really? I pay every year upfront. Rosalie from State Farm was wonderful, got everything done I needed in a timely and flexible manner and is available locally to contact when I need to!!! I am very happy.

This is a first class office. Staff is always professional and quick to respond to requests. I’m a “snowbird” and have a house and auto insured with them. They are always happy to help me over the phone when I am out of state, which is very important to me.

Awesome service and fair prices

Today I cancelled my policy on my two vehicles. I came in the day before to ask my agent why was my rates getting so high? Of course she, told me reasonings that I didnt believe. So today I came back to give them my cancellation letter. I walked in to no-one getting up and helping me with the policies that I was going to cancel so I knew they were expecting me. Eventually I walked to Jonathan Wisers Desk to have him cancel my two policies and after a bunch typing on his keyboard, he said its cancelled. However, I ask him if he can give me some kind of proof that he did so that I have something to fall back if they continue to charge me. He said, I have to take his word on it. I ask him again if there is anything at all he can send me or some kind of confirmation or proof that he did so, and he said he couldnt because the state farm information is confidential. What? To cancel policies I cant even get proof of cancellations? So then he went on saying I need to leave the office and that I was acting rude. I didnt understand, I was being polite and straightforward and I told him I was in no way of being disrespectful to him and I know he is just doing his job, and then he agreed to type me an email saying that he cancelled it and I went on my way. I would give this company a one star for the experience I had today, but I been with this company for sometime.

I had several questions about moving and updating my policies. Rosalie was very helpful and the issues were quickly resolved.

The dealership had me sign on with GEICO when I bought my car, Rosalie saved me more $100 a month with double the coverage limits!

All this agency does is collect their commissions. Try to get a claim handled and they are of no help. Need to keep calling State Farm over and over, leave voice mails that are never returned. Very poor service
